The novel electromagnetic valve seat and pilot head connecting structure comprises a valve seat, a pilot head assembly, a movable iron core, a U-shaped contact pin and a coil, wherein a cylindrical stepped hole is formed in the valve seat, a large-diameter hole of the cylindrical stepped hole is formed in the outer side of a small-diameter hole of the cylindrical stepped hole, a U-shaped insertion hole communicated with the cylindrical stepped hole is formed in the valve seat, the pilot head assembly comprises a pilot head and a sleeve, the sleeve is fixedly sleeved outside one end of the pilot head, one end of the movable iron core is inserted into the sleeve, a spring is sleeved outside one end, close to the pilot head, of the movable iron core, a threaded connector is arranged at one end, close to the movable iron core, of the sleeve, a fixing seat is arranged at one end, close to the movable iron core, of the sleeve, is inserted into the large-diameter hole of the cylindrical stepped hole, the bottom surface of the fixing seat is attached to the stepped surface of the cylindrical stepped hole, one end, close to the pilot head is inserted into the small-diameter hole of the U-shaped insertion hole, the U-shaped insertion pin is clamped on the sleeve, the U-shaped insertion pin abuts against the top surface of the fixing seat, the coil is sleeved outside the sleeve and the pilot head, and the coil is externally provided with a nut in threaded connection with the threaded connector.
Preferably, the movable iron core is provided with a connecting core for sleeving the spring at one end close to the pilot head, and the diameter of the connecting core is smaller than that of the movable iron core.
Preferably, a groove is arranged at one end of the movable iron core, which is far away from the pilot head, and a sealing plug is embedded in the groove.

According to the novel electromagnetic valve seat and pilot head connecting structure, the U-shaped insertion holes are formed in the valve seat, the U-shaped insertion holes are inserted in the U-shaped insertion holes to fix and limit the sleeve, the distance between the pilot head and the spring is ensured, the coil is sleeved, the nut is in threaded connection with the pilot head, assembly accuracy is guaranteed, and errors are avoided.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention provides a novel electromagnetic valve seat and pilot head connecting structure, which comprises a valve seat 1, a pilot head assembly, a movable iron core 7, a U-shaped contact pin 2 and a coil 3, wherein:
The valve seat 1 is provided with a cylindrical step hole 4, the large diameter hole of the cylindrical step hole 4 is positioned outside the small diameter hole of the cylindrical step hole, and the valve seat 1 is also provided with a U-shaped insertion hole 5 communicated with the cylindrical step hole 4.
The pilot head assembly comprises a pilot head 6 and a sleeve 8, wherein the sleeve 8 is fixedly sleeved outside one end of the pilot head 6, one end of a movable iron core 7 is inserted into the sleeve 8, a spring 9 is sleeved outside one end of the movable iron core 7, which is close to the pilot head 6, one end of the pilot head 6, which is far away from the movable iron core 7, is provided with a threaded connector, one end of the sleeve 8, which is close to the movable iron core 7, is provided with a fixing seat 10, one end of the sleeve 8, which is close to the movable iron core 7, is inserted into a large-diameter hole of the cylindrical step hole 4, the bottom surface of the fixing seat 10 is attached to the step surface of the cylindrical step hole 4, and one end, which is far away from the pilot head 6, of the movable iron core 7 is inserted into a small-diameter hole of the cylindrical step hole 4. The U-shaped contact pin 2 is inserted into the U-shaped jack 5 and is clamped on the sleeve 8, and the U-shaped contact pin 2 abuts against the top surface of the fixing seat 10.
The coil 3 is sleeved outside the sleeve 8 and the pilot head 6, and a nut 14 which is in threaded connection with the threaded connector is arranged outside the coil 3.
According to the invention, the U-shaped jack 5 is arranged on the valve seat 1, the U-shaped contact pin 2 is inserted into the U-shaped jack 5 to fix and limit the sleeve 8, the distance between the pilot head 6 and the spring 9 is ensured, the coil 2 is sleeved, the nut 14 is in threaded connection with the pilot head 6, the assembly precision is ensured, and errors are avoided.
In a specific embodiment, a connecting core 11 for sleeving the spring 9 is arranged at one end of the movable iron core 7 close to the guide head 6, and the diameter of the connecting core 11 is smaller than that of the movable iron core 7.
In a specific embodiment, a groove is arranged at one end of the movable iron core 7 far away from the guide head 6, and a sealing plug 12 is embedded in the groove.
