如图5,袋口操作件923设置在吊架91的底部,如图7,袋口操作件923包括作为压紧组合的压紧块9231(见图6)和凸块组件9232,如图5,馅料袋的袋口被夹持在压紧块9231和凸块组件9232之间。如图8,凸块组件9232包括转轴9233和固定在转轴9233上并随转轴9233转动的多个径向凸出的凸块9234,凸块9234采用辊轴结构,多个凸块9234沿转轴9233周侧均匀分布,并且每个凸块9234均与转轴9233平行。如图7,吊架91(如图6)的底板上分别设置有第四滑轨94和第五滑轨95,第四滑块96在第四滑轨94上滑动,第五滑块97在第五滑轨95上滑动,第四滑块96和第五滑块97分别套在转轴9233的两端。压紧块9231位于凸块组件9232的旁边以与与之配合,为了留出设置压紧块9231的位置,第五滑轨95分为三个小段,每个凸块组件9232对应的第五滑块97在一个小段上滑动。通过凸块组件9232的滑动可以改变凸块组件9232与压紧块9231之间的距离,需要更换馅料袋921时,可以使凸块组件9232朝向远离压紧块9231的方向滑动,使压紧块9231和凸块组件9232之间的距离变大,方便取出旧的馅料袋921和插入新的馅料袋921,插入新的馅料袋921后,再将凸块组件9232朝向靠近压紧块9231的方向滑动,使压紧块9231和凸块组件9232之间的距离缩小。第五滑块97的前端套在弹簧柱塞981上,弹簧柱塞981与第五滑轨95平行,弹簧柱塞981的一端与挡块99连接,吊架91上设置有用于安装挡块99的安装部912(见图6),安装部912的形状根据避让第五滑块97的前端并且能安装挡块99的需求来设计(具体结构见图6),挡块99的下端可旋转地固定在安装部912上,挡块99的下端与安装部912的固定点为旋转支点915,挡块99可绕旋转支点915转动以远离或接近弹簧柱塞981,安装部912和挡块99还设置有孔洞(因遮挡不可见),挡块99的上部通过作为锁位件的拉环式分度销991可拆卸式固定在安装部912上。挡块99接近弹簧柱塞981时,挡块99挡住弹簧柱塞981使其连同第五滑块97和转轴9233一起被挡住,因此在此情形下第五滑块97和转轴9233不能沿第五滑轨95远离馅料袋921和压紧块9231。如果想要向远离馅料袋921和压紧块9231的方向滑动第五滑块97以改变压紧块9231和凸块组件9232之间的距离,首先解除拉环式分度销991对挡块99上端的锁紧,然后将挡块99绕可旋转支点915朝向远离馅料袋921的方向转动,从而拉动第五滑块97连同转轴9233远离馅料袋921。弹簧柱塞981的一端也可以不与挡块99连接,那么需要调节压紧块9231和凸块组件9232之间的距离时,首先解除拉环式分度销991对挡块99上端的锁紧,然后将挡块99绕可旋转支点915朝向远离馅料袋921的方向转动后,需要再手动推动第五滑块97沿第五滑轨95朝向远离馅料袋921的方向移动,从而带动转轴9233远离馅料袋921。As shown in FIG. 5 , the pocket

出馅时,推挤件922和袋口操作件923相互配合实现定量出料,原理如下:推挤件922从袋底往袋口推挤馅料使得馅料填满袋口,多个凸块9234随着转轴9233转动至一个凸块9234开始接触馅料袋921的袋体然后横向挤压袋体同时往袋口方向挤出馅料随即离开,即完成定量挤出馅料。因为多个凸块9234沿转轴9233周侧均匀分布,因此每个凸块9234在转轴9233的带动下转动至横向挤压袋体的位置相同,那么每个凸块9234横向挤压袋体时从袋体内截断的馅料量相同,从而可以实现连续地定量挤出馅料。凸块9234的与袋体接触的表面为硬质材料,弹簧柱塞981内的弹簧作为弹性件,弹簧柱塞981内的弹簧与挡块99垂直,弹簧柱塞981内的弹簧给正在横向挤压袋体的凸块提供反向缓冲:图14为凸块9234逆时针转动至左上方刚开始横向挤压袋体时的状态,凸块9234继续逆时针转动,凸块9234对馅料袋921和压紧块9231的挤压力逐渐增大,至转动到图15的状态时,凸块9234对馅料袋921和压紧块9231的挤压力达到极限,压紧块9231和馅料袋921也对凸块9234产生反作用力,在这种反作用力下,由于硬质的凸块9234没有缓冲,日久容易断裂损毁。如果为了使凸块9234能在受到反作用力时形成缓冲,使用软性材料制备凸块9234,经实验证明,软性材料制备的凸块9234由于强度不够在挤压过程中更易断裂损毁。因此,在本实施例中设置了用于给凸块9234提供反向缓冲的弹簧柱塞981,当反向作用力过大时,弹簧柱塞981内的弹簧收缩,转轴9233得以沿第五滑轨95向右稍作平移从而带动凸块9234远离袋体,以减小压紧块9231和馅料袋921对凸块9234的反作用力,从而使得硬质的凸块不会断裂损毁。凸块9234从图15的状态继续逆时针转动至图16的状态的过程中,压紧块9231和馅料袋921对凸块9234的反作用力逐渐减小,因此在图15状态下收缩的弹簧柱塞981内的弹簧逐渐伸展,转轴9233沿第五滑轨95向左回位从而带动凸块9234靠近袋体,以保持凸块9234对袋体具有一定的挤压力又不会损坏凸块9234。也可以不设置弹簧柱塞981,改使用弹性件来连接凸块9234和转轴9233,同样可以起到缓冲作用。When filling out, the pushing
