a remote multi-channel signal comprehensive acquisition system for electrical facilities comprises a system platform, a multi-channel communication module, a host computer module, a bus communication module and a plurality of types of sensors, wherein the system platform, the multi-channel communication module, the host computer module, the bus communication module and the sensors are sequentially connected,
the sensor is used for being installed on an electrical facility and acquiring various parameters of the electrical facility;
the bus communication module is used for collecting and receiving various parameters returned by the sensor to the host module;
the host module is communicated with all the devices mounted on the bus communication module in a polling mode, sends an execution instruction, receives data from the sensor, packages frame data, controls the working mode of the multi-channel communication module, and uploads the packaged data to the system platform; the system platform is also used for analyzing and executing the control command issued by the system platform;
the multi-path communication module comprises a plurality of communication circuit modules, and at least two communication circuit modules are simultaneously used as parallel channels;
the system platform is used for registering, receiving, processing data, judging rules, storing, comprehensively displaying data, exporting data reports, issuing control instructions and performing background management functions, and remote target data monitoring and alarm disposal are completed.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the system platform is composed of a data front-end processor, a WEB server, and a database server, which are connected in sequence, wherein the data front-end processor includes a human-computer interaction interface, the WEB server is used for parsing, running, and processing data, and the database server is used for storing data and providing data support for the WEB server.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the multiplex communication module includes, but is not limited to, an NB communication module, a 4G/5G communication module, an RS232 communication module, an RS485 communication module, and a network communication module.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the host module is further configured to convert the working state of the host module, the working state of the multi-channel communication module, the working state of the bus communication module, the working state of the sensor, and the working state of the power supply module into data, package the data and upload the data to the system platform, and selectively control the power consumption of the power supply module.

the sensor is used for being installed on the electrical facility and acquiring various parameters of the electrical facility;
the bus communication module is used for collecting and receiving various parameters returned by the sensor to the host module;
the host module communicates with all the devices mounted on the bus communication module in a polling mode, sends an execution instruction, receives data from the sensor, packages frame data, controls the working mode of the multi-channel communication module, and uploads the packaged data to the system platform; the system is also used for analyzing and executing the control command issued by the system platform; the host module is also used for converting the working state of the host module, the working state of the multi-channel communication module, the working state of the bus communication module, the working state of the sensor and the working state of the power module into data, packaging the data and uploading the data to the system platform, and selectively controlling the electric energy use of the power module. The host module takes a 32-bit microprocessor as a core and realizes the functions of multi-dimension data conversion, protocol control, data synthesis, communication channel control, working state analysis, interface parameter query, remote instruction analysis and the like.
The multi-channel communication module comprises a plurality of communication circuit modules, and at least two communication circuit modules are simultaneously used as parallel channels; the multiplex communication module comprises but is not limited to an NB communication module, a 4G/5G communication module, an RS232 communication module, an RS485 communication module and a network communication module.
The system platform consists of a data front-end processor, a WEB server and a database server which are sequentially connected, wherein the data front-end processor comprises a human-computer interaction interface, the WEB server is used for analyzing, operating and processing data, and the database server is used for storing data and providing data support for the WEB server. The system platform is used for registering, receiving, processing data, judging rules, storing, comprehensively displaying data, exporting data reports, issuing control instructions and performing background management functions, remote target data monitoring and alarm handling are completed, inspection personnel are enabled to get rid of manual recording, on-site meter reading and operation in dangerous occasions, safety is improved, instantaneity is improved, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and management is efficient.
The bus communication module is a Modbus communication module. The communication control of the host module and each sensor is realized through a pair of RS-485 communication lines, the power supply for the sensors except the digital ammeter and the comprehensive protector is realized through a pair of direct current power lines, the voltage of the power lines is 12V, and the current is not less than 500 mA. The internal bus adopts Modbus protocol communication, and the host module is the initiator of each communication. All devices on the bus use a uniform 9600bps transmission rate.
The sensor includes Modbus sensor and switching value sensor, and Modbus equipment passes through bus communication module and is connected with host computer module, and the switching value sensor passes through protocol conversion module and bus communication module, host computer module and connects gradually.
The invention can be used for power distribution cabinets, power distribution facilities, relay stations, mobile base stations, power distribution machine rooms, oil engine power generation systems, targets needing to be monitored such as environment, electrical parameters and safety monitoring, and the like. The digital electric meter and the comprehensive protector are all complete equipment which can be directly connected with a Modbus bus, and other sensors adopt passive devices, so that a special protocol converter needs to be developed, for example, 5 sensors of vibration, arc light, temperature, noise and infrared are non-Modbus sensors.
The protocol converter is realized by an 8-bit singlechip, explains and converts analog quantity or digital quantity of various sensors, can only be connected with one sensor generally, is provided with a binary dial switch for setting a Modbus address, and designs L ED lamp display state or an analog quantity adjusting knob according to requirements, wherein the Modbus address is 1-255, and each continuous 4 addresses are one section and correspond to the same equipment.
As shown in fig. 2, the power supply module includes a 220V/AC switching power supply, a linear dc module, a lithium battery charger, a lithium battery, and a power supply isolation device. The power distribution system is connected with a 220V single-phase alternating current power supply provided in the power distribution facility, provides a direct current power supply for the whole system, and has the capability of continuously working after the commercial power is cut off. The device has a battery memory function, ensures 12 seconds through charging and discharging of a large capacitor, ensures that useful information is reported to a center, and normally shuts down a host.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sensor is fixed in the upper cover and the lower cover integrated structure, and the upper cover and the lower cover are fixed by screws. A sealing gasket is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover. All shell structures and circuit designs adopt the structural protection measures of salt fog resistance, electromagnetic compatibility, firmness, dust prevention, water prevention and the like. Meanwhile, the internal circuit adopts a redundancy design principle, at least more than 50% of load allowance is reserved in various aspects of systems, channels, acquisition and the like, the robustness of the system is ensured, and a foundation is laid for possible future capacity expansion construction in advance.
The host module embedded program functions as follows:
data acquisition: data acquisition is completed through an RS-485/Modbus bus, and the acquisition objects comprise a digital ammeter, a vibration sensor and the like, and at most 12 Modbus terminal devices.
Forming a data frame: at least two kinds of data frames are required to be formed, wherein one kind of data frame is a large data frame in normal operation, and the other kind of data frame is a small data frame in no commercial power.
Uploading data: one or more of NB-iot, 4G, RJ-45 network port, RS-232 interface upload data according to ROM settings and instructions, where the destination address and port of the first three channels can be set, and the protocol (TCP or UDP) of the 4G and RJ-45 network ports can be set.
Energy conservation: detecting whether the current power supply is commercial power or a battery, if the current power supply is the battery power supply, entering an energy-saving state, and starting up and uploading necessary data at regular intervals in the energy-saving state.

The host module for receiving and processing signals is accessed to various sensors or original facility instrument interfaces for data communication acquisition, analog or digital signals are acquired, are received, processed and packaged by the host module, information is transmitted to a relay or a central server by a wireless network channel through a transmission protocol, and the analog or digital information indirectly or directly reflects the electrical performance parameters of the facility, such as the electric power, the environment, security and protection, and auxiliary facilities (such as an air conditioner, a battery pack, a UPS and the like), is uploaded to the center and converted into readable information, so that managers can control the actual operation condition of remote multiple targets, judge according to big data, issue the information to designated personnel, or send pairs under the command of the center commander, and carry out operation maintenance and emergency treatment. And displaying remote target multi-data summary in real time, and performing equipment inspection and active fault alarm handling. The real-time data helps management personnel to perform decision analysis, can determine the acquired content and frequency according to the monitoring platform instruction, and can upload data to the platform according to an appointed format or push related data to other departments or units to realize data sharing.
The Modbus has the function of multi-channel data concurrent acquisition, and provides various data acquisition through the Modbus industrial bus. The existing power supply battery pack monitoring system is developed to have the advantages of position positioning (GPS or base station positioning), mobile alarm, vibration alarm, electrical parameters (voltage, current and power), environment (temperature and humidity, PM2.5 dust and dangerous water inflow early warning) parameters, switch states (working and non-working, normal and abnormal, fault states and the like), power supply battery pack quality (monitoring voltage, internal resistance and current contact temperature data discrimination), danger (arc light, trip sound and abnormal sound) detection, animal entering and video monitoring, and unattended remote-program inspection is realized.
The universal or improved structure of the upper cover and the lower cover is suitable for monitoring various electrical environments. Only the internal programs or interfaces are changed, more kinds of data acquisition and transmission are realized, and a whole set or part of sensing equipment is customized and produced according to the needs of users.
