Compared with the prior art, the invention discloses the glassware cover, after food is heated, the cover body is covered, the first end of the air hole sliding cover is turned over, so that the air hole is communicated with the outside atmosphere, the vacuum state is prevented from being formed inside, when the cover needs to be taken down, the clamping hook can be separated from the cover body by continuously sliding the first sliding part and the second sliding part, the glassware cover is easily taken down, and the operation is convenient. The design of combining the clamping hook and the air hole cover of the cover ensures that the product structure is more compact and the arrangement is more reasonable.
Further, the cover body comprises a top cover, a middle cover and a bottom cover which are sequentially connected; the area of the middle cover is larger than that of the top cover and the bottom cover, and the through groove is formed in the edge of the middle cover; the top cover is provided with a hemispherical hole near the vent hole. The design can reduce lid body weight from this, bottom and glassware body inner wall cooperation simultaneously, and the leakproofness is better, and the platform extends to the top cap, turns over for gas pocket sliding closure one end and turns over and provide the operating space.
Further, the shaft lever comprises a first straight lever section, a bending section and a second straight lever section; the two ends of the first straight rod section are bent upwards to form a bending section, the bending section is connected with the second straight rod section, and the second straight rod section is arranged in parallel with the first straight rod section; the first straight rod section is hinged on the first bracket; one end bottom of the air hole sliding cover is hinged on the second straight rod section.
Further, the air hole sliding cover comprises a flip cover, a sliding cover and a connecting plate; the bottom of the flip cover is provided with a second bracket, and the second straight rod section is hinged on the second bracket; the two side surfaces of the sliding cover are provided with second sliding parts, and the end parts of the second sliding parts are bent downwards to form clamping hooks; the connecting plate is connected between the flip cover and the sliding cover, and an alpha angle is formed between the plane where the connecting plate is positioned and the plane where the sliding cover is positioned; the hardness of the material close to the sliding cover is smaller than that of the material at the other side, so that the turnover cover can be conveniently turned over.
The radian through groove is formed in the middle of the sliding cover hook, so that the hook can be conveniently pushed out by finger operation; because the edges of the cover body and the glassware body form an arc shape, the design is favorable for reducing the connection error of the clamping hook and the glassware body and reducing the problem of uneven contact points between the middle part of the clamping hook and the glassware body.
Further, the angle alpha is 120-150 degrees, the vent hole protrudes from the platform height and is higher than the bracket height, thereby facilitating the cover of the vent hole by the cover, and the angle is favorable for connecting the cover and the sliding cover which are not in the same plane by the connecting plate.
Further, a plug is arranged at the bottom of the flip close to the second bracket, protrudes downwards and corresponds to the vent hole. It is more advantageous to seal the interior of the glassware when unheated.
Further, the first sliding part is a sliding rail or a sliding groove, and the second sliding part is a sliding groove or a sliding rail corresponding to the first sliding part.
Another object of the invention is to provide a glass vessel, comprising a glass vessel body, a sealing element and a glass vessel cover, wherein the glass vessel body is provided with a connecting edge corresponding to the through groove; the clamping hook is clamped on the connecting edge, and the first sliding part is in sliding fit with the second sliding part; the sealing member is installed at the bottom of the cover body for sealing a gap between the glassware body and the cover body. The sealing element can be a sealing ring which is sleeved on the bottom cover.
In a normal state, the vent hole is closed, and the flip cover and the sliding cover are in a parallel state; when heating, the turnover cover is turned over at the hemispherical hole, the turnover cover drives the shaft lever to rotate, so that the shaft lever is tilted upwards, namely, the turnover cover is separated from the vent hole, the vent hole is communicated with the outside, and the first sliding part is matched with the second sliding part due to the matching of the buckle and the connecting edge, so that the sealing between the cover body and the glassware body is not influenced; when the cover body needs to be opened, the sliding cover is pushed to the outer side, the shaft rod is enabled to continuously rotate backwards, the first sliding part and the second sliding part relatively slide until the clamping hooks and the connecting edges are separated, and the tray body can be taken down.
In the invention, more than two groups of air hole sliding covers can be arranged according to the sealing area on the cover body, and the material and shape of the cover are not limited as long as the cover can meet the use requirement, and the design of the invention falls within the protection scope of the invention. The glassware in the invention can be a glass preservation box, a high borosilicate glass baking tray and the like, but is not limited to the glassware.

The present invention provides a glassware lid, see FIGS. 1-2 and 8, comprising: the square cover body 100, the edge of the cover body 100 is provided with a through groove 101, two groups of first sliding parts 102 are respectively arranged at two sides of the through groove 101, a platform 103 is formed in the through groove 101, and the platform 103 is sequentially provided with a first bracket 104 and a vent 105 from the outer side to the inner side;
a shaft 200, on which the shaft 200 is hinged to the first bracket 104;
the bottom of one end of the air hole sliding cover 300 is hinged to the two ends of the shaft lever 200, and the position corresponding to the air hole 105 can be folded to change the circulation or cut-off state of the air hole 105 and external air flow; two sets of second sliding parts 302 are arranged at two sides of the other end corresponding to the two sets of first sliding parts 102, and a clamping hook 303 for clamping the glassware body 400 is arranged at the end part of the other end.
The invention discloses a glassware cover, which is characterized in that after food is heated, a cover body is covered, a first end of an air hole sliding cover is turned over, so that the air hole is communicated with the outside atmosphere, the vacuum state is prevented from being formed inside, when the cover needs to be taken down, a clamping hook can be separated from the glassware body by continuously sliding a first sliding part and a second sliding part, the glassware cover is taken down easily, and the operation is convenient. The present invention provides a glassware lid, see figures 1-2 and 9, comprising: a rectangular cover body 100, wherein a through groove 101 is formed at the edge of the cover body 100, first sliding parts 102 are respectively arranged at two sides of the outer part of the through groove 101, a platform 103 is formed in the through groove 101, and a first bracket 104 and a vent 105 are sequentially arranged on the platform 103 from the outer side to the inner side;
a shaft 200, on which the shaft 200 is hinged to the first bracket 104;
The bottom of one end of the air hole sliding cover 300 is hinged to the two ends of the shaft lever 200, and the position corresponding to the air hole 105 can be folded to change the circulation or cut-off state of the air hole 105 and external air flow; the two sides of the other end of the glass body are provided with second sliding parts 302 corresponding to the first sliding parts 102, and the end part of the other end is provided with a clamping hook 303 for clamping the glass body 400.
Example 3
The present invention provides a glassware lid, see FIGS. 1-2 and 8, comprising: the circular cover body 100, the edge of the cover body 100 is provided with a through groove 101, two sides of the outside of the through groove 101 are respectively provided with a first sliding part 102, a platform 103 is formed in the through groove 101, and the platform 103 is sequentially provided with a first bracket 104 and a vent 105 from the outside to the inside;
a shaft 200, on which the shaft 200 is hinged to the first bracket 104;
The bottom of one end of the air hole sliding cover 300 is hinged to the two ends of the shaft lever 200, and the position corresponding to the air hole 105 can be folded to change the circulation or cut-off state of the air hole 105 and external air flow; the two sides of the other end of the glass body are provided with second sliding parts 302 corresponding to the first sliding parts 102, and the end part of the other end is provided with a clamping hook 303 for clamping the glass body 400.
Advantageously, in the above embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the cap body 100 includes a top cap, a middle cap and a bottom cap connected in sequence; the area of the middle cover is larger than that of the top cover and the bottom cover, and the through groove 101 is formed on the edge of the middle cover; a hemispherical hole 106 is formed in the top cover near the vent 105. The design can reduce lid body weight from this, bottom and glassware body inner wall cooperation simultaneously, and the leakproofness is better, and the platform extends to the top cap, turns over for gas pocket sliding closure one end and turns over and provide the operating space.
Referring to fig. 4, the shaft 200 includes a first straight bar section 201, a bent section 202, and a second straight bar section 203; the two ends of the first straight rod section 201 are bent upwards to form a bending section 202, the bending section 202 is connected with a second straight rod section 203, and the second straight rod section 203 is arranged in parallel with the first straight rod section 201; the first straight bar section 201 is hinged to the first bracket 104; one end bottom of the air hole sliding cover 300 is hinged on the second straight rod section 203.
Referring to fig. 5-7, the air vent slider 300 includes a flip cover 304, a slider 305, and a connection plate 306; the bottom of the flip cover 304 is provided with a second bracket 307, and the second straight rod section 203 is hinged on the second bracket 307; two sides of the sliding cover 305 are provided with second sliding parts 302, and the end parts of the second sliding parts are bent downwards to form clamping hooks 303; the connecting plate 306 is connected between the flip cover 304 and the sliding cover 305, and an angle alpha is formed between the plane of the connecting plate and the plane of the sliding cover 305; the hardness of the material on the side close to the sliding cover 305 is smaller than that of the material on the other side, so that the turnover cover is convenient to fold.
The radian through groove is formed in the middle of the sliding cover hook, so that the hook can be conveniently pushed out by finger operation; because the edges of the cover body and the glassware body form an arc shape, the design is favorable for reducing the connection error of the clamping hook and the glassware body and reducing the problem of uneven contact points between the middle part of the clamping hook and the glassware body.
Specifically, the angle alpha is 120-150 degrees; the vent hole protrudes from the height of the platform and is higher than the height of the bracket, thereby facilitating the cover of the vent hole by the cover, and the angle is favorable for connecting the cover plate to the cover and the sliding cover which are not in the same plane.
Advantageously, the bottom of the flip 304 is provided with a plug 301 adjacent to the second bracket 307, the plug 301 protruding downwards and corresponding to the position of the vent 105. It is more advantageous to seal the interior of the glassware when unheated.
In the above embodiments, the first sliding portion 102 is a sliding rail or a sliding groove, and the second sliding portion 302 is a sliding groove or a sliding rail corresponding to the first sliding portion 102.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8-10, the glassware provided by the invention comprises a glassware body 400, a sealing element 500 and a glassware cover, wherein a connecting edge 401 is arranged on the glassware body 400 corresponding to the through groove 101; the hook 303 is clamped on the connecting edge 401, and the first sliding portion 102 is in sliding fit with the second sliding portion 302; a sealing member 500 is installed at the bottom of the lid body 100 for sealing a gap between the glassware body 400 and the lid body 100. The sealing element can be a sealing ring which is sleeved on the bottom cover.
