In order to overcome the defects that the lamp post of the street lamp needs to be manually rotated and the revolution of the lamp post needs to be controlled in the existing mode of winding a protective film and a hemp rope on the lamp post of the street lamp, the invention has the technical problems that: the protective film and hemp rope winding device for the street lamp pole can automatically rotate the street lamp pole and effectively control the revolution of the street lamp pole.

After the lamp pole is wound, the rotatingblade 22 is pushed to be matched with thefixed blade 21 to cut the protective film and the hemp rope, meanwhile, the concave block 25 is pushed to slide outwards, thethird spring 24 is compressed, when the rotatingblade 22 is in contact with thepush rod 26, therotating blade 22 is stopped being pushed, after the protective film and the hemp rope are cut off, the rotatingblade 22 is loosened, the concave block 25 is driven to slide inwards to reset under the action of thethird spring 24, the rotatingblade 22 is further pushed to swing to reset, the rotatingblade 22 is separated from thefixed blade 21, therefore, the protective film and the hemp rope can be cut off rapidly, and a cutter does not need to be manually used for cutting.
