Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The radiation sheets widely used at present are mostly vertical or inclined straight radiation sheets. The straight radiating patch is applied to a broadband antenna, and due to the wide frequency band, the reflecting action of the radiating patch on a low frequency band and a high frequency band is greatly different, so that the problems of beam distortion, divergence and the like can be caused finally. The beam distortion has a great influence on the beam width, particularly in the case that the distorted pattern affects the determination of the-3 dB spot, which easily causes the read beam width to be very wide or very narrow. The ideal horizontal plane directional diagram curve main lobe is a smooth curve, fig. 1 is a directional diagram of a broadband antenna adopting a radiation sheet in the prior art, the horizontal axis and the vertical axis of the directional diagram respectively represent normalized gain and scanning angle, and the directional diagram curve shown in fig. 1 is zigzag, so that the curve is called deformation compared with an ideal curve.
In order to overcome the above problems of the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a radiation patch for a broadband antenna, the radiation patch having a base segment and at least two bending segments connected to the base segment, wherein bending angles of all the bending segments are different from each other.
Fig. 2 is a side view of a radiation plate according to an embodiment of the present invention, where a is a base segment of the radiation plate, the base segment is generally attached to a reflection plate of a broadband antenna, and b, c, and d are bent segments of the radiation plate, and an included angle between each bent segment and a horizontal plane is different from each other, as shown in fig. 2. The bending angle of each bending section of the radiation sheet of the embodiment of the present invention is not fixed, and is used to indicate the structural form of the radiation sheet and is not limited to a specific size, and all radiation sheets of similar forms belong to the scope of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of bending sections are arranged on the radiation sheet to form a plurality of different reflecting surfaces, so that beams in different frequency bands can be reflected, the deviation of the beams in different frequency bands is not too large, and the problems of beam distortion, beam divergence and the like are solved.
Fig. 3 is a directional diagram of a broadband antenna using the radiation patch according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the beam deformation is significantly improved and the beam convergence is better than the directional diagram shown in fig. 1, but the beam width of individual frequency points still does not meet the requirement.
In the wideband antenna pattern index, it often appears that the beam width of individual or several frequency points does not meet the requirement and most other frequency bands are within the index requirement. When the wideband antenna beam width index is debugged, no matter the boundary position or the shape is changed, the beam pattern in the whole frequency band is affected. A situation may occur where one frequency point is tuned and another frequency point has a problem. The debugging difficulty is increased, and the pertinence is not strong.
In order to overcome the problems, the embodiment of the invention improves the bending sections, and particularly, a bending section with at least one narrow slit is arranged in all the bending sections; the length of the narrow slits is related to the size of the preset frequency points, and the number of the narrow slits is related to the number of the preset frequency points.
It should be noted that, according to the horizontal bandwidth index of the directional diagram, the embodiment of the present invention may have a plurality of narrow slits on any bending section on the radiating patch, so as to optimize the beam width of the radiating patch for different frequency points.
The number of the narrow slits is equal to the number of frequency points needing to be optimized by the beam width index, the length L of the narrow slits is equal to 1/2 of the corresponding wavelength of the frequency point F, namely L is equal to C/2F, wherein C represents the light speed and is not larger than the left width and the right width of the radiation sheet.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the inner and outer walls of the narrow slit are smooth to avoid intermodulation hidden trouble.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a radiation sheet according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the radiation sheet has 3 bending sections, and anarrow slit 101 is disposed on the middle bending section.
Fig. 5 is a directional diagram of a broadband antenna using another embodiment of the radiation patch of the present invention, and compared with fig. 3, the beam width of a frequency point where the beam width is too narrow is widened, and the beam convergence is higher.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the narrow slits are parallel to the bending part of the bending section.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the narrow slot is equivalent to a slot broadband antenna, and the parallel ensures that the radiation direction of the slot broadband antenna is the same as the radiation direction of the radiation unit
On the basis of the above embodiments, the gap width of the narrow gap is 1mm, and when the number of the narrow gaps is greater than 1, the distance between two adjacent narrow gaps is not less than 5 mm. Because the narrow slits are equivalent to narrow slit broadband antennas, interference can occur when the narrow slits are too close to each other, and verification proves that the interference between the narrow slits can be reduced by setting the distance of more than 5 millimeters.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the radiation sheet of the embodiment of the present invention has 3 bending sections, and it should be noted that, although the number of the bending sections is not limited theoretically, the effect of the highest benefit can be achieved by setting 3 bending sections in consideration of the influence of the production conditions in practical application.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the 3 bending segments are respectively used as a first bending segment, a second bending segment and a third bending segment according to the direction far away from the base segment; and the bending angles of the first bending section, the second bending section and the third bending section are gradually reduced. The advantage of this arrangement is that it can reflect the high, middle and low frequency band electromagnetic wave to different extent, and can converge the wave width.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a broadband antenna, including:
and two sides of the reflecting plate are provided with folded edges perpendicular to the reflecting plate. The folded edge can play a role in reflecting electromagnetic waves.
The radiation unit is arranged on the reflecting plate, the two sides of the radiation unit are symmetrically provided with the radiation sheets in the above embodiments, and the radiation sheets are parallel to the folded edge.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the radiation units is not specifically limited, and the radiation units are used for radiating electromagnetic waves. The radiation sheet is used for optimizing the horizontal plane directional diagram index, so that the radiation sheet is required to be symmetrically arranged on two sides of the radiation unit.
Because the radiation sheet and the reflecting plate are both made of metal, the intermodulation index is influenced if the radiation sheet and the reflecting plate are in direct contact, and an insulating material is arranged between the radiation sheet and the reflecting plate.
On the basis of the above embodiments, as an alternative embodiment, the height of the folded edge is lower than that of the radiation sheet, so that the gain can be enhanced and the wave width can be prevented from being deteriorated.
On the basis of the above embodiments, as an alternative embodiment, the thickness of the reflecting plate is 2.5 mm.
On the basis of the above embodiments, as an optional embodiment, the reflecting plate is made of aluminum, and the aluminum is used as the reflecting plate, so that the advantage of low density of the aluminum material is utilized, and the reflecting plate is more convenient to mount in practical use.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a broadband antenna according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the broadband antenna includes:
thereflection plate 201, both sides of the reflection plate set uphem 202 and hem 203 perpendicular to said reflection plate;
and theradiation unit 204 is arranged on the reflectingplate 201,radiation sheets 205 and 206 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the radiation unit, and both radiation sheets are parallel to the folded edge.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
