The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted gas turbine generator set which comprises a chassis truck, a power bin, an electric bin, an air inlet filtering system, a ventilation filtering system and a hydraulic leveling system, wherein the power bin, the electric bin, the air inlet filtering system and the ventilation filtering system are arranged on the chassis truck, the hydraulic leveling system is arranged on two sides of the lower part of the chassis truck, the power bin and the electric bin are respectively arranged at two ends of the chassis truck, the air inlet filtering system is arranged at the top of the power bin, the ventilation filtering system is arranged at the top of the electric bin, and a gas turbine, a generator, a gear box and a starting motor are arranged in the power bin. Background
In the prior art, a vehicle-mounted generator set is provided with either a conventional internal combustion engine as a power source or a micro gas turbine as a power source (a gas turbine with output power below 1 MW), the conventional internal combustion engine is common, and the micro gas turbine is a few in number. In addition, some technologies apply the high-power gas turbine to the operation site, but due to factors such as large volume, the high-power gas turbine can only adopt a fixed type or a skid-mounted type or a semi-trailer type, and the fixed type or the skid-mounted type has high requirements on the hardening of the operation site, and the operation site must be hardened first, so that the installation time in the early period of operation is greatly increased, and the time and the labor are consumed. The semi-trailer type is only a few cases in the industry at present, the semi-trailer is long in length and large in turning radius, and has poor trafficability on rough roads and other roads and narrow adaptive surfaces.
At present, under the great trend of changing oil into electricity in the field of oil fields, the vehicle-mounted or fixed type or skid-mounted or semi-trailer-mounted vehicle cannot meet the requirements of rapid transportation, installation and power supply in the current industry.
Therefore, a generator set which is high in power density, convenient to transport and move and convenient to install on site is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a vehicle-mounted gas turbine generator set, wherein a chassis vehicle with proper bearing capacity and excellent damping performance is selected, and a high-power generator set is integrated on the chassis vehicle through reasonable space optimal arrangement, so that the vehicle-mounted gas turbine generator set has the advantages of high output power, convenience in transportation and movement, rapidness in field installation and wide adaptability.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a vehicle-mounted gas turbine generator set includes achassis 7, apower bin 4, anelectrical bin 6, an airintake filter system 3, aventilation filter system 5 and ahydraulic leveling system 9, wherein thepower bin 4, theelectrical bin 6, the airintake filter system 3 and theventilation filter system 5 are arranged on thechassis 7, thehydraulic leveling system 9 is arranged on two sides of the lower portion of thechassis 7, thepower bin 4 and theelectrical bin 6 are respectively arranged at two ends of a girder on the upper portion of thechassis 7, the airintake filter system 3 is arranged at the top of thepower bin 4, theventilation filter system 5 is arranged at the top of theelectrical bin 6, and a gas turbine, a generator, a gear box, a starting motor and a lubricating system are arranged in thepower bin 4. The gas turbine is connected with the generator through the gear box, the starting motor is installed on the gear box, and the lubricating system provides lubrication for the gas turbine and the gear box. The ventilation andfiltration system 5 comprises a fan, a silencer and an air filter, the air outlet end of the fan is communicated with thepower bin 4, and the air inlet end of the fan is connected with the silencer and the air filter. The inletair filter system 3 is connected to the inlet air of the gas turbine. The high-power generator set is effectively integrated on thechassis vehicle 7 through the space optimization arrangement of thepower bin 4, theelectric bin 6, the airinlet filtering system 3 and theventilation filtering system 5.
The front two axles of thechassis 7 are steel plate spring suspensions, and the rear three axles are air spring suspensions. Through the model selection of thechassis vehicle 7, sufficient bearing capacity is provided for the integration of high-power generator sets.
The power of thehydraulic leveling system 9 is provided by an engine of thechassis vehicle 7, and thehydraulic leveling system 9 is used for ground leveling of the vehicle-mounted gas turbine generator set in a working state. Thehydraulic leveling system 9 comprises four hydraulic support legs, and two hydraulic support legs are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of thechassis truck 7. The two hydraulic support legs at the front end are distributed on two sides of thechassis truck 7, and the two hydraulic support legs at the rear end are distributed on two sides of thechassis truck 7. The engine of thechassis 7 drives the four hydraulic support legs, so that thechassis 7 is leveled to the ground, the ground hardening treatment is not needed, the stability of thechassis 7 in the working state can be met, the installation is rapid, and the time and the labor are saved.
And the bin bodies of thepower bin 4 and theelectrical bin 6 are subjected to mute treatment. The silencing treatment is to add sound-absorbing cotton, a microporous structure, aluminum silicate salt cotton, glass fiber cotton and other sound-insulating materials on the bin walls of thepower bin 4 and theelectrical bin 6. An outer bin body can also be added outside thepower bin 4 and theelectric bin 6, and the outer bin body is subjected to mute treatment. The airinlet filtering system 3 and theventilation filtering system 5 can also perform corresponding sound insulation and noise reduction treatment, so that the low-noise work of the vehicle-mounted gas turbine generator set on the operation site is realized.
The vehicle-mounted gas turbine generator set comprises anexhaust system 1, and theexhaust system 1 is connected with achassis vehicle 7 through a supporting mechanism. Theexhaust system 1 is connected to an exhaust port of the gas turbine.
The supporting mechanism comprises leveling supportinglegs 14, asupport 13 and a connectingpiece 12, one end of thesupport 13 is connected with thechassis vehicle 7 through the connectingpiece 12, the bottom of the other end of thesupport 13 is connected with theleveling supporting legs 14, and thesupport 13 is used for receiving theexhaust system 1. When the exhaust system is installed in field operation, theexhaust system 1 is hoisted.
The levellinglegs 14 are foldable in the transport state. The connection part of the levelingleg 14 and thesupport 13 is rotatably connected, for example, by a pin. In the non-transport state, the levelinglegs 14 are lowered to support theexhaust system 1. The levelinglegs 14 are hydraulic legs.
Vehicular gas turbine generating set includesinstrument panel 8,instrument wind system 10, high-pressure junction box 11 and lubricatingoil cooling system 2,instrument panel 8,instrument wind system 10 and high-pressure junction box 11 establish respectively in the lower part ofchassis car 7, and lubricatingoil cooling system 2 establishes at the top ofpower storehouse 4, and lubricatingoil cooling system 2 sets up withfiltration system 3 that admits air in parallel. The lubricating oilheat dissipation system 2 is used for heat dissipation of lubricating oil in the lubricating system. The high-voltage junction box 11 is used for outputting high voltage of the vehicle-mounted gas turbine generator set, and theinstrument panel 8 is used for displaying pipeline pressure of an air circuit and an oil circuit in theinstrument air system 10. Theinstrument wind system 10 is connected to a gas turbine.
Theinstrument panel 8, theinstrument wind system 10 and the high-voltage junction box 11 are respectively arranged on the side surface of thechassis vehicle 7. Theinstrument panel 8 is arranged at the tail part of thechassis vehicle 7, the high-voltage junction box 11 is arranged at the position close to the head of thechassis vehicle 7, and theinstrument wind system 10 is arranged adjacent to the high-voltage junction box 11.
The power of the gas turbine is above 5.3 MW. Gas turbines may utilize well head gas as fuel on site.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
