The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a supervisory control system adapted for delivery of a material stream, comprising a functional system comprising a functional device and a control panel for controlling operation of the functional device, further comprising: the distribution box is connected with a mains supply and comprises a relay and a button for controlling a switch communicated with the mains supply; the uninterruptible power supply is connected with the distribution box; and the control terminal comprises control software and is in communication connection with the control panel in the functional system. The invention aims to provide a management control system and a control method thereof suitable for logistics transportation, which can control the opening and closing of a plurality of systems by one key, distinguish power utilization strategies of an entity system and a management system and improve the power utilization safety and the management efficiency of the system.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automation logistics design, in particular to management design of a functional component and a control system.
Background
With the development of mechanical manufacturing automation and intelligent control technology, automation elements in modern plant logistics are increasing. For example, in the conventional technology, the dispatching of materials in each station in a factory building often depends on manual carrying or manual carrying by using vehicles such as a forklift, and the like, so that the efficiency is low, and the manual strength is high. The transfer of material is now accomplished using an automated logistics system.
For example, chinese patent publication No. CN201710106862.6 discloses a logistics transportation system, which includes an inbound structure, a guide rail, and an outbound structure. Goods are carried on the carrier and are transmitted on the conveying track, so that logistics are realized. In most logistics transportation systems, there are many devices, such as a control device, a screening device, a lifting device, etc., and each device is separately provided with a power control system to connect with the mains supply, which causes certain disadvantages: firstly, in the on and off stages of the system, an operator needs to operate the power control systems corresponding to the devices one by one, the operation is time-consuming, and the situations of operation leakage and misoperation exist. Secondly, the management strategies of the power supply in the opening and closing stages of each system are different, the requirements on technicians are further increased, and the error rate is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a management control system and a control method thereof suitable for logistics transportation, which can control the opening and closing of a plurality of systems by one key, distinguish power utilization strategies of an entity system and a management system and improve the power utilization safety and the management efficiency of the system.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a supervisory control system adapted for delivery of a material stream, comprising a functional system comprising a functional device and a control panel for controlling operation of the functional device, further comprising:
the distribution box is connected with a mains supply and comprises a relay and a button for controlling a switch communicated with the mains supply;
and the control terminal comprises control software and is in communication connection with the control panel in the functional system.
Preferably, the power distribution box further comprises an uninterruptible power supply, and the uninterruptible power supply is connected with the power distribution box.

and after the timing of the relay is finished, the distribution box is powered off.

2. The distribution box is provided with a relay for timing. When a user operates a button to close the whole system, the mains supply is disconnected after the preset value is timed, and the time delay is favorable for data interaction and successful storage of software and buffer protection of hardware.
3. The control terminal is powered by the special uninterrupted power supply, and can continuously supply power to the control terminal after the commercial power is turned off, so that data loss and system damage caused by sudden power loss of the control terminal are avoided.
4. The uninterrupted power supply system also comprises a timing function, and the timing time is used for controlling the self-closing of the terminal and the power-off operation of the uninterrupted power supply.

Embodiment 1, a management control system suitable for logistics transportation and a control method thereof, as shown in fig. 1, the system includes a distribution box, the distribution box is connected with a commercial power, and a button and a relay are arranged in the distribution box. The button is convenient for operators to operate, and can be a common key in physical structure, and after a user presses the key, the aim is to open or close the whole logistics conveying system. The type of the relay is not particularly limited, and the relay is a time relay, and the relay is used for timing in the technical scheme.
The functional system is an entity device in the technical scheme and takes charge of the actual function of logistics transportation. The function system comprises a plurality of function devices, and each function device is independently provided with a control panel. As shown in fig. 2, the function devices include a lifting device, a screening device, an air compressing device, and a transferring device. The transmission device comprises different numbers of transmission lines according to actual conditions, and each transmission line is independently provided with a respective control board. In practical application, the control board can be installed near the power motor corresponding to the distance transmission line.
The control terminal in fig. 1 may be a PC, and corresponding control software is installed in the PC, and the control software is in communication connection with each control board, and may perform data transmission in a wired or wireless manner.
Unlike the functional system, the control terminal is connected to a UPS, i.e., an uninterruptible power supply. And the functional system is directly connected with the distribution box.
When the whole system is in a closed state and the system needs to be started, a user only needs to press a button, then the distribution box is connected with the mains supply, and the functional system and the control system are both normally and synchronously powered on, so that the system is started and conducted by one key.
When the whole system is in an operating state and needs to be closed, special treatment is carried out in the scheme. As shown in fig. 1 and 3.
First, the user presses the close button of the electric box.
After the button is pressed, the commercial power is not immediately disconnected, and the functional system and the control terminal are still powered. The relay starts timing. And the control board in the functional system begins transmitting and saving data at this point in preparation for a subsequent shutdown.
When the timing of the relay reaches the predetermined off delay time, this time value is 10 seconds in the present embodiment. After the time, the distribution box controls to disconnect the connection with the commercial power, at the moment, the functional system loses power, and the power of the control terminal is not provided by the commercial power any more but by the uninterrupted power supply.
In the present application, an uninterruptible power supply (hereinafter referred to as UPS) also has a timing function. When the commercial power is disconnected, the distribution box sends a software closing command to the control software in the control terminal. The control terminal of the process is powered from the UPS, and the control software saves data and shuts down.
When the timing of the UPS reaches a preset delay time, the UPS sends a shutdown command to a control terminal, namely the PC. And when a shutdown command is sent, the UPS counts again, and after the preset delay time is reached, the UPS is closed and does not supply power to the control terminal any more.
The first delay time and the second delay time can be set by self, and in the scheme, the first delay time and the second delay time are set to be one minute.
In conclusion, the whole system realizes the one-key opening and closing of all the devices including the control terminal through one button, and the software is normally closed in the closing process, no data is lost, and the electric energy use efficiency is high.
Embodiment 2, unlike embodiment 1, no UPS is present in this embodiment.
When a user needs to power off the whole logistics system and perform one-key operation, the button in the distribution box is still pressed. At the moment, a time relay in the distribution box starts timing, a closing signal is sent to the control terminal, the control terminal performs software closing, and then the control terminal is shut down. Unlike embodiment 1, the distribution box is not powered off during this process, and power is still supplied to the control terminal. And when the preset delay time is reached, the time relay in the distribution box finishes timing, and then the distribution box is powered off.

A control method of a supervisory control system for logistics transportation according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein when it is required to shut down the whole system, there are the following steps: s01, button operation step: a user operates a button in the distribution box, and the system sends a power supply closing signal; s02, a relay timing step; a relay in the distribution box starts timing, and the distribution box sends a closing command to control software in a control terminal; s03, controlling the software to close; stopping the control software, and settling and storing the data; s04, controlling the terminal to be powered off; s05, even if the power is finished and the power is cut off; and after the timing of the relay is finished, the distribution box is powered off.
