The invention aims to provide an intelligent remote monitoring and management system for a cell, which aims to solve the problems that the existing cell proposed in the background art cannot manage and control a corridor elevator corresponding to the cell when the existing cell is remotely managed, and thus visitors can easily sit on wrong floors and cannot quickly and accurately reach the position of a designated owner's house when visiting the visitors.

the housing safety information detection system is used for intelligently monitoring gas, water and electricity use information and the like in a housing by an owner;
the corresponding building monitoring system is used for intelligently monitoring visitors in corresponding buildings when owners receive visitor requests;
the visitor information positioning and checking system is used for intelligently monitoring the specific position of a building where the visitor end APP is located by an owner;
the owner information storage system is used for editing and inputting information of a corresponding building, a corresponding floor and the like of an owner and is used for intelligently monitoring an elevator of the corresponding building.
Preferably, the corresponding building monitoring system comprises a corresponding house monitoring module, a corresponding corridor elevator door lock monitoring module, a corresponding corridor elevator operation control module and a temporary two-dimensional code sending module;
the corresponding housing monitoring module is used for remotely unlocking a housing door lock after a visitor arrives at the corresponding housing after the owner positions the visitor;
the corresponding corridor elevator door lock monitoring module is used for automatically opening the corresponding corridor elevator door after the temporary two-dimensional code is identified;
the corresponding corridor elevator operation control module is used for automatically conveying the floors of the specified housing to the corresponding corridor elevator after the temporary two-dimensional code is identified;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, through the remote control of the corridor elevator by using the remote terminal owner APP system, the passengers can conveniently take the corresponding corridor elevator through the temporary two-dimensional code identification, so that the passengers are prevented from missing floors and influencing other owners, and through the identification of the temporary two-dimensional code in the property management terminal service system, the use of a community network and the like by the passengers can be facilitated.
