In view of this, the present invention provides a method and an apparatus for processing resource information, a storage medium, and a terminal, and mainly aims to solve the problems of low processing efficiency of resource information residing on the existing platform and increased complexity of the residing operation.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for processing resource information, including:
acquiring first resource information for residing in a first platform;
searching second resource information matched with the first resource information in a second platform, wherein the second platform is a platform which has an incidence relation with the first platform and in which the user is parked;
judging whether the parking condition of the first platform is met or not by combining the first resource information and the second resource information;
and if so, establishing the resident binding relationship among the first resource information, the first platform and the second platform.
Further, the searching for the second resource information in the second platform, which matches the first resource information, includes:
determining a second platform which is completed to reside according to the user information in the first resource information;
and searching second resource information corresponding to the user information from the second platform.
Further, the establishing the inbound binding relationship between the first resource information and the first platform and the second platform includes:
and establishing a binding relationship between user information in the first resource information and account numbers of the first platform and the second platform, wherein the user information comprises user identity information and main body information.
Further, after the establishing of the inbound binding relationship between the first resource information and the first platform and the second platform, the method further includes:
and establishing a service resource interaction relation between the first platform and the bound account in the second platform.
Further, the method further comprises:
monitoring the parking binding relation generated by finishing parking, and pushing resource information management service according to the monitoring result of the parking binding relation.

the judging module is used for judging whether the parking condition of the first platform is met or not by combining the first resource information and the second resource information;
and the establishing module is used for establishing the resident binding relationship among the first resource information, the first platform and the second platform if the first resource information is in accordance with the resident binding relationship.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing resource information, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
101. first resource information for camping on a first platform is obtained.
In the embodiment of the invention, the resident first platform is an application platform on which a user waits to perform business transaction, and in order to ensure that the business transaction performed by the user is safe and conforms to the business environment of the first platform, the user uploads or enters the first resource information for residence when applying for residence audit. The resident first platform is suitable for electronic commerce platforms in various life service fields such as catering, tourism, movies and the like, a plurality of platforms are bound to the current end by using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of a whole channel, so that a resident flow is initiated by using business management contents in the CRM system, and a merchant user uploads or inputs first resource information through the CRM system.
It should be noted that since the user camping on the first platform is an agreement with the first platform to implement the constraint relationship of the business transaction in the first platform, the first platform processes the first resource information as the audit content to determine whether to approve the user camping. The first resource information comprises identity information of a user to be parked, business information to be parked and/or main body information to be parked, the user identity information can be a name of a merchant, corporate information and the like, the business information can be contents of a range, a field, an object and the like operated by the merchant, the main body information can be brand information, and after the user enters or uploads the first resource information, the user completes the entry or upload of all the first resource information in a determined mode, so that the CRM system at the current end obtains the first resource information.
102. And searching second resource information matched with the first resource information in a second platform.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to reduce the complexity of processing resource information in the parking process and greatly save processing time, a second platform that has completed the parking of a merchant user is used to search for second resource information that matches the first resource information, and the second platform is a platform that has an association relationship with the first platform and the user has completed the parking, and may be one or multiple, and the association relationship between the first platform and the second platform is that user data in the first platform and the second platform can be mutually invoked and used, or a contract relationship is established between the first platform and the second platform for agreeing on data content that can be shared in the first platform and the second platform. In addition, the second resource information matched with the first resource information may include the first resource information, or may be the same as or partially the same as the business information, the subject information, and the like in the first resource information, and specifically performs the search through the user identity information, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The second resource information includes subscription information, and/or business information, and/or main body information, the subscription information is entrance contract information subscribed by the merchant user and the second platform, and is used for limiting a business transaction range or constraint content and the like performed by the merchant user in the second platform, the business information may be content such as a range, a field, an object and the like operated by the merchant, and the main body information may be brand information.
103. And judging whether the parking condition of the first platform is met or not by combining the first resource information and the second resource information.
The entry condition of the first platform is an entry condition configured in the CRM system in advance for determining whether the first platform can be signed to enter, and may include whether the user identity information and/or the business information and/or the subject information is correct or not, a business range of the user identity information and/or the business information and/or the subject information, a business object of the user identity information and/or the business information and/or the subject information, and the like.
It should be noted that, since the first resource information is information entered in the first platform for requesting for parking, in order to determine the parking condition more accurately, accelerate the processing step of the information, and avoid omission of resource information processing, the second resource information matched with the first resource information found in the second platform is combined with the first resource information to determine whether the parking condition of the first platform is met, so as to accelerate the processing speed of the parking resource information.
In addition, if the first resource information does not meet the parking condition of the first platform, namely the first resource information cannot be parked, prompt information is sent so that the user can re-enter or upload the first resource information.
104. And if so, establishing the resident binding relationship among the first resource information, the first platform and the second platform.
For the embodiment of the invention, if the first resource information meets the parking condition of the first platform, the first resource information is established with the parking binding relationship between the first resource information and the first platform as well as between the first resource information and the second platform in the CRM system. The first resource information is used as processing information of the first platform for applying for docking, so that the docking binding relationship established between the first resource information and the first platform is the binding relationship established between the user identity information, the business information, the main body information and the account number of the first platform under the condition that the docking is met, so that a merchant user can call a background interface of the first platform through the account number bound by the first platform to perform business processing, for example, on-line shop information and the like are created. In addition, the second platform is a platform which has a relationship with the first platform and has completed the docking, so that the first resource information completing the docking in the first platform is suitable for data sharing in the second platform, and the docking binding relationship established between the first resource information and the second platform is the account binding relationship established between the user identity information, the business information, the subject information and the second platform, so that the merchant user can call a background interface of the second platform through the account bound by the second platform to perform data sharing processing, for example, call marketing data in the second platform, and the like.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for processing resource information, which is compared with the prior art that the processing of the resource information of platform parking is in the range of the platform applying for parking, and the accuracy and the service range of the resource information uploaded by a merchant are artificially processed, the embodiment of the invention searches second resource information which is matched with the first resource information in a second platform which is completely parked and has an incidence relation with the first platform through the first resource information used for parking the first platform, and judges whether the parking condition of the first platform is met by combining the first resource information and the second resource information; if the resource information is consistent with the resource information, establishing a parking binding relationship between the first resource information and the first platform and between the first resource information and the second platform, realizing automatic processing of the parking resource information, simplifying the steps of parking operation, reducing time consumption, greatly improving the processing accuracy of the resource information, accelerating the processing speed, avoiding repeated confirmation of the resource information, completing the processing of the parking resource information at one time, reducing the processing information amount of the resource information, improving the processing efficiency of the resource information, and further improving the efficiency of platform parking by utilizing the resource information.
An embodiment of the present invention provides another method for processing resource information, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
201. first resource information for camping on a first platform is obtained.
This step is the same asstep 101 shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in order to accelerate the CRM system to complete the processing of the first resource information, if the user submits the registration audit application, the first resource information may further include expected subscription information including part of limited contents of business transaction contents, such as a merchant user, a brand merchant, and the like, in addition to the identity information of the user to be registered, and/or the business information to be registered, so that the CRM system performs one-time judgment by using the registration condition, reduces the processing steps of the resource information, and accelerates the processing efficiency. For example, after the first resource information including the user identity information, the business information, the subject information, and the expected subscription information is submitted, the first resource information is checked through the CRM system, and the user is notified in a form of a short message, where the checked content may include the integrity of the first resource information, and may also include whether the enrollment is completed or not.
Further, in order to improve the integrity of the resource information and thus improve the processing efficiency of the resource information, afterstep 201, the method further includes: judging whether the first resource information is complete or not according to the resident trigger node; and if the resource information is not complete, outputting the information to be recorded in the first resource information.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the CRM system is a full-channel service platform management system, a subscription entrance application corresponding to a platform can be initiated for nodes of different services, and if a subscription process can be triggered in a service menu, that is, different entrance trigger nodes may need to enter different resource information, therefore, in order to accelerate the processing speed of the resource information and reduce the complexity of steps, whether the first resource information is complete is judged according to the entrance trigger nodes, that is, whether all expected subscription information, and/or user identity information to be entered, and/or business information to be entered, and/or main information to be entered are contained, and if not, information to be entered in the first resource information which needs to be confirmed by a merchant user is output. In addition, the integrity of the first resource information may be determined by presetting information to be entered, such as the number of items and content of the first resource information, so that the user can enter the information completely.
It should be noted that, since the merchant user completes the parking application process by logging in the CRM system, the merchant user is required to log in the current CRM system, and determine whether the first platform that needs to perform the parking application is bound to the CRM system, that is, whether the first platform PID or the Chainid main body is bound to the CRM main body, if so, enter a function page of the CRM system to indicate that the parking is completed, and if not, enter the parking process, where the PID login state is used to log in a second platform that the first platform corresponds to the bound platform, if the PID login state exists, enter the parking process, and if the PID login state does not exist, enter the second platform to perform the binding or establish the association process. Specifically, for the information of the expected subscription, the subscription information may be confirmed to ensure the correctness of the subscription information, the determining of the subscription information may include determining the enterprise information, determining whether the enterprise information is complete, and if not, outputting a popup to prompt for supplement, confirming the business information or payment information, confirming the brand information, confirming the contact information, confirming the subscription content, and the like. If the input is incomplete or the input is still incomplete for many times, in order to accelerate the processing speed, whether the process jumps to the flow of manual review can be judged according to a preset threshold value.
202. And determining the second platform which is completed to reside according to the user information in the first resource information.
For the embodiment of the invention, in order to accurately determine the second platform which is already resident and has the incidence relation, so as to find the matched second resource information from the second platform, the second platform which is already resident is determined according to the user identity information in the first resource information. The user information comprises user identity information and main body information, and a merchant user can enter a plurality of platforms through a CRM system, so that the CRM system stores the corresponding relation between the platforms which have completed entrance and the user, for example, a user database of the entrance platform searches all the platforms which have completed entrance according to the user identity information and the main body information in the database, for example, a platform which a user a completes entrance has a certain catering type platform and a certain hotel reservation type platform, and when the user a inputs an identity number to apply for the certain train reservation type platform, the platform which has completed entrance is determined to be the certain catering type platform and the certain hotel reservation type platform according to the input identity number.
203. And searching second resource information corresponding to the user information from the second platform.
For the embodiment of the present invention, the second resource information is the resource information that is entered by the user when the user is used to camp on the second platform, and therefore, the second resource information includes subscription information and/or business information and/or main body information, where the subscription information is the subscription content agreed with the second platform for camping, and the business information and the main body information are both information of camping on the second platform, and therefore, different second platforms store the second resource information that is entered by all users who have camped on. In order to accurately find the second resource information matched with the first resource information which is input by the user and used for entering the first platform in the second platform, the second resource information is found from a database of the second platform by utilizing the user information, such as the user identity card number, the business license information and the like.
204. And judging whether the parking condition of the first platform is met or not by combining the first resource information and the second resource information.
This step is the same asstep 103 shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, because the second resource information is the resource information whose parking has been completed, it can be determined that the second resource information is correct and safe resource information, that is, whether the parking condition of the first platform is met is determined by combining the first resource information and the second resource information entered by the user. Wherein, if the first resource information is the same as the second resource information, any one of them can be used for judging, if not, the resource information may be determined according to the service types of the first platform and the second platform, where the service type includes the service type of the platform, such as catering, traveling, movie and television, for example, if the first platform and the second platform are both of catering service type, if the business number in the first resource information is different from the business number in the second resource information, the judgment is carried out according to the second resource information, if the first platform is the catering service type and the second platform is the tourism service type, if the main brand in the first resource information is different from the main brand in the second resource information, the judgment is performed according to the first resource information, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
205. And if so, establishing the account binding relationship between the user information in the first resource information and the first platform and the account of the second platform.
For the embodiment of the invention, when the parking condition is met, namely the user can park in the first platform to perform service transaction, the binding relationship between the user information and the account numbers of the first platform and the second platform is established, and the user information comprises the user identity information and the main body information. The account binding relationship established between the first resource information and the first platform comprises user identity information, business information, main body information and the account binding relationship of the first platform, the account binding relationship established between the first resource information and the second platform is the account binding relationship established between the user identity information, the business information, the main body information and the second platform, such as the account binding relationship between a brand main body and the platform, the account binding relationship between a user ID and the platform and the like, furthermore, because the platform is managed by a CRM system, the account binding between the platform and the CRM system can be carried out, such as the account binding relationship between the CRM account and the platform and the account binding relationship between the CRM account and the user ID, in addition, in order to establish the association relationship between the resource information, if the association relationship is in accordance with the enrollment condition, the expected signing information is in accordance with the condition, therefore, the subscription information and the main body information may also establish a corresponding binding relationship, for example, a binding relationship between the subscription contract number and the brand main body, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited. As shown in fig. 3, in the parking process, after the user submits the first resource information, i.e., the parking data, thesteps 201 to 205 in the embodiment of the present invention are performed, and after binding, the user is confirmed with the merchant user through a handshake operation.
206. And establishing a service resource interaction relation between the first platform and the bound account in the second platform.
For the embodiment of the invention, in order to enable the service resource data in the first platform and the second platform to be shared, simplify the calling steps of the service resources, improve the efficiency of performing service processing by using the resource data, and establish the service resource interaction relationship of the bound account numbers in the first platform and the second platform. The service resources comprise asset information, payment information and the like, the established interactive relationship is the asset information and the payment information of the account bound in the second platform can be called by the first platform, for example, if the payment information of the account bound by the catering platform a is a 1-bank payment link, the payment interactive relationship between the catering platform b and the 1-bank payment link is established, namely, when the catering platform b needs to pay, the 1-bank payment link can be called. Specifically, an interactive relationship is established between a first platform where a merchant user is resident and account information corresponding to the first platform and business resources in a corresponding second platform by inputting the first platform and the account information into the CRM system. In addition, in order to ensure the security of the service resources, a security list that can establish the interactive relationship platform may be preset to check whether the interactive relationship can be established, for example, if the asset information of the bound account in the platform 1 establishes the interactive relationship, the interactive relationship cannot be established, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited. Further, in order to accelerate the processing speed of the resource information, the embodiment of the present invention further includes: monitoring the parking binding relation generated by finishing parking, and pushing resource information management service according to the monitoring result of the parking binding relation.
For the embodiment of the invention, whether to push the corresponding resource information management service to the user who completes the parking is determined by monitoring whether a new parking binding relationship is generated, wherein the resource information management service comprises all resource services provided in a CRM system, such as transaction service, account and password service, asset information management service and the like. Specifically, after the occurrence of the parking binding relationship is monitored, that is, the parking resource information processing is completed, in order to enable the whole parking process to be successful, after the user agrees to open the CRM system through handshake verification, a transaction payment link is provided for the user, so that the user completes the payment of a parking order, wherein the parking order comprises service content, an online store and the like. When the user completes the order payment, the enrollment is successful, as shown in the payment flow of fig. 4.
The embodiment of the invention provides another resource information processing method, compared with the prior art that the processing of the resource information of platform parking is in the range of the platform applying for parking and the accuracy and the service range of the resource information uploaded by a merchant are artificially processed, the embodiment of the invention searches second resource information which is matched with the first resource information in a second platform which is completely parked and has an incidence relation with the first platform through the first resource information used for parking the first platform, and judges whether the parking condition of the first platform is met by combining the first resource information and the second resource information; if the resource information is consistent with the resource information, establishing a parking binding relationship between the first resource information and the first platform and between the first resource information and the second platform, realizing automatic processing of the parking resource information, simplifying the steps of parking operation, reducing time consumption, greatly improving the processing accuracy of the resource information, accelerating the processing speed, avoiding repeated confirmation of the resource information, completing the processing of the parking resource information at one time, reducing the processing information amount of the resource information, improving the processing efficiency of the resource information, and further improving the efficiency of platform parking by utilizing the resource information.
Further, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for processing resource information, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes: the device comprises anacquisition module 31, asearch module 32, ajudgment module 33 and abuilding module 34.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific implementation of the terminal.
As shown in fig. 7, the terminal may include: a processor (processor)502, aCommunications Interface 504, a memory 506, and a communication bus 508.
Wherein: the processor 502,communication interface 504, and memory 506 communicate with one another via a communication bus 508.
Acommunication interface 504 for communicating with network elements of other devices, such as clients or other servers.
The processor 502 is configured to execute theprogram 510, and may specifically perform relevant steps in the foregoing resource information processing method embodiment.
In particular,program 510 may include program code that includes computer operating instructions.
The processor 502 may be a central processing unit CPU, or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal comprises one or more processors, which can be the same type of processor, such as one or more CPUs; or may be different types of processors such as one or more CPUs and one or more ASICs.
And a memory 506 for storing aprogram 510. The memory 506 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
Theprogram 510 may specifically be used to cause the processor 502 to perform the following operations:
acquiring first resource information for residing in a first platform;
searching second resource information matched with the first resource information in a second platform, wherein the second platform is a platform which has an incidence relation with the first platform and in which the user is parked;
judging whether the parking condition of the first platform is met or not by combining the first resource information and the second resource information;
and if so, establishing the resident binding relationship among the first resource information, the first platform and the second platform.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
