Background
Along with electric automobile's popularization, electric automobile fills electric pile also more and more, but has the parking stall of charging to be taken by non-electric motor car, or the electric motor car fills behind the electricity not in time to drive away from, fills the problem that electric pile utilization ratio is low.
The ground lock is installed on a part of charging parking places, so that the parking lots are prevented from being occupied by non-electric vehicles, the vehicle types are manually identified, the ground lock is manually opened and closed, and the operation is complex.

Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects of the existing charging pile, the invention designs the charging pile which can automatically detect the license plate and recognize the face of the user and realize parking space guidance and management.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a license plate recognition camera and a face recognition camera are mounted on the pile body of the charging pile and used for recognizing vehicles and clients; a ground lock is arranged at the parking place to prevent a non-charging vehicle from driving in; and a state indicator lamp is arranged on the pile top to guide a client to correctly drive into a parking space.
Preferably, the license plate recognition camera is triggered by video detection, automatically recognizes the type of the license plate and switches on and off the ground lock.
Preferably, the license plate recognition camera can be independently accessed to a TCP/IP network and is in butt joint with the monitoring platform, so that the real-time monitoring function of the vehicle is realized.
Preferably, the intelligent ground lock adopts wifi communication mode and pile body communication, and the pile body control ground lock switch.
Preferably, the face recognition camera is arranged above the pile body operation interface, face recognition is carried out after a user correctly inserts the charging gun, and charging is automatically started after successful recognition.
Preferably, the status indicator lamp at the top of the charging pile adopts different colors to respectively indicate the states of the parking space which is idle and not charged, the parking space which is occupied and charged and the parking space which is occupied and charged.
Preferably, fill electric pile and take statistics of parking stall time and charging time and expense to the vehicle to exempt from parking expense.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: parking space management and user identity identification are all automatically completed, a situation that a non-electric vehicle occupies a charging parking space is avoided, meanwhile, comprehensive statistics on user parking time and charging time is carried out, and the problem that a charging vehicle cannot timely drive away after being charged is solved conveniently.

As shown in fig. 1, a licenseplate recognition camera 2 is embedded in acharging pile body 1, a camera is installed in each charging parking space, and the angle of the camera is adjusted according to the parking space.
Aface recognition camera 3 is embedded in a human-computer interaction interface of thecharging pile body 1 and used for identifying identity information of a client, and facial features of the client are compared and authenticated with information reserved by the client of a background server through a network.
The top of the charging pile body is provided with astatus indicator lamp 4 which respectively represents four states of the vacant parking space, the occupied parking space and the charging state, the occupied parking space but not the charging state, and the occupied parking space and the charged parking state in four colors of blue, green, red and yellow.
The opening and the locking ofintelligent ground lock 5 are controlled by thepile body 1 that charges, wifi communication between the two.
After the licenseplate recognition camera 2 detects the electric vehicle license plate, thecharging pile body 1 is informed, and thepile body 1 triggers theintelligent ground lock 5 to be unlocked.
After thecamera 2 detects that the vehicle is correctly stopped at the charging parking space, the camera informs thecharging pile body 1, and thepile body 1 changes the state of thestate indicating lamp 4 and switches to red.
The user inserts the rifle that charges into the vehicle socket to accomplish discernment authentication byface identification camera 3 at the human-computer interface ofpile body 1, fill electric pile and start charging, andswitch indicator 4 state is green.
After the vehicle is charged, thestate indicator lamp 4 is switched to yellow, the licenseplate recognition camera 2 detects that the vehicle is driven away, theintelligent ground lock 5 is locked, and the state of theswitch indicator lamp 4 is switched to blue.
