At present, management of a plurality of industries is not completely intelligentized and informationized, particularly, the hairdressing industry is mostly operated in a brand chain mode, and a manager needs to manually record the workload of each barber for a plurality of products and service information of stores; the management information of the whole store is stored in a computer and is not communicated with the outside, the sales information, the employee information, the operation information and the like of each store are reported to a chain headquarters by a telephone, a mail and the like by a person in charge of each store, the communication efficiency is low, the feedback speed is low, the information which cannot be met can be quickly and accurately obtained, and decision making and branch store management are not facilitated.
Particularly, inventory management of an actual chain store has large defects and loopholes, due to the fact that the sales levels of different products in different branch stores are inconsistent and information communication between the branch stores is imperfect, a product is in short in one branch store, and a large amount of lost inventory occurs in another branch store, due to the fact that corresponding inventory information cannot be obtained in time, goods cannot be adjusted and managed in time, and sales profits are damaged. Meanwhile, the sales state of the branch stores cannot be known and controlled in time, so that targeted help is provided, and the poorer the branch stores are, the more bad the reputation and market share of the company are, the adverse effect is caused.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a store management system, which solves the problems that information cannot be quickly and accurately acquired between branch stores and a main store and between the branch stores and the branch stores in the prior art, and centralized management and collaborative development are not facilitated.

Further, the inventory management unit includes functions of inventory beginning entry, inventory real-time inquiry and store daily knot.
Furthermore, the initial inventory entry comprises records of basic information, product information and remark information, and an initial inventory list is generated; and marking the warehousing entry theme and the corresponding branch shop name by the basic information, wherein the basic information cannot be modified without permission after the initial warehousing entry is confirmed.
Furthermore, the real-time inventory inquiry is provided with a retrieval module, the inventory state of the article in each branch can be inquired by inputting an article number or an article name, and all inventory information of the branch can be checked by inputting the branch name; the inventory query results may be derived as a table.
Furthermore, the shop daily knot can automatically display the settlement report of the corresponding date by automatically selecting the working date, and the working date is automatically generated according to the actual calendar.
Furthermore, the sales information unit comprises a newly-built order, a newly-built return order and a newly-built client subunit, and an order list, a return order list and a client list are correspondingly generated, wherein the client list is an encrypted file, and the return order list and the initial inventory list are subjected to data synchronization.
Further, the report module comprises a store sales report, a salesman sales report, an article sales report and a cashier business report.
Furthermore, the salesman sales report comprises salesman sales summary and details, and the sales information of a single salesman is counted, wherein the statistics comprises sales amount, sales income, returned goods amount and returned goods amount; the query can be directly carried out according to the branch store name and the salesman name, and the query date can be adjusted to any time period.
Furthermore, a document numbering module is arranged in the newly-built order and used for automatic numbering of the delivery list, the document numbering module can define a numbering mode by user, and serial numbers can be set.

Compared with the prior art, the store management system provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the management system is used for displaying or acquiring the sales live of each branch in all directions and at multiple angles by setting the store management module with the main units of the inventory management unit, the sales information unit and the report module on the premise of establishing the basic modules such as an OA office system, an administrative management module, a personnel management module, a production management module and the like, and can acquire the real-time inventory state in time, thereby facilitating the market cooperation among the branches and the formulation of a market plan; meanwhile, by summarizing and specifically refining the sales information of the branch stores, the sales experience or the defects of each branch store can be conveniently summarized, and the timely guidance and regulation can make up for the deficiencies and facilitate centralized management.

The real-time inventory inquiry is provided with a retrieval module, the inventory state of the article in each branch can be inquired by inputting an article number or an article name, and all inventory information of the branch can be checked by inputting the branch name; the stock inquiry result can be led out into a table, when a certain product in a branch is short of supply or a large amount of products in the branch are lost, the item number or the item name is simultaneously input to inquire the stock state of the item in each branch, the market consumption of different regions is known, and the product is effectively allocated and sold.
Sales information management for each branch:
the shop daily settlement can automatically display the settlement report of the corresponding date by independently selecting the working date, and the working date is automatically generated according to the actual calendar.
The sales information unit comprises a newly-built order, a newly-built goods return list and a newly-built customer subunit, an order list, a goods return list and a customer list are correspondingly generated, the customer list is an encrypted file, the data synchronization is carried out on the goods return list and the futures inventory list, a document numbering module is arranged in the newly-built order and used for automatically numbering delivery lists, the document numbering module can define a numbering mode by users, and serial numbers can be set. The report module comprises a store sales report, a salesman sales report, an article sales report and a cashier business report. The salesman sales report comprises salesman sales summary and details, and accounts of sales information of a single salesman, wherein the accounts comprise sales amount, sales income, returned goods amount and returned goods amount; the query can be directly carried out according to the branch name and the name of the staff, and the query date can be adjusted to any time period (further aiming at excellent staff understanding of the branch, improvement and cultivation are facilitated).
