请参阅图1,一种气道手术专用三头多功能喉罩,包括连接管道1和多功能喉罩2,连接管道1的右上端插接有多功能喉罩2,连接管道1包括管腔a100和管腔b101,连接管1的表面上设置有牙板105,牙板105用于贴合牙齿方便固定住喉罩,避免牙齿对与喉罩抵触从而对手术造成影响,管腔a100的内部插接有软管a103,软管a103用于插接光纤维支气管喉镜或窥镜,这样就为插入接光纤维支气管喉镜或窥镜提供了便利,而且还不用来回拔出喉罩,软管a103也可以避免手术器械直接接触管腔a100的内壁,从而避免多个器械相互接触造成感染,以及加重清洗的工作量,从而大大为手术提供了便利以及缩短了手术时间,最大程度的挽救患者的生命健康,管腔b101的内部插接有软管b104,软管b104用于插接引流管,引流管用于吸取患者胃部的胃液,以及相关的组织液,避免影响手术的进行,帮助术后患者尽快恢复正常的呼吸功能,软管b104的右侧设置有导气管102,软管b104和导气管102的下端固定连接有双用转接管107,导气管102的右上端插接在多功能喉罩2的右下端,导气管102的左下端固定连接有倒梯形环扣106,倒梯形环扣106的下端的直径大于上端直径,L形导气管108在插入时可以逐渐的插入倒梯形环扣106中,并且插接的越来越紧密,倒梯形环扣106的下端插接有L形导气管108,L形导气管108位于双用转接管107的右端内部,且L形导气管108的管壁质地十分柔软,在引流管插入双用转接管107中时不会被L形导气管108给阻碍,L形导气管108用于手术过程患者紧急缺氧给患者供给氧气,这样就避免了拔出喉罩,然后又插入,这样来回的拔出与插入喉罩容易对患者的咽喉造成损伤,连接管道1的左下端插接有气管116,气管116的右上端插接有充气转接头115,充气转接头115的上端插接在注射器等充气设备仪器上,注射器等充气设备仪器通过充气转接头115给气囊200充气,至60cmH2O以便于贴合患者咽喉,方便手术的进行,连接管道1的下端固定连接有圆形隔板122,圆形隔板122的右侧上面开设有管口123,圆形隔板122的下端插接有桶状管114,桶状管114的左右两端均插接有按压辅助小板113,按压辅助小板113有两个分别插接在桶状管114的左右两侧,在将喉罩插入患者咽喉内时,可以通过不断压着按压辅助小板113将喉罩顺利的插入患者咽喉内部,并插入的正确的部位,按压辅助小板113的表面上系有弹性绳112,弹性绳112的下端分别固定连接有固定板111和固定套板110,固定板111与固定套板110相匹配,通过固定板111与固定套板110相匹配从而调节喉罩佩戴时的松弛度,以便固定好喉罩位置,方便手术操作,桶状管114的下端固定安装有插接板109,桶状管114的下端设置有牙套117,牙套117的表面开设有凹槽118,牙套117的左右两端固定安装有弹性软骨121,弹性软骨121采用硅胶材质,且表面上贴近牙槽的内侧设置为磨砂状,这样在卡进患者的牙槽的内时,通过弹性软骨121的尾端的弯曲状可以刚好贴牢在牙槽的尾端,同时牙套117的内部嵌入有弹性较好的金属弹片使得牙套117的整体弹性可调整的范围更加大,以便适应不同患者牙槽的尺寸,这样处理后使得牙套117在患者口腔内部贴合的更加稳固,牙套117的中间部位设置有支撑板119,支撑板119的下端开设有安装槽120,插接板109与安装槽120相匹配,通过插接板109插入安装槽120中,通过凹槽118与下齿向匹配,从而在支撑板119弹性软骨121的作用下更好的将口腔打开,并且很好的固定住喉罩避免在手术过程中误碰从而导致喉罩移位,对患者咽喉部位造成损伤。Please refer to FIG. 1, a three-head multi-function laryngeal mask for airway surgery, including a connecting pipe 1 and a multi-function
