According to statistics of the national administration, the small micro enterprises recorded in the directory of the small micro enterprises in China reach 7328.1 thousands of households by the end of 2017. According to the measurement and calculation, china has newly increased small micro enterprises to nearly 1500 thousands of households before 2020. Many small micro-enterprises do not build information systems due to the consideration of enterprise scale, operation cost and the like. With the vigorous development of mobile payment in recent years, market share of the unique collection and payment business originally belonging to banks is continuously eaten by silkworms. And from the start of the release of the water charge by the payment device in 2008, each third party payment platform accelerates the pace of the intake collection and payment business market and strives for the market share with banks. By 8 months in 2019, a total of 270 payment license plates are issued before and after the central row, minus 4 license plates are cancelled, minus 1 license plate is not passed, and a total of 265 payment license plates remain. The main third party payment platforms such as payment treasures, weChat payments, union business, fast money, one wallet and the like all provide pay-for-pay services. The third party payment platforms do not require merchants to build an information system, and are simple enough that the merchants only need to provide a two-dimensional code on a stall, and users can finish payment by sweeping, so that obvious preemption and squeezing effects are generated for the collection and payment business of the bank.
Most banks provide a collecting and paying service for merchants at present, and the implementation mode is mainly that a bank system is connected with a merchant information system through a private line or the Internet, and when the collecting and paying service is handled for a user, the bank system can inquire information of a paying person, an amount to be paid, a paying state and the like from the merchant information system in real time; after the payment is successful, the bank system also informs the merchant information system of the successful payment, and the merchant information system updates the payment state according to the notification sent by the bank system.
For example, the publication number is CN1753012a, the chinese patent of the invention, "a compatible general payment system and method", with publication date of 03 and 29, discloses a general construction scheme of a payment system by connecting a standard transaction terminal server with an intermediate service platform, when a standard transaction terminal initiates a transaction request, the transaction request is sent to a communication front-end processor by the standard transaction terminal, and the communication front-end processor converts the transaction request into a standard protocol and then forwards the standard protocol to the intermediate service platform; business process processing units in the intermediate business platform perform business processing according to the transaction request; when the intermediate service platform finishes processing, directly returning the processing result of the standard protocol to the standard transaction server; or the processing result of the standard protocol is returned to the front-end terminal, and the front-end terminal carries out protocol conversion and then returns to the transaction terminal processor.
The general payment system mentioned above has the following drawbacks: 1. the arrearage information is stored in a merchant information system, and a banking system must establish a network link with the merchant information system so as to inquire and acquire the arrearage information; 2. the column names and prompt languages of the user operation interface are fixed, for example, the search items of the payment list are uniformly called a payment number on the interface, and for a user who pays through self-service equipment, if the user prompts 'please input the payment number' on the interface, the user does not know whether the user inputs a meter number, a water meter number, an identity card number, a school number or a mobile phone number; 3. the payment notification function is not provided, the user cannot be reminded of timely payment through an instant messaging tool such as a mobile phone short message, an APP system message and the like, and if the user does not inquire the payment information in time, the payment expiration date is easy to miss, so that various adverse effects are generated, and the user experience is affected.
Under the new situation, banks must perform product innovation in strong competition to improve user service satisfaction.
