The push-pull electromagnet is purchased or customized. The push-pull electromagnet has small volume and low price.
And one side opposite to the hinge of the cover plate, namely two ends of the rear side surface of the throwing frame close to the top, are respectively provided with a pulley, the axis of the pulley bracket and the rear side surface of the throwing frame form an included angle of 45 degrees, and the central line of the pulley shaft is vertical to the rear side surface. And a bearing seat is arranged on the left side surface of the vertical side, which is opposite to the sliding shaft, of the left side surface of the wall, which is 70mm away from the plane of the throwing track, and the center line of a hole of a copper sleeve of the bearing seat is perpendicular to the left side surface of the wall.
And a connecting rod throwing support connected with the rack is arranged on the side of the throwing track close to the left side surface of the wall, an electric push rod is installed on the connecting rod throwing support, the central line of a shaft of the electric push rod is parallel to the left side surface of the wall and is close to the left side surface of the wall, and the electric push rod is purchased or customized. The end part of the push rod and one end of the connecting rod are respectively connected with the shaft in a movable fit manner, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the bearing seat in a movable fit manner through the shaft, and the central line of the connecting rod and the central line of the push rod are on the same plane to form a connecting rod throwing mechanism.

When the garbage in the other sash of the throwing frame needs to be unloaded, the throwing frame keeps a throwing preparation state with a left and right inclination angle of 45 degrees with the ground, the throwing frame is driven by the sliding shaft stepping motor to move along the sliding shaft and the support guide rail to enter a throwing position of the sash garbage type set by the main controller, and the garbage throwing process is repeated.
After the throwing frame finishes throwing the residential garbage bin garbage in the lattices of all the guide frames, the cover plate is kept in a fully opened state, and then the sliding shaft stepping motor is driven to move the throwing frame to a water spraying and unloading position. The water spray and discharge position has an inclined ramp plane perpendicular to the track for discharge. The main controller starts the electric water gun, after the electric water gun is additionally provided with the water spray nozzle to spray water to the residential garbage can, all the can push-pull type electromagnets are actuated, the push-pull rod retracts, and the residential garbage can is detached along the inclined slide plane under the action of the vibration motor and the water gun on the supporting rack. Then, when the sliding shaft stepping motor is driven to enable the throwing frame to move to be close to the wall, the shaft extends out of the hole in the wall, the main controller starts the electric push rod to retract and reset, the wall and the throwing frame are reset and reversed along the sliding shaft, the throwing frame is horizontally placed on the throwing track after being reset, the cover plate is automatically closed under the action of gravity, the cover push-pull type electromagnet makes the push-pull rod extend out to lock the cover plate, then, under the drive of the sliding shaft stepping motor, the throwing frame moves along the throwing track to return to the throwing initial position at the joint of the throwing track and the guide track, at the moment, the push-pull electromagnet fixed on the guide frame acts, the push rod extends into the metal ring on the guide track screw rod nut stop block, the throwing frame stops moving, at the moment, the guide rail stepping motor acts to pull the guide frame to move to the end part of the guide rail on the guide rail to receive the next group of residential trash cans.

A microcontroller in the main controller communicates with a reader-writer of the RFID through a serial communication port, and a driver of each stepping motor is controlled by an I/O port of the microcontroller, and driving circuits of other push-pull type electromagnets, a vibration motor, an electric water gun, an electric push rod, micro switches, LED indicator lamps and the like are also controlled by the I/O port of the microcontroller.
The centralized throwing room W00 is provided with a garbage storage and transportation barrel T00 arranged side by side, a guide rail G01 and a throwing rail G02, a guiderail stepping motor 11 and a driver thereof are arranged on the guide rail G01, and a guide rail G01 conveys aguide frame 32 and a residential garbage barrel arranged on the guide rail G01 into a throwingframe 22 on a throwing rail G02 through a guide rail screw nutupper stop 12.
A throwingwall 16 is installed at the left end of the throwing track G02, and thewall 16 is composed of an iron plate and a connecting rod throwing mechanism. A wall shaft sleeve is arranged at the corner of the lower edge of the rear side of the iron plate, a bearing seat is arranged on the left side surface of the wall, a connecting rod throwing support connected with the rack is arranged on the side of a throwing track G02, anelectric push rod 17 is arranged on the connecting rod throwing support, thepush rod 17 is movably connected with one end of a connectingrod 18, and the other end of the connectingrod 18 is connected with the bearing seat to form a connecting rod throwing mechanism.
The sides opposite to thehinge 23 of the cover plate, i.e. the two parts near the top of the rear side of thedrop frame 22, are respectively provided with apulley 25, thepulleys 25 move on a supportingguide rail 26, and twoshaft sleeves 33 are respectively fixed at two ends of the bottom corner of the rear side of thedrop frame 22.
Before throwing, the connecting rod throwing mechanism acts to enable thepulley 25 on the side, closest to the ground, of the thrownwall 16 and the side, closest to the ground, of the throwingframe 22 to lean against thesupport guide rail 26 of the frame, and the side, closest to the ground, of thewall 16 contacts the micro switch on the support guide rail to act to enable theelectric push rod 17 to be powered off. The puttingframe 22 moves along the slidingshaft 38 and the supportingguide rail 26 under the driving of the sliding shaft stepping motor, and after the putting of the residential trash in the lattices of all the guide frames 32 is completed, the sliding shaft stepping motor is driven to move the puttingframe 22 to the water spraying and unloading position. After the main controller starts the electric water gun and additionally arranges a water nozzle to complete water spraying of the residential garbage can, the push-pull electromagnet 10 of the residential garbage can acts, the push-pull rod retracts, and the residential garbage can is dismounted along theinclined slideway plane 15 under the action of the vibration motor on the supporting rack. Then, when the slide shaft stepping motor is driven to move the throwingframe 22 to abut against the thrownwall 16, the connecting rod throwing mechanism operates the throwingframe 22 to reset, the cover push-pull electromagnet 21 operates the push-pull rod to extend to lock thecover plate 24, then, under the drive of the slide shaft stepping motor, the throwingframe 22 moves back to the initial position of the throwing track G02, and is driven by the guidetrack stepping motor 11 to return to the end of the guide track G01 to receive the next group of residential waste cans.
The height of the garbage storage and transportation barrel is 1 m.
