Description

Method for recording fault event in grid-connected and off-grid switching process of micro-grid and public grid
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of microgrid control, in particular to a method for recording fault events in the grid-connected and off-grid switching process of a microgrid and a public power grid.
Background
In the research of the grid connection of the generator set and the inverter power supply, an independent power system formed by the generator set and the inverter power supply can be operated in a grid connection mode or in an off-grid mode. When an external power grid fails or the independent power system needs to actively run off-grid, the independent power system quickly disconnects the grid-connected switch to be separated from the external power grid, and then the independent power system is switched to an off-grid running mode; when the external power grid is recovered to be normal or the independent power system needs to be actively connected to the power grid, the independent power system is required to be re-incorporated into the external power grid. The seamless switching of the operation modes of the independent power system is the key for ensuring the stable operation and the power supply reliability of the independent power system. However, many fault events are generated in the switching process of the on-grid/off-grid switch, and therefore, the information data of the fault events need to be recorded so as to search for the fault reason, so that the fault is avoided, and the safe and reliable operation of the load is ensured.
In order to solve the above problems, people are always seeking an ideal technical solution.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a method for recording fault events in the grid-connected and off-grid switching process of a micro-grid and a public grid, which has the advantages of scientific design, strong practicability and easiness in implementation.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a method for recording fault events in the grid-connected and off-grid switching process of a micro-grid and a public power grid comprises the following steps:
step 1, establishing a fault data model to be recorded;
the fault data model is a multi-nested data structure body, and the recorded information comprises a fault event name, a power state current value, a switch state and fault occurrence time information;
step 2, establishing a storage cache region for storing the RAM region, simultaneously designating an address in the EEPROM, and planning a storage space with the same size as the RAM storage region;
step 3, establishing a fault recording operation model and recording fault events;
step 4, displaying the recorded data of the fault event;
and 5, entering an operation interface of the controller for clearing when the recorded fault data are more.
Based on the above, the implementation method for establishing the fault recording operation model and recording the fault event comprises the following steps:
step 3.1, when the fault flag bit is valid, recording the name of an event and the occurrence time of the event, recording the current value of the power state and the state of a change-over switch every 1 second, wherein the recording data of each fault event are 60, and 5 events are recorded in total;
step 3.2, starting the read-write operation of the EEPROM, and storing the fault data into corresponding appointed storage areas one by one from the first strip;
step 3.3: after 5 data records are completed, the new event starts to be stored from the 1 st event designated address, and the original old fault data is covered.
Based on the above, the method for displaying the fault event record data comprises the following steps: and entering a fault query interface of the controller through liquid crystal display of the controller, displaying the recorded data of each fault event one by one, and checking any one piece of recorded information or any one piece of event information in 5 events through up-turning and down-turning keys.
Based on the above, the method for displaying the fault event record data comprises the following steps: through RS485 or USB or internet access communication, the modbus communication function code 12 is transmitted to the PC software for display and storage.
Compared with the prior art, the method has outstanding substantive characteristics and remarkable progress, and particularly, the method realizes fault data recording by five steps of establishing a fault data model, appointing the EEPROM storage address and the storage space size, establishing a fault recording operation model, displaying fault event recorded data and clearing fault records, and has the advantages of capability of recording key information, no increase of hardware cost, quick response, simplicity in operation and flexibility in information playback.
