Background
The hysteroscope is a new and minimally invasive gynecological diagnosis and treatment technology, is a fiber light source endoscope used for examination and treatment in the uterine cavity, and comprises the hysteroscope, an energy system, a light source system, a perfusion system and an imaging system; the hysteroscope can not only determine the position, size, appearance and range of the focus, but also can carry out careful observation on the tissue structure of the focus surface.
The existing hysteroscope is an optical hysteroscope and a hard-tube hysteroscope, and mainly comprises a hysteroscope, a rear-end light source system, a rear-end imaging system and a display printing system; the endoscope body is internally provided with two optical fiber bundles, namely a light beam, which is used for transmitting light rays generated by a cold light source to the surface of an observed object and illuminating the surface of the observed object; the other is called as an image bundle, tens of thousands of optical fibers with the diameter of less than 1 micron are arranged into a bundle in a row-by-row sequence, one end of each optical fiber is aligned with an ocular lens, the other end of each optical fiber is aligned with the surface of an observed object through an objective lens, and then the optical fibers are subjected to image processing and display through a rear-end video system, so that the structure is complex and the optical fiber bundle is difficult to operate and control; through optical fiber transmission, the diameter range is not more widely applied than an electronic hysteroscope. In addition, the existing hysteroscope uses a round head, and the hard tube hysteroscope can rub an inner cavity channel when in use, thereby increasing the pain of a patient; the cost of fiber illumination is high, and the working channel of the round head is smaller than that of the oval head under the condition of the same size.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a disposable electronic hysteroscope which is reasonable in structure, capable of reducing the pain of a patient, reducing the cost and clear in imaging.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a disposable electronic hysteroscope comprises a handle and an insertion tube arranged on the handle, wherein the handle comprises a knob, the inserting tube comprises a PVDF soft wrapping, a supporting outer tube and a rotating inner tube, the PVDF soft wrapping is wrapped outside the supporting outer tube, the supporting outer pipe is sleeved outside the rotating inner pipe, the rotating inner pipe is connected with the knob, one end of the inserting pipe, far away from the handle, is rotatably connected with a wire outlet pipe, the wire outlet pipe is connected with the rotary inner pipe, the wire outlet pipe is of an arc-shaped bent structure, the insertion pipe and the wire outlet pipe are both of oval structures, a lens is arranged in the end part of the wire outlet pipe far away from the insertion pipe, flushing water inlet holes are respectively arranged at two sides of the lens, a camera lens is arranged between the two flushing water inlet holes, the LED lamp is arranged on one side of the flushing water inlet and on two sides of the camera lens respectively, and the camera lens is provided with a working channel on one side far away from the flushing water inlet.
As an improvement, the bottom of the handle is also respectively provided with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, the water inlet pipe is connected with the two flushing water inlet holes, and the water outlet pipe is connected with the working channel.
As an improvement, the long axis of the outlet pipe is 4.8mm, and the short axis of the outlet pipe is 4.2 mm.
As an improvement, the bottom of the handle is also provided with a signal wire connector.
As an improvement, the bending angle of the outlet pipe is 22 degrees.
As an improvement, the supporting outer pipe and the rotating inner pipe are both made of stainless steel.
After adopting the structure, the invention has the following advantages: the visual field can be increased by rotating the head, and the soft foreskin and the supporting outer tube do not rotate while rotating inside, so that the soft foreskin and the supporting outer tube cannot rub against the internal cavity of the patient, and the pain of the patient is reduced; two wash the inlet opening water spray and come out through the camera, and the delivery water is siphoned away to working channel department, can wash the adnexed mucus on the camera totally, can effectively keep the definition on the camera. The working channel can enter surgical instruments while water is discharged, and the surgical instruments are not influenced mutually; the manufacturing cost of the optical fiber is reduced, the LED assembly process is simple, and the optical fiber is directly embedded into the corresponding hole; under the condition of keeping the size of the head of the prototype unchanged, the long end of the ellipse is increased, and the inner diameter of the working channel of the hysteroscope is increased.

With reference to the attacheddrawings 1, 2 and 3, a disposable electronic hysteroscope comprises a handle 1 and an insertion tube 2 installed on the handle 1, wherein the handle 1 comprises a knob, the insertion tube 2 comprises a PVDFsoft wrapping 3, a supporting outer tube 4 and a rotatinginner tube 5, the PVDF soft wrapping 3 wraps the supporting outer tube 4, the supporting outer tube 4 is sleeved outside the rotatinginner tube 5, the rotatinginner tube 5 is connected with the knob, one end of the insertion tube 2, far away from the handle 1, is rotatably connected with a wire outlet tube 6, the wire outlet tube 6 is connected with the rotatinginner tube 5, the wire outlet tube 6 is of an arc-shaped bending structure, the insertion tube 2 and the wire outlet tube 6 are both of an oval structure, a lens 7 is arranged inside the end part of the wire outlet tube 6, far away from the insertion tube 2, flushingwater inlet holes 8 are respectively arranged on two sides of the lens 7, acamera lens 9 is arranged between the flushing water inlet holes, wash inlet opening 8 one side and be located the both sides ofcamera lens 9 and be equipped withLED lamp 10 respectively, one side thatcamera lens 9 kept away from andwash inlet opening 8 is equipped with workingchannel 11.
The bottom of the handle 1 is also provided with awater inlet pipe 12 and awater outlet pipe 13 respectively, thewater inlet pipe 12 is connected with the two flushingwater inlet holes 8, and thewater outlet pipe 13 is connected with theworking channel 11.
The long axis of the outlet pipe 6 is 4.8mm, and the short axis is 4.2 mm.
The bottom of the handle 1 is also provided with asignal wire connector 14.
The bending angle of the outlet pipe 6 is 22 degrees.
The supporting outer tube 4 and the rotatinginner tube 5 are made of stainless steel.
The handle 1 and the insertion tube 2 arranged on the handle 1 are both disposable.
When the invention is implemented specifically, the knob of the handle 1 is provided with a limit position, so that the knob can respectively rotate 220 degrees towards two sides at the initial position, or the knob can be controlled by an external controller to respectively rotate 220 degrees towards two sides from the initial position through simple plc programming, thereby effectively preventing the problem of snapping caused by infinite rotation; as shown in fig. 2: 2 wash inlet opening 8 and workingchannel 11 one-tenth "article style of calligraphy" structure,camera lens 9 is in the center department of "article style of calligraphy", and two wash inlet opening 8 water spray like this and come out and inhale away out water throughcamera lens 9 to workingchannel 11 department, can wash the adnexed mucus on the camera totally, can effectually keep the definition on the camera.
