Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art and provides a windshield washer spray nozzle heating device which can heat a windshield washer spray nozzle by hot water leading to an automobile air conditioner warm air system when the air temperature is low so as to prevent the windshield washer spray nozzle from freezing. The device has simple structure and low cost, and can be suitable for all automobiles provided with water heating type air conditioning and heating systems.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems of the invention is as follows: a windshield washer spray head heating apparatus comprising: the control switch, the electromagnetic valve, the three-way valve A, the three-way valve B, the three-way valve C, the three-way valve D, the heating water inlet pipe A, the heating water inlet pipe B, the heating water outlet pipe A, the heating water outlet pipe B, the spray head heater A, the spray head heater B, the heat preservation sleeve A, the heat preservation sleeve B, the clamping ring A, the clamping ring B, the one-way valve, the temperature control switch and the alarm lamp; the control switch can control the work of the electromagnetic valve of the device, so that hot water of an air-conditioning warm air system flows into the three-way valve C through the three-way valve A, flows into the nozzle heater A and the nozzle heater B through the diversion effect of the three-way valve C, heats the nozzle A and the nozzle B of the original windshield washer of the original vehicle, and returns to a return water system of the original air-conditioning warm air system through the one-way valve and the three-way valve B after the return water of the nozzle heater A and the nozzle heater B are converged through the three-way valve D, and finally returns to an engine water circulation system of the original vehicle. The device can heat the spray head of the windshield washer, ensures that the spray head can spray windshield washer fluid when the air temperature is low, and improves the driving safety of the automobile. The shower nozzle heating device of the windshield washer has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in installation and use, safety and reliability.

A windshield washer spray head heating apparatus comprising: the control switch 1, the electromagnetic valve 2, the three-way valve A3, the three-way valve B4, the three-way valve C5, the three-way valve D6, the heating water inlet pipe A7, the heating water inlet pipe B8, the heating water outlet pipe A9, the heating water outlet pipe B10, the spray head heater A11, the spray head heater B12, the heat preservation sleeve A13, the heat preservation sleeve B14, the clamping ring A15, the clamping ring B16, the one-way valve 17, the temperature control switch 18 and the alarm lamp 19. The control switch 1 can control the work of the electromagnetic valve 2 of the device, so that hot water of an original vehicle air conditioning and heating system is controlled to flow into the three-way valve C5 through the three-way valve A3, then flows into the nozzle heater A11 and the nozzle heater B12 through the diversion effect of the three-way valve C5 respectively, heats the nozzle A and the nozzle B of the original vehicle windshield washer, and then returns water of the nozzle heater A11 and the nozzle heater B12 to flow back into a water return system of the original air conditioning and heating system through the three-way valve B4 after being converged through the three-way valve D6, and finally returns to an engine water circulation system of the original vehicle.
The control switch 1 is a time delay switch which is arranged near a starting switch of an instrument desk of a cab, preferably an original vehicle air conditioner warm air system, and preferably has a time delay time of 60s, namely the control switch 1 is turned on, and after the heating device works for 60s, a circuit of the control switch 1 is automatically turned off to stop heating the spray heads A and B of the original vehicle cleaner; if the outside air temperature is very low, the heads a and B are not thawed after heating, and the control switch 1 is turned on again to heat again, and the operation is reciprocated until the heads a and B are thawed. The control switch 1 is powered by a starting switch of the original car warm air system, and the control device can be electrified to work only after the original car warm air system is started, so that the reliability of the device is improved, and the work of the device can be stopped by closing the starting switch of the original car warm air system.
In this device, the solenoid valve 2 is installed between the three-way valve A3 and the three-way valve C5, and the valve body of the solenoid valve 2 is used to control whether the hot water passage of the device is circulating or shut off. The initial position of the electromagnetic valve 2 is a cut-off position, so that hot water cannot flow in when the device does not work, and the influence on an air conditioning and heating system is reduced. The solenoid valve 2 may be operated by vacuum driving or by motor driving.
The device comprises 4 three-way valves, wherein the three-way valve A3 is arranged between a hot water valve of an original vehicle air conditioning and heating system and a heater of the original vehicle heating system and is used for introducing hot water from the heating system to the device; the three-way valve B4 is arranged near a water outlet pipe of a heater of the original car warm air system and is used for returning water to a water return system of the original car warm air system; the three-way valve C5 is arranged between the three-way valve A3 and the spray head A or the spray head B of the original windshield washer of the vehicle and is used for separating 2 paths of hot water to supply water to the spray head heater A11 and the spray head heater B12 respectively; the three-way valve D6 is arranged between the three-way valve B4 and the spray head heater A11 or the spray head heater B12, and is used for synthesizing the backwater of the spray head heater A11 and the spray head heater B12 into A1-way, and the backwater flows back to a backwater system of the original vehicle warm air system through the one-way valve 17 and the three-way valve B4. The three-way valve C5 and the three-way valve D6 are preferably arranged near the spray heads A and B of the original vehicle cleaner, so that materials can be saved, and the installation is convenient.
And a one-way valve 17 is arranged between the three-way valve B4 and the three-way valve D6, and the one-way valve 17 can enable hot water to flow from the spray head heater A11 and the spray head heater B12 to an original vehicle air-conditioning warm air backwater system, but can not flow in the reverse direction, so that backwater of the air-conditioning warm air system is prevented from flowing into the spray head heater A11 and the spray head heater B12 from the three-way valve D6, the working failure of the device is caused, and the working of the original vehicle air-conditioning warm air system is influenced.
The hot water passing through the three-way valve C5 flows into the nozzle heater A11 and the nozzle heater B12 through the heating water inlet pipe A7 and the heating water inlet pipe B8 respectively, is converged into the three-way valve D6 through the heating water outlet pipe A9 and the heating water outlet pipe B10, and flows back to the original vehicle air conditioning and heating system through the one-way valve 17 and the three-way valve B4. The heating water inlet pipe A7, the heating water inlet pipe B8, the heating water outlet pipe A9 and the heating water outlet pipe B10 are preferably oil-resistant, wear-resistant, aging-resistant, soft, light, good in bending performance and smooth and attractive in appearance.
The structures of the spray head heater A11 and the spray head heater B12 are preferably metal pipelines, and in order to improve the heating effect, the preferred materials are copper, copper-aluminum composite materials and the like; for ease of assembly, the preferred shape of the head heater a11, B12 is a crescent columnar heater. The clamping rings A15 and B16 are respectively arranged on the spray head connecting pipe A and the spray head connecting pipe B at the lower ends of the spray head A and the spray head B of the original windshield washer of the vehicle and are used for supporting the spray head heater A11 and the spray head heater B12. In order to reduce heat loss, the heat preservation sleeves A13 and B14 are arranged outside the spray head heater A11 and the spray head heater B12, the spray head heater A11 and the spray head heater B12 can be respectively sleeved with the spray head A and the spray head B of the original vehicle, and the materials of the spray head heater A11 and the spray head heater B12 are preferably cotton heat preservation materials.
The hot water pipeline of the device also comprises a temperature control switch 18 which is arranged between the three-way valve A3 and the three-way valve C5. The initial state of the temperature control switch 18 is an off state, and the alarm lamp 19 is turned off at this time; in the power-on state of the device, when the temperature of hot water is lower than a certain set value, such as 0 ℃, the temperature control switch 18 is closed, the circuit of the alarm lamp 19 is communicated, and the alarm lamp 19 is lightened at the moment to indicate that the device has faults, such as that the device does not flow hot water or the electromagnetic valve 2 does not work, and the like, the starting switch of the original vehicle air conditioning and heating system can be disconnected to release the work of the device. A warning lamp 19 is installed near the control switch 1, and a light emitting diode is preferable as the warning lamp 19.
The specific working mode is as follows: after the starting switch of the original vehicle air conditioner warm air system is connected, if the control switch 1 of the device is connected again, the device starts to work, and the electromagnetic valve 2 is controlled to be electrified; if the starting switch of the original vehicle air-conditioning warm air system is not turned on, but only the control switch 1 of the device is turned on, the device does not work. After the electromagnetic valve 2 is electrified, a water inlet channel of the device is opened, at the moment, hot water of an original vehicle air conditioning and heating system can flow into the heating water inlet pipe A7, the heating water inlet pipe B8, the nozzle heater A11 and the nozzle heater B12 respectively through the three-way valve A3, the electromagnetic valve 2, the temperature control switch 18 and the three-way valve C5, the nozzle A and the nozzle B are heated respectively, then the hot water flows through the heating water outlet pipe A9 and the heating water outlet pipe B10, and after being converged through the three-way valve D6, the hot water flows back to the three-way valve B4 through the one-way valve 17 and flows back to a water return pipeline of the original vehicle air conditioning and heating system.
In the operating state of the device, the device provides heating for 60s each time the control switch 1 is turned on; if the outside air temperature is very low, the spray heads A and B can not be thawed after heating, the control switch 1 can be turned on again, and heating can be performed again for 60 seconds; this operation may be repeated until the original vehicle washer spray heads a and B are thawed.
In the working state of the device, and the temperature of the incoming water is lower than a certain set value, such as 0 ℃, the temperature control switch 18 is closed, so that the circuit of the alarm lamp 19 is communicated, and the alarm lamp 19 is lighted to indicate that the device has faults. At this time, the operation of the device can be stopped by turning off the start switch of the original vehicle air conditioner warm air system.
