The structure layout of thepush plug 32 and thecapsule fixing component 2 is compact, so that the whole coffee extraction component has small volume and strong portability.
In order to facilitate the reciprocating motion of eachplunger 32 relative to eachliquid pressure chamber 312, thewater circulation assembly 3 further comprises a rotatingmember 34, the rotatingmember 34 is driven to rotate relative to theassembly seat 31, and when the rotatingmember 34 rotates, theplunger 32 is driven to reciprocate relative to theliquid pressure chamber 312, specifically, the lower end of the rotatingmember 34 is provided with aslope portion 341, theplunger 32 is provided with aplunger rod portion 321, the end of theplunger rod portion 321 is always in contact with theslope portion 341, aspring 35 is arranged between theplunger 32 and theassembly seat 31, thespring 35 is used for enabling the upper end of theplunger rod portion 321 to always abut against theslope portion 341, so that when the lower part of theslope portion 341 is in contact with theplunger rod portion 321, theplunger 32 is in a low position, where theplunger 32 pushes the liquid in theliquid pressure chamber 312 out of theliquid pressure chamber 312, and when the upper part of theslope portion 341 is in contact with theplunger rod portion 321, theplungers 32 are at a high position under the elastic action of thespring 35, theliquid pressure chamber 312 stores liquid, when the rotatingmember 34 rotates, eachplunger 32 can reciprocate circularly, the liquid supply source is continuous, each time the rotatingmember 34 rotates for a circle, 8plungers 32 can reciprocate, and the liquid circulation efficiency is high.
In this embodiment, the upper end of thecomponent seat 31 has arotation matching portion 316, therotation component 34 is annular, and is rotatably sleeved on the periphery of therotation matching portion 316, and the upper side of therotation matching portion 316 has a threaded portion, and the threaded portion is screwed with thenut 38 for limiting the axial movement of therotation component 34, so that the installation of therotation component 34 can be realized; the lower end surface of the rotatingpart 34 is an inclined surface, a hand-holding part 342 which is thicker than the outer contour of thecomponent seat 31 is formed on therotating part 34, an anti-slip knurl is formed on the outer side surface of the hand-holdingpart 342, and a user can rotate therotating part 34 integrally relative to thecomponent seat 31 by holding the hand-holdingpart 342 and applying torque to the hand-holdingpart 342, so that eachplunger 32 is driven, and the liquid in thecup body 1 is sucked into theliquid pressure cavity 312 and is pressurized and pushed out of theliquid pressure cavity 312 by theplungers 32 to perform extraction preparation work of coffee. Through the structure, a user can manually complete the coffee preparation work without external electric drive, so that the user can prepare coffee at any time and any place, the radius of thehandheld part 342 is larger than the overall outer contour of thecomponent seat 31, and the user can manually rotate therotating part 34 with less labor.
The capsule-holding assembly 2 comprises acapsule seat 21 that can house a coffee capsule, thecapsule seat 21 being movable in opening and closing movement with respect to theassembly seat 31; alower piercing part 22 is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of thecapsule seat 21, anupper piercing part 23 is fixedly mounted on thecomponent seat 31, and a plurality offirst piercing parts 221 are formed on thelower piercing part 22, as shown in fig. 3, thefirst piercing parts 221 are in a pointed cone shape, first throughholes 222 are formed in thefirst piercing parts 221, and the first throughholes 222 vertically penetrate through the wholelower piercing part 22 from the pointed cone end parts of thefirst piercing parts 221; theupper piercing member 23 is generally flat plate-shaped, one side of theupper piercing member 23 is formed with a plurality ofsecond piercing parts 231, as shown in fig. 4, thesecond piercing parts 231 are also tapered, the side of thesecond piercing parts 231 is formed with second throughholes 232 leading to the other side of theupper piercing member 23, the second throughholes 232 are opened from the root of the sidewall of the second piercing parts 231 (i.e. the position of the sidewall close to the flat plate-shaped body of the upper piercing member 23) and lead to the other side of theupper piercing member 23, and this design can facilitate the liquid in the coffee capsule to flow out to the outside of the coffee capsule through the second throughholes 232; the bottom of thecapsule seat 21 has a water inlet hole connected to theliquid outlet passage 314, and a gap is formed between the bottom of thecapsule seat 21 and thefirst piercing part 221, and thereturn passage 315 is provided on the upper side of theupper piercing member 23. Thus, the liquid flows out of theliquid pressure chamber 312, enters thecapsule seat 21 through the water inlet hole, enters the coffee capsule through the first throughhole 222, flows out of the coffee capsule through the second throughhole 232 and flows back to thecup body 1 through thebackflow passage 315.
Further, in order to facilitate thecapsule seat 21 to perform the opening and closing movement relative to thecomponent seat 31, acover 36 is installed at the bottom of thecomponent seat 31, thecapsule seat 21 is fixed on thecover 36, thecover 36 can rotate to open and close relative to thecomponent seat 31, and afixing device 37 is installed between thecover 36 and thecomponent seat 31, so that a user can expose thecapsule seat 21 by opening thecover 36, and the user can mount a coffee capsule into thecapsule seat 21, close thecover 36 and then lock thefixing device 37 to fix the coffee capsule.
In order to facilitate the liquid in eachliquid outlet channel 314 to flow to the water inlet hole of thecapsule seat 21, acollecting channel 317 is arranged in theassembly seat 31, all theliquid outlet channels 314 are communicated with thecollecting channel 317, thecollecting channel 317 is connected with the water inlet through ahose 39, thecover body 36 is of a hollow structure, and thehose 39 penetrates through a cavity in thecover body 36, so that thehose 39 can be effectively protected.
In addition, aconvex part 318 is formed at the center of the upper end of thecomponent seat 31, thebackflow passage 315 is formed at the center of theconvex part 318, and the water inlet of theliquid inlet passage 313 is arranged beside the root position of theconvex part 318, so that the water inlet of theliquid inlet passage 313 can be separated from the water outlet of thebackflow passage 315, and the high-concentration coffee coming out of thebackflow passage 315 can be prevented from immediately entering theliquid inlet passage 313 again to cause the reduction of the extraction efficiency.
The invention also provides a coffee making process based on the portable capsule coffee machine, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: thecup body 1 is inverted, so that the coffee extraction component is placed upwards;
step two: opening thecover 36 relative to theassembly seat 31 so that thecapsule seat 21 is exposed;
step three: the coffee capsule is loaded into thecapsule seat 21 and thecover 36 is closed to fix thecover 37 relative to theassembly seat 31;
step four: thecup body 1 is rightly placed, so that the coffee extraction component is placed downwards, and water is added into thecup body 1;
step five: a rotation torque is applied to therotary member 34 so that therotary member 34 rotates with respect to theassembly seat 31 to drive the water inside thecup body 1 to flow through the inside of the coffee capsule fixed at thecapsule fixing assembly 2 and return into saidcup body 1.
The coffee making process has simple steps, can make coffee by using the coffee capsule without electric drive, is convenient to operate, and can make and drink coffee anytime and anywhere.
According to the portable capsule coffee machine, the cup body and the coffee extraction assembly are arranged, a user can place a coffee capsule into the capsule fixing assembly, water is added into the cup body, water in the cup body flows through the interior of the coffee capsule through the water circulation assembly and returns to the cup body, so that the water can be changed into coffee, the coffee machine is small in overall size and high in portability, and the coffee machine can be used for making and drinking instantly and is convenient to use.
