the image identification module is used for acquiring a product image to be applied, identifying structural components in the product image and numbering each structural component; the system is also used for storing each structural component as a characteristic component into a database and establishing association between each characteristic component and the product image;
the claim generation module is used for outputting each characteristic component in a list form, so that a user can combine each characteristic component to generate a claim and store the generated claim to the database;
the instruction generation module is used for dividing each claim item in the claims into an independent right grade and a dependent right grade based on the claims, generating instructions according to different grades and storing the instructions to the database;

The patent document generation method, the device, the system and the storage medium provided by the invention realize the automatic conversion from the picture to the character by identifying and extracting the characteristics of the product picture, and generates alternative claim combination modes and specification texts according to the combination and selection of the characteristic components, the method generates an initial draft of editable claims and specifications by acquiring feature components and feature relationships, so that the user can adjust the application document according to the initial draft of the claim, and can automatically convert, output and store the text meeting the submission format after the adjustment is finished, therefore, the technical problems that due to the fact that a plurality of working steps are carried out in the patent writing process, the traditional solving means is low in efficiency and the work flow is disordered, application files are written, a large amount of energy is consumed, and operation is inconvenient are solved, and the effects of reducing writing and submitting workloads are achieved.

The present invention is described in terms of particular embodiments, other advantages and features of the invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the following disclosure, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention and that it is not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments disclosed. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In a specific embodiment, the patent document generation method provided by the invention is used for assisting a patent agent to generate an application document for editing and conversion, and can jump to a retrieval page at the same time of document generation so as to improve the writing efficiency and avoid frequent conversion among a plurality of documents. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s1: acquiring a product image to be applied, identifying structural components in the product image, and numbering each structural component respectively; specifically, after a user inputs a product image, names of products, parts and structures embodied in the product image can be extracted as structural components by using an image recognition and extraction technology, the products, the parts and the structures can be numbered respectively for facilitating subsequent retrieval, and feature information of the structural components corresponding to the numbers is stored in a database.
S2: storing each structural component as a characteristic component into a database, and establishing association between each characteristic component and the product image; that is, the uploading/naming function of patent specification drawings is provided, the component numbers in the pictures are identified through an image identification technology, the components are stored in a database as feature points and are associated with the pictures, and meanwhile, the function of manually adding/deleting the feature points is provided.
S3: outputting each feature component in a list form, so that a user combines each feature component to generate a claim, and saving the generated claim to the database; specifically, according to an attached drawing of a specification uploaded by a user, all current feature points of a patent are listed for the user, so that the user can combine the feature points to generate a claim item and simultaneously store the claim item in a database.
S4: dividing each claim item in the claims into an independent right grade and a dependent right grade based on the claims, generating a specification according to different grades, and saving the specification to the database; in the process of generating the specification, the following method can be adopted:
performing word segmentation and query according to patent titles input by a user, searching the closest background technical text from the existing patent data of the system, and generating the background technology of the specification;
analyzing the claims created by the user, and respectively generating a claim text based on different sentences for each claim item according to different levels of the claim item, and clearing the reference relation among the claim items;
generating the invention content and the fixed format text of the specific implementation mode of the specification according to the input content of the user and the claims;
generating corresponding figure description texts for all figures uploaded by a user, and listing characteristic points corresponding to all the figures in the drawings to generate description figures;
the background art, the summary of the invention, the detailed description, and the drawings of the specification are edited and saved.
That is, the method provides a specification writing function based on a web page version text editor, and at the same time provides an automatic text generation function. The system carries out word segmentation and query according to the patent titles input by the user, and searches the closest background technical text from the existing patent data of the system. Meanwhile, the system analyzes the claim combination created by the user, reduces the claim combination into the levels of the main right/the slave right and the like, generates a claim text based on different sentences for each claim item according to different levels of the claim item, and clears the attachment relation of the claim item. The system also automatically generates fixed format texts corresponding to all parts of the patent specification according to the content input by the user. The system will also generate corresponding drawing description texts for all the drawings uploaded by the user, and list the characteristic points corresponding to the drawings in the drawings. The user can independently edit and store all the texts.
S5: and outputting the generated requirements, the specifications and the acquired product image in a patent text submission format. The method supports dividing the patent draft created by the user into various parts and outputting the patent draft as the patent specification files, and the patent specification files of the various parts are packaged into compressed files for the user to download. The format of the text file exported by the system is preset according to the template provided by the intellectual property bureau, and the text file can be directly submitted.
Under any editing node of the above steps S1-S5, the method can provide an automatic retrieval function, so that interface switching and retrieval can be realized in the file editing process, and the operation convenience is improved, that is, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a retrieval keyword;
and acquiring a brief explanation of the retrieval key words in a search engine at the current page, and generating a clickable link capable of jumping to a detail page.
Thus, the method provides a knowledge base retrieval function and a user corpus storage function. A user can directly obtain a brief explanation of a keyword in a search engine in a current page by inputting the keyword, and can click a link to jump to a detail page; the method simultaneously supports the user to store the self-written text as patent data for later viewing, and can view the official data provided by the system.
In order to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data in the database, facilitate the management and maintenance of the user, and need to authenticate the login personnel, therefore, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring user login information;
judging that the current user logs in for the first time, registering by taking a login mobile phone number as registration information, and jumping to a login interface;
and if the current user is judged to be not logged in for the first time, jumping to a login interface.
Therefore, in the using process, the user needs to provide mobile phone number authentication login, and the unregistered user is automatically registered as a system user after logging in through the mobile phone.

The claim generation module 200 is configured to output each feature component in a list form, so that a user combines each feature component to generate a claim, and stores the generated claim in the database; specifically, according to an attached drawing of a specification uploaded by a user, all current feature points of a patent are listed for the user, so that the user can combine the feature points to generate a claim item and simultaneously store the claim item in a database.
A specification generation module 300, configured to divide the claims into an independent right class and a dependent right class based on the claims, generate a specification according to different classes, and store the specification to the database; in the process of generating the specification, the specification generating module 300 may be specifically configured to:
performing word segmentation and query according to patent titles input by a user, searching the closest background technical text from the existing patent data of the system, and generating the background technology of the specification;
