The invention relates to a transfusion device, and particularly discloses a pediatric transfusion device for infants.
Background
The infusion is often needed when a child is sick, and the infusion is usually carried by an adult for the safety of the child, but the infusion time is usually long, the arm of the adult can be aching when the child is carried for a long time, and when the child is small, the child can easily feel uncomfortable and cry when the child maintains one posture for a long time; in addition, when the infusion is carried out in winter, the arms of the infant are exposed in the air and are easy to catch the cold. In the existing transfusion device, although a structure for an infant to sit and lie is arranged, the structure cannot be adjusted at any time, and the structure for preventing the arm of the infant from catching a cold is usually a closed structure, so that the needle insertion position is not convenient for adults or doctors to observe.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a pediatric infant drip device which can adjust the posture of an infant during drip and effectively avoid the problem that the arm of the infant is easy to catch cold when exposed in the air.
The invention provides a special device for pediatric infant drip infusion, which comprises a seat cushion;
a pair of side rods parallel to each other is arranged on the front side of the bottom of the seat cushion, a pair of holding rods parallel to the side rods is arranged on the rear side of the bottom of the seat cushion, and the top ends of the holding rods extend to the upper part of the seat cushion;
a backup plate is hinged between the two support rods, and a supporting part capable of adjusting the inclination angle of the backup plate is mounted at the back of the backup plate;
fifth support rods are vertically and fixedly arranged on the side rods and the holding rods in the direction away from the cushion, a telescopic rod is fixedly arranged at the opposite end of each fifth support rod, a support plate is commonly arranged at the top ends of the two telescopic rods positioned at the same side, and the support plates are arranged in parallel to the cushion;
a transparent heat-insulation cover is hinged to the front side of the supporting plate, the length of the transparent heat-insulation cover is smaller than that of the supporting plate, the transparent heat-insulation cover is arranged towards an opening at one end of the backup plate, and one side, far away from the supporting plate, of the transparent heat-insulation cover is arranged in a circumferential closed mode;

Preferably, sponge pads are fixedly arranged on the upper surfaces of the seat cushion, the backup plate and the supporting plate.
Preferably, the two side rods are connected through a first supporting rod, the two handrails are connected through a second supporting rod, and the top ends of the two handrails are connected through a third supporting rod.
Further preferably, the support component comprises a fixed rod, a spring is sleeved on the fixed rod, one end of the fixed rod is fixedly connected with the second support rod vertically, the other end of the fixed rod is sleeved with a movable rod, and the tail end of the movable rod is fixedly connected with the back of the backup plate; the movable rod is provided with a first threaded hole, the fixed rod is provided with a plurality of second threaded holes along the length direction, and the first threaded hole is fixed with any one of the second threaded holes through bolt matching and nut screwing.
Preferably, the top ends of the two side rods extend to the upper part of the seat cushion, and the top ends of the two side rods are jointly and horizontally provided with a supporting plate.
Preferably, the transparent heat-insulating cover is of a longitudinally-cut semi-cylindrical structure and is of a double-layer hollow structure, an LED lamp is arranged on one side in the double-layer hollow structure, and a heating pipe is arranged on the opposite side; and a battery for supplying power to the LED lamp and the heating pipe and a switch for controlling the LED lamp and the heating pipe are arranged on the outer side of the supporting plate.
Preferably, one end of the supporting plate, which is far away from the transparent heat-preservation cover, is hinged with a fixing ring for fixing the arm of the infant, and a sponge layer with the thickness of 1.5cm-2cm is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the fixing ring.
Preferably, the vertical rod is provided with a plurality of holes in sequence from top to bottom, the upper end of the supporting rod is provided with a through hole matched with the holes, the limiting part is a fixing bolt, and the fixing bolt can penetrate through the through hole and any one of the holes to limit the vertical rod.
Preferably, each side rod and the bottom end of the holding rod are provided with a roller with a brake device.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a special device for pediatric infusion, which is provided with a vertical rod capable of being retracted and used for hanging an infusion bottle, wherein the vertical rod is pulled out from a supporting rod and is fixed by a fixing bolt, the infusion bottle is hung on a hook, then an infant is placed on a cushion, a supporting plate is adjusted to a required height through the expansion and contraction of a telescopic rod, an arm for pricking the infant is placed on the supporting plate, a transparent heat-insulating cover is covered, an LED lamp and a heating pipe are opened, and the transparent heat-insulating cover and the LED lamp are convenient for a doctor and a caregiver to observe an infusion part; when an infant needs to be placed flat, the supporting plate is adjusted to be at the same level with the seat cushion through the extension and contraction of the telescopic rod, and then the backup plate is placed at the same level with the seat cushion through the supporting component; the device is convenient to use, the arranged roller wheels can facilitate the device to move at any time, and the emotion of an infant can be appealed while the operation is convenient; and the posture of the infant during the transfusion can be adjusted, and the problem that the arm of the infant is easy to catch a cold when exposed in the air is effectively avoided.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood and enable those skilled in the art to practice the present invention, the following embodiments are further described, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

Example 1
A special device for pediatric drip infusion, as shown in figure 1, comprises a seat cushion 1;
a pair ofside rods 2 which are parallel to each other are arranged on the front side of the bottom of the seat cushion 1, a pair ofholding rods 3 which are parallel to theside rods 2 are fixedly arranged on the rear side, the bottom ends of theholding rods 3 and the bottom ends of theside rods 2 are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the top ends of the holding rods extend to the upper side of the seat cushion 1; the bottom ends of eachside rod 2 and eachholding rod 3 are provided with a roller 4, and a person skilled in the art can specifically select a roller with a brake device according to the prior art; the structure design can facilitate the movement of the whole device, and when the infant cries, the emotion of the infant can be pacified by moving the device back and forth;
the twoside rods 2 are connected through a first supporting rod 5, the twoholding rods 3 are connected through a second supporting rod 6, and the top ends of the twoholding rods 3 are connected through a third supporting rod 7;
abackup plate 8 is hinged between the twosupport rods 3, thebackup plate 8 can be connected with the cushion 1 through hinges respectively fixedly arranged on thebackup plate 8, and can also be connected through other hinges capable of realizing the function, and the technical personnel in the field can specifically select the support rods according to actual needs; the angle of theback plate 8 which is hinged can be adjusted, so that the posture of the infant on the cushion 1 can be conveniently changed, the uncomfortable feeling caused by long-time fixation is prevented, and the infant can lie flat for sleeping; when theback plate 8 and the cushion 1 form an included angle of 90 degrees, an infant can sit on the cushion 1, and the back of the infant leans against theback plate 8; when thebackup plate 8 and the cushion 1 form an included angle of 180 degrees, the infant can lie flat for rest; when the cushion is used specifically, the angle between the cushion 1 and thebackup plate 8 can be adjusted according to the comfort level required by the infant;
in order to fix thebackup plate 8 at any angle, a telescopic supporting component capable of adjusting the inclination angle of thebackup plate 8 is arranged at the back of thebackup plate 8, and when the supporting component is telescopic, thebackup plate 8 and the seat cushion 1 can be positioned on the same horizontal plane;
the supporting component comprises afixed rod 15, aspring 17 is sleeved on thefixed rod 15, one end of thefixed rod 15 is vertically and fixedly connected with the second supporting rod 6, the other end of thefixed rod 15 is sleeved with amovable rod 16, the tail end of themovable rod 16 is fixedly connected with the back of thebackup plate 8, one end of thespring 17 is fixedly connected with themovable rod 16, and the other end of thespring 17 is fixedly arranged on thefixed rod 15, as shown in fig. 2;
a first threadedhole 18 is formed in themovable rod 16, second threadedholes 19 matched with the first threadedhole 18 are sequentially formed in the fixedrod 15 along the length direction, abolt 20 simultaneously penetrates through the first threadedhole 18 and any one of the second threadedholes 19, and the fixedrod 15 and themovable rod 16 are connected in a positioning mode through matching nuts;
when in use, according to the angle of thebackup plate 8 to be adjusted, thebolt 20 is connected in the first threadedhole 18 and the second threadedhole 19 at the corresponding positions in a penetrating manner, and is fixed by using a nut; the size of thebolt 20 and the size of thespring 17 are selected such that the tip end of thebolt 20 can pass through the gap between thesprings 17;
fifth support rods 9 are vertically and fixedly arranged on eachside rod 2 and each holdingrod 3 in the direction away from the seat cushion 1,telescopic rods 10 are vertically and fixedly arranged at the opposite ends of the two fifth support rods 9 respectively, and thetelescopic rods 10 are arranged perpendicular to the seat cushion 1; the top ends of the twotelescopic rods 10 positioned at the same side are provided with a supportingplate 11 together, and the supportingplate 11 is parallel to the seat cushion 1; when the infant is transfused, the arm exposed in the air can be placed on the supportingplates 11, when the two supportingplates 11 are arranged, the infant can be suitable for left-hand or right-hand transfusion, and the twolifting supporting plates 11 can also play a role in protection, so that the infant can be prevented from accidentally falling off the cushion 1; when thetelescopic rod 10 is extended, the height of the supportingplate 11 can be adjusted, so as to adapt to different posture changes of the infant, as shown in fig. 3; the telescopic structure and the telescopic mode of thetelescopic rod 10 can be implemented in reference to the prior art;
one end of the supportingplate 11 is hinged with a transparent heat-insulatingcover 12, the transparent heat-insulatingcover 12 is of a longitudinal-cutting semi-cylindrical structure and is arranged towards an opening at one end of thebackup plate 8, and one side of the transparent heat-insulatingcover 12 is hinged on the supportingplate 11 through a hinge; the arm placed on the supportingplate 11 can be isolated from the air using the transparent heat-insulatingcover 12; the transparent heat-insulatingcover 12 is a double-layer hollow structure, one side in the hollow structure is provided with an LED lamp, and the other side is provided with a heating pipe; a battery for supplying power to the LED lamp and the heating pipe and a switch for controlling the LED lamp and the heating pipe are arranged on the outer side of the supportingplate 11; when the LED lamp is turned on, adults or doctors can conveniently observe the puncture openings of infants at any time; the heating pipe can heat the air in the transparent heat-preservation cover 12, so that the exposed arms of the infant are prevented from catching a cold;
one of the holdingrods 3 is a hollow structure with an opening at the top end, avertical rod 13 is sleeved in the hollow structure, ahook 14 for hanging a medicine bottle is fixedly arranged on thevertical rod 13, and a limiting part for limiting thevertical rod 13 is further arranged at the upper end of the holdingrod 3;
thevertical rod 13 is sequentially provided with a plurality ofopenings 130 from top to bottom, the upper end of the supportingrod 3 sleeved with thevertical rod 13 is provided with a through hole matched with theopenings 130, the limiting part is a fixing bolt, and the fixing bolt can simultaneously penetrate through the through hole and any one of theopenings 130 to limit thevertical rod 13; the structure is convenient for adjusting the height of the medicine bottle, and thevertical rod 13 can be also retracted in the holdingrod 3 when the transfusion is not needed; in order to conveniently take thevertical rod 13 out of the holdingrod 3 in use, apull block 131 is fixedly arranged at the top end of thevertical rod 13, and the diameter of thepull block 131 is larger than the inner diameter of the holdingrod 3;
in order to make the infant comfortable to sit and lie, sponge pads are fixedly arranged on the upper surfaces of the seat cushion 1, thebackup plate 8 and the supportingplate 11.
When the infusion support is used, thevertical rod 13 is pulled out of the holdingrod 3 through thepull block 131 and is fixed through the fixing bolt, an infusion bottle is hung on thehook 14, an infant is placed on the cushion 1, the supportingplate 11 is adjusted to a required height through the expansion and contraction of thetelescopic rod 10, after the acupuncture, the transparent heat-preservation cover 12 is covered, and the LED and the heating pipe are opened; when an infant needs to be placed on the flat surface, the supportingplate 11 is adjusted to be at the same level with the seat cushion 1 through the extension and contraction of thetelescopic rod 10, and then thebackup plate 8 is placed at the same level with the seat cushion 1 through the supporting component.
Example 2
The only difference from example 1 is that:
the top ends of the twoside rods 2 extend to the upper part of the seat cushion 1, the top ends of the twoside rods 2 are horizontally connected with ahandrail 20 together, thehandrail 20 can be set to be a plane structure, and can also be set to be a structure with a concave surface as required, and the implementation can be specifically selected by a person skilled in the art as required; when a child sits on the seat cushion 1, a toy or other objects can be placed on thehandrail 20 for the child to play with, and to distract the child, as shown in fig. 4.
Example 3
The only difference from the above embodiment is:
one side of the supportingplate 11, which is far away from the transparent heat-insulatingcover 12, is hinged with a fixingring 21 for fixing the arm of the infant, a sponge layer with the thickness of 1.5cm-2cm is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the fixingring 21, the arm of the infant can be fixed by the fixingring 21, the infant is prevented from moving around to cause needle running, the sponge layer has a certain buffering effect, and the arm of the infant can be prevented from being injured, as shown in fig. 5.
