Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an operation control method for a home appliance provided in this embodiment, where the method includes:
and S101, updating the current threshold of the cable used by the household appliance according to the current environment temperature.
And the environment temperature is the real-time temperature of the environment where the household appliance is operated.
The cable is used for connecting household appliances.
The current threshold of the cable is the predetermined maximum current in the cable, and is the highest value of the current when the household appliance operates, and when the current in the cable exceeds the current threshold, the cable may be burnt out, so that the safe operation of the household appliance is influenced. Therefore, when the current of the household appliance during operation reaches or approaches the current threshold, the operation of the household appliance needs to be controlled to reduce the current and ensure the safe operation of the household appliance.
And S102, controlling the running of the household appliance according to the updated current threshold.
In particular, the setting of the current threshold is very important: the normal operation of the household appliance is influenced by overlarge setting; and the setting is too small, so that potential safety hazards are easy to exist. In the prior art, the allowance setting of the current-carrying capacity generally depends on human experience and is lack of scientificity. Furthermore, according to the description of GB16895.15-2002, the current-carrying capacity of the cable laid in the air is related to the ambient temperature, and the correction coefficient of the current-carrying capacity changes with the temperature change, so that there is a great safety risk in the conventional method of fixing the current threshold.
Therefore, in the embodiment, after the current threshold of the cable is updated according to the obtained current environmental temperature, the operation of the household appliance is controlled according to the updated current threshold, and the current of the household appliance during operation can be monitored according to a more scientific current threshold in combination with the environmental temperature.
The current threshold value of the cable that this embodiment used through combining ambient temperature to update household electrical appliances for different ambient temperatures can correspond different current threshold values, and in order to realize different environment to the different control of household electrical appliances, eliminated because the potential safety hazard that the safe current value of household electrical appliances that the high temperature leads to reduced and arouse.
Further, on the basis of the above method embodiment, S101 specifically includes:
s1011, updating the current first current-carrying capacity of the cable to a second current-carrying capacity according to the current environment temperature;
and S1012, calculating to obtain the updated current threshold corresponding to the second current carrying capacity according to a preset conversion ratio.
Wherein the first current carrying capacity is a default current carrying capacity of the cable.
The second current carrying capacity is the updated current carrying capacity of the cable.
The conversion ratio is a ratio which is pre-labeled for each type of cable when a cable manufacturer produces the cable, and represents a conversion relation between the current carrying capacity and the current threshold value. For example, if the conversion ratio of the cable is 1.2 and the second current carrying capacity is 5, the updated current threshold is 5 × 1.2 — 6 (a).
Specifically, since the current-carrying capacity of the cable is related to the ambient temperature, the current-carrying capacity is updated by acquiring the current ambient temperature, so that the updated current threshold value can be obtained by calculation according to the conversion ratio marked by a manufacturer.
Further, on the basis of the above method embodiment, the updating the current first current-carrying capacity of the cable to the second current-carrying capacity according to the current ambient temperature specifically includes:
and updating the current first current-carrying capacity of the cable to a second current-carrying capacity according to the type of the cable and the ambient temperature.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the method for controlling the operation of the household appliance provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s201, updating the current first current-carrying capacity of the cable to a second current-carrying capacity according to the type of the cable and the environment temperature;
s202, calculating to obtain the updated current threshold corresponding to the second current carrying capacity according to a preset conversion ratio;
and S203, controlling the running of the household appliance according to the updated current threshold.
S202 and S203 correspond to S1012 and S102, respectively, and are not described herein again.
In particular, since the current carrying capacity of different types of cables is different, and is also affected differently by temperature, a more accurate current carrying capacity can be determined in combination with the type of cable and the ambient temperature.
Further, on the basis of the above method embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, S201 specifically includes:
s20111, acquiring the ambient temperature and the type of the cable, and determining a temperature threshold according to the type of the cable;
s20112, if the environment temperature is judged to be larger than the temperature threshold, reducing the first current carrying capacity to obtain a second current carrying capacity;
and S20113, if the environment temperature is judged to be smaller than the temperature threshold, the first current carrying capacity is improved, and the second current carrying capacity is obtained.
The temperature threshold is the temperature corresponding to the default current carrying capacity of each type of cable.
For example, if the current cable current-carrying capacity is 5 and the applicable environment temperature is 40 ℃, the current-carrying capacity needs to be reduced when the environment temperature is higher than 40 ℃; when the ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃, the current carrying capacity needs to be increased.
The reduction or the improvement of the current carrying capacity is determined through the temperature threshold, so that each type of cable can adapt to different environmental temperatures, namely, the real current carrying capacity under different environmental temperatures can be accurately determined, and a more accurate current threshold can be further determined.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, S201 specifically includes:
s20121, acquiring the environment temperature and the type of the cable, and obtaining a correction coefficient corresponding to the type of the cable and the environment temperature according to a preset correction coefficient table;
s20122, correcting the first current carrying capacity according to the correction coefficient to obtain the second current carrying capacity.
The correction coefficient is a coefficient for correcting the current-carrying capacity of the cable along with the ambient temperature, and is shown in the following table, wherein the PVC, XLPR, EPR, PVC outer sheath, the exposed sheath which is easy to contact and the exposed sheath which is not allowed to contact are all cable types:
as can be seen from the above table, the current-carrying capacity correction coefficient varies with the ambient temperature for the same type of cable; the current carrying capacity for the same ambient temperature is different for different types of cables.
Specifically, for the same type of cable, when the environmental temperature is low, the temperature correction coefficient of the current-carrying capacity of the cable is larger than 1, and at the moment, the current-carrying capacity of the cable can be properly improved, namely, the current threshold of the household appliance is amplified, so that the performance of the air conditioner is exerted to the greatest extent on the basis of ensuring the safety; when the environmental temperature is higher, the temperature correction coefficient of the current-carrying capacity of the cable is smaller than 1, at the moment, the current-carrying capacity of the cable is reduced, namely, the current threshold of the household appliance is reduced, otherwise, the current of the running household appliance exceeds the current-carrying capacity of the cable, so that the safety problem is caused.
Further, on the basis of the foregoing method embodiment, S20122 specifically includes:
and multiplying the first current carrying capacity by the correction coefficient to obtain the second current carrying capacity.
Taking PVC as an example, assume that the default first current carrying capacity is 5, and the conversion ratio of manufacturer label is 1.2. When the ambient temperature is 15 ℃, the above table is inquired that the correction coefficient of PVC at 15 ℃ is 1.17, the updated second current-carrying capacity is 5 × 1.17-5.85, and the corresponding updated current threshold is 5.85 × 1.2-7.02; when the ambient temperature is 60 ℃, the table shows that the correction coefficient of PVC at 60 ℃ is 0.50, the updated second current-carrying capacity is 5 × 0.50 — 2.50, and the corresponding updated current threshold is 2.50 × 1.2 — 3.
The accurate second current-carrying capacity can be quickly obtained by multiplying the first current-carrying capacity by the correction coefficient.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment of the method, before S101, the method further includes:
s100, determining the first current-carrying capacity of the cable at normal temperature according to the type of the cable.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the method for controlling the operation of a home appliance provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s100, determining the first current-carrying capacity of the cable at normal temperature according to the type of the cable;
s101, updating a current threshold of a cable used by the household appliance according to the current environment temperature;
and S102, controlling the running of the household appliance according to the updated current threshold.
Wherein, S101 and S102 are the same as the above, and are not described herein again.
Since the default current carrying capacity of the cable is related to the type of the cable, the current carrying capacity of each cable can be determined more accurately at normal temperature according to the type of the cable.
Generally, the first current-carrying capacity of the cable at normal temperature is directly marked by a manufacturer, and the current-carrying capacity of each type of cable can also be determined by a comparison table.
Further, on the basis of the above method embodiment, S102 specifically includes:
and if the current of the household appliance exceeds the updated current threshold value, reducing the frequency of a compressor of the household appliance and/or reducing the rotating speed of a fan of the household appliance.
Specifically, the current of the household appliance during operation is obtained in real time, and if the current is judged to exceed the updated current threshold, the operation of the household appliance can be controlled in any one of the following manners:
1) directly reducing the frequency of the compressor of the household appliance;
2) the rotating speed of a fan of the household appliance is directly reduced;
3) and simultaneously, the frequency of a compressor and the rotating speed of a fan of the household appliance are reduced.
Specifically, taking an air conditioner as an example, the method for controlling the operation of a household appliance provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
a1, confirming the current carrying capacity at normal temperature according to the type of the cable used by the air conditioner connecting power line, and giving the default current threshold value of safe operation of the air conditioner;
a2, detecting the environment temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and obtaining the temperature correction coefficient of the current carrying capacity of the cable according to the environment temperature;
a3, calculating a new current threshold according to the temperature correction coefficient and the default current threshold;
and A4, limiting the frequency of a compressor and the rotating speed of a fan of the air conditioner according to the new current threshold value, and preventing the current of the whole air conditioner from exceeding the safety threshold value.
The embodiment solves the problem that the current threshold value cannot be adjusted according to the ambient temperature in the existing current limiting method, increases the current threshold value of the air conditioner when the temperature is low, can exert the performance of the air conditioner to a greater extent, and reduces the current threshold value of the air conditioner when the temperature is high so as to ensure the safe operation of the air conditioner.
