Hand buckle for packaging bagTechnical Field
The invention relates to an article handle, in particular to a hand buckle of a packaging bag embedded in a bag such as a plastic bag.
Background
With the development of times, people have faster and faster life pace, shopping baskets, vegetable baskets and other tools used in shopping and carrying articles are rapidly eliminated, and various packaging bags such as plastic bags, woven bags and the like which are lighter, easier to carry, and free of occupying space and can be taken at any time are replaced. Along with the improvement of the manufacturing process of the plastic bag, the capacity of the plastic bag is larger and larger, the bearing performance is better and better, and the tensile property of the handle of the plastic bag is also better and better.
The hand buckle of the packing bag in the prior art can cause the hand buckle to tighten the hand due to the overweight of heavy objects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to design a hand buckle for a packaging bag, aiming at the problem that the handle part of the packaging bag such as a plastic bag, a woven bag and the like is tightened to the hand, and when a user uses the packaging bag such as the plastic bag, the woven bag and the like to lift and pull articles, the plastic bag and the woven bag which are provided by the invention can greatly reduce the oppressive feeling of the handle part to the hand, and provide more comfortable experience for the user.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the hand buckle for the packaging bag comprises a hand buckle outer frame, wherein the inner edges of two sides of the upper part of the outer frame are connected with a handle plate through connecting sections.
Preferably, the connecting section is an elongated connecting section.
Preferably, the connecting section is a V-shaped elongated connecting section.
Preferably, the handle plate comprises an ergonomically designed arc-shaped surface, so that in a hand-held state, the arc-shaped surface is held by the finger bending part.
In a preferable mode, a strip-shaped groove is formed in the length direction of the middle of the other side, opposite to the arc-shaped surface, of the lifting handle plate, and the strip-shaped groove is equivalent to a buckle for fixing the lifting handle plate on the upper edge of the outer frame.
Is manufactured in an integral injection molding mode.
In a preferable mode, in a weight lifting use state, the arc-shaped surface of the handle plate faces downwards; and the plate surface of the handle plate is consistent with the plane direction of the outer frame and the connecting section in the non-use state.
The invention can well and evenly distribute the weight of the articles on the hand, the contact area of the handle plate and the palm is larger, the weight of the articles can be evenly applied on the hand through the handle plate, the design of human engineering is met, the hand tightening feeling is reduced, and the hand holding feeling of a user is more comfortable.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the packing bag hand buckle structure of the invention comprises anouter frame 1 embedded in handle parts of various packing bags such as woven bags, plastic bags and the like, wherein inner edges of two sides of the upper part of theouter frame 1 are connected with ahandle plate 2 through a slender connectingsection 3, one side of thehandle plate 2 is an arc-shaped surface which is designed according to human engineering, so that the arc-shaped surface is held on a finger bending part in a hand-held state, and a strip-shaped groove 4 is arranged in the length direction of the middle part of the other side of thehandle plate 2, which is opposite to the arc-shaped surface. When the portable folding chair is used, before a hand of a user extends into theouter frame 1, fingers of the user prop against thehandle plate 2, and when the hand of the user extends into theouter frame 1, thehandle plate 2 is acted by force, so that the handle plate is overturned through the slender and elastic connectingsection 3. At the moment, the arc-shaped surface of thehandle plate 2 faces downwards to be attached to the palm of a user, one side surface of thehandle plate 2, which is provided with the strip-shaped groove 4 in the length direction relative to the middle of the arc-shaped surface, faces upwards, and the strip-shaped groove 4 in thehandle plate 2 is aligned with the upper edge of theouter frame 1. When a user holds the hand or lifts the hand, thehandle plate 2 is lifted under the stress, so that the strip-shaped groove 4 is equivalent to a buckle to fix thehandle plate 2 on the upper edge of theouter frame 1, and thehandle plate 2 is ensured not to swing back and forth or rotate.
The connectingsection 3 is designed in a V shape, so that the connecting section has certain elasticity, and the handle plate can be turned over by the slender connecting section, so that the handle plate can be turned over and cannot break away. If the thick connecting section is adopted, the handle plate cannot be turned over easily, the use is inconvenient, and if the straight long connecting section is selected as the connecting section, the handle plate does not have elasticity and is easy to break and separate.
When the lifting handle is not used, thelifting handle plate 2 is not acted by the grip force any more and returns to the initial position before the lifting action, and the plate surface of thelifting handle plate 2 is consistent with the plane directions of theouter frame 1 and the connectingsection 3.
The packaging bag hand buckle is properly modified according to different use environments, so that the packaging bag hand buckle can be very conveniently applied to various packaging bag scenes when heavy objects are lifted, and the oppressive feeling of the handle part to the hand is effectively relieved.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered as the equivalent or modified within the technical scope of the present invention disclosed in the present invention, the technical solution of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof are covered by the scope of the present invention.
