Background
When the existing anastomat is anastomosed, the distance between the nail propping seat and the nail bin is required to be adjusted at first, and the anastomat is triggered under the condition that the distance is proper. However, because the thickness of the anastomotic site is different in different patients, if the thickness of the anastomotic part is larger than the expected thickness, in order to avoid excessive squeezing of the anastomotic part caused by too close distance between the nail supporting seat and the nail bin, the distance between the nail supporting seat and the nail bin is kept as high as possible as the maximum value allowed by the anastomat when the distance between the nail supporting seat and the nail bin is regulated, but if the distance between the nail supporting seat and the nail bin is too large, the anastomotic nail is excessively loosened.

The invention aims at: the distance compensation type nailing device can compensate the thickness when the tissue is too thick, and avoid the situation that the traditional anastomat is not smooth in blood circulation in an anastomotic area.

A through hole 141 corresponding to the nail supporting column 152 is arranged on the sliding ring seat 14;
the sliding ring seat 14 is provided with a buffer structure so that the sliding ring seat 14 moves distally when the sliding ring seat 14 receives a pressure greater than a threshold value.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. When anastomosis is performed, due to the existence of the buffer structure, when tissue at an anastomosis part is too thick, the sliding seat 14 is driven to move far through compensation of the buffer structure, so that the sliding seat 14 and the nail bin can not excessively squeeze an anastomosis area, and smooth blood circulation of the anastomosis area is ensured.

as shown in fig. 1-4: the distance compensation type nail propping device comprises a nail propping seat assembly 1 and a connecting rod 2;
The nail propping seat assembly 1 comprises a cap 13, a sliding seat 14 and a nail pit assembly 15; the cover cap 13 is fixedly arranged at the distal end part of the connecting rod 2;
the nail pit assembly 15 is arranged near the cap 13 and is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 2;
The sliding seat 14 is sleeved on the connecting rod 2 and realizes sliding along the far and near directions on the connecting piece 2;
The nail pit assembly 15 comprises a base 151 fixedly arranged on the connecting rod 2, a plurality of nail propping columns 152 arranged on the proximal end face of the base 151, and a nail pit 153 arranged on the proximal end face of the nail propping columns 152;
A through hole 141 corresponding to the nail supporting column 152 is arranged on the sliding seat 14;
the slide 14 is provided with a buffer structure so that when the slide 14 is subjected to a pressure greater than a threshold value, the slide 14 moves distally.
The buffer structure is a spring 16 arranged between the sliding seat 14 and the nail hole assembly 15.
The device also comprises a limiting ring 17, wherein the limiting ring 17 is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the connecting rod 2; an annular limiting protruding edge 142 is arranged on the inner side of the sliding ring seat 14; the annular limiting bead 142 is located at the distal side of the limiting ring 17, so that when the sliding ring seat 14 is pushed by the spring 16 until the annular limiting bead 142 contacts the limiting ring 17, the sliding ring seat 14 cannot move continuously.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
As shown in fig. 5 and 6: the using method is the same as that of the traditional nail pushing seat, the connecting rod 2 is connected with the clamp spring tube on the nail bin assembly 3, and then anastomosis operation is carried out.
When the thickness of the anastomotic site is proper, the anastomotic site is clamped between the sliding seat 14 and the nail bin assembly 3, and when the nail abutting seat assembly 1 moves to the designated position towards the proximal end due to the moderate thickness of the anastomotic site, the reaction force exerted by the anastomotic site on the sliding seat 14 of the nail abutting seat assembly 1 is not greater than a threshold value, and the sliding seat 14 is pushed by the spring 16 and cannot move towards the distal end.
When the thickness of the anastomotic site is too thick, the anastomotic site is clamped between the sliding seat 14 and the nail bin assembly 3, and when the nail abutting seat assembly 1 moves to the near end due to the too thick anastomotic site, the reaction force applied by the anastomotic site to the sliding seat 14 of the nail abutting seat assembly 1 is larger than a threshold value when the nail abutting seat assembly 1 moves to the moving degree, and the sliding seat 14 moves to the far end so as to relieve the pressure between the sliding seat 14 and the nail bin assembly 3 and avoid unsmooth blood circulation caused by the excessive pressure of the sliding seat 14 and the nail bin assembly 3 on the anastomotic site.
