Need make the model after the product design is accomplished, detect the product of design through the model, generally adopt the rack to place the model of product, to the model in some big products, the personnel lift up big product model body and place on the rack more difficultly, place inconveniently, the product model probably makes the model drop if the accident appears at the in-process of placing, causes the damage of model, for this we have designed a product design and have solved above problem with the model rack.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides a model placing frame for product design, which can be used for lowering the height of a placing frame when a heavier product model needs to be placed on the placing frame, does not need to lift the product model to be placed on the placing frame, is convenient for placing the model and has higher safety.

a model placing rack for product design comprises a base, wherein two supporting plates are fixedly connected to the top of the base, a mounting plate is fixedly connected between the tops of the two supporting plates, placing frames are respectively arranged on the front side walls of the two supporting plates, sliding mechanisms are respectively arranged in the two placing frames, the placing frames are fixedly connected between the front side walls of the two sliding mechanisms, a lifting mechanism is arranged between the top of the base and the top of the mounting plate, the telescopic end of the lifting mechanism is fixedly connected with the top of the placing frame, a second mounting groove is arranged at the top of the base, a clamping mechanism is arranged between the second mounting groove and the lifting mechanism, one of them place the inside wall of frame and seted up first mounting groove, be equipped with barrier mechanism between the lateral wall of first mounting groove and chucking mechanism, barrier mechanism extends to in the slide mechanism and supports tightly rather than the inside wall.

2. Through the establishment of barrier mechanism, when placing the product model and will place the frame and draw and rise to the show position in placing the frame, under the effect of third spring elasticity, the fixture block slides in first draw-in groove and offsets tightly rather than the inside wall, makes the frame of placing on the slider be in stable state, has guaranteed the stability of product model when the show.
In conclusion, the product model placing frame is reasonable in structural design, the height of the placing frame can be lowered when a heavy product model needs to be placed on the placing frame, the product model does not need to be lifted and placed on the placing frame, and the product model placing frame is convenient to place and has higher safety.

in the invention, when a heavier product model needs to be placed in the placingframe 15 for display, firstly, an operator pulls the L-shaped baffle 21 to enable the L-shaped baffle 21 to be separated from the limit of the rotatingblock 18, meanwhile, the L-shaped baffle 21 pulls thesecond pull rope 17, thesecond pull rope 17 drives thefixture block 14 to move, thefixture block 14 slides into thefirst mounting groove 13, thefixture block 14 is separated from the limit of theslide block 5, then, the operator rotates the rotating handle 11, the rotating handle 11 drives thereel 10 to rotate, thereel 10 performs paying-off work, the placingframe 15 slowly descends until the bottom of the placingframe 15 is abutted against the top of the base 1, and the operator places the product model in the placingframe 15;
then, the lifting operation of placing theframe 15 is carried out, the operator rotates the handle 11 in a reverse rotation mode, the handle 11 is rotated to drive thereel 10 to rotate, thereel 10 carries out paying-off operation, the placingframe 15 slowly rises, when the placingframe 15 rises to the highest height, the operator loosens the L-shaped baffle 21, the L-shaped baffle 21 slides into thesecond clamping groove 19 under the action of the elastic force of thesecond spring 22 and is abutted against the inner side wall of the second clamping groove, meanwhile, thefixture block 14 slides into thefirst clamping groove 12 under the action of the elastic force of thethird spring 16 and is abutted against the inner side wall of the first clamping groove, the placingframe 15 is in a stable state, and the placing and displaying operation of the product model is completed.
