Preparation method of stone polishing pieceTechnical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of polishing equipment, in particular to a preparation method of a stone polishing sheet.
Background
The lapping plate is a grinding tool for lapping and polishing the surface of the stone; the prior art adopts flexible sanding sheet to process the surface of stone material, however, this kind of flexible sanding sheet top layer only has one deck emery cloth, and the retentivity is poor, needs often to change, otherwise influences the machining precision, and changes the sanding sheet often, leads to machining efficiency to reduce. Therefore, through a reasonable preparation method, a plurality of polishing layers are adopted by the technical personnel in the field, after one polishing layer is consumed, the next polishing layer is continuously utilized for polishing, the utilization rate of the grinding materials is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the processing efficiency is also improved.

s1, cutting a large roll of abrasive cloth: longitudinally cutting the sand roll into small sand piers by using a large-scale longitudinal cutting machine;
s2, punching: punching the abrasive cloth into a circular ring shape by using a punch and a circular ring cutter;
s3, bonding: bonding the substrate and the abrasive cloth wafer by gluing;
s4, shaft penetration: fixing the adhesion of the abrasive cloth wafer in a shaft penetrating and pressing mode;
s5, drying: bonding and curing the substrate, the glue and the abrasive cloth wafer through high-temperature baking;
s6, slotting: forming a calculated chip groove on the abrasive cloth disc by using a cutting mode;
s7, packaging: packing the stone polishing sheets in a plastic suction or/and paper box mode to obtain the stone polishing sheets; the stone polishing piece is ensured not to scatter in the transportation process, and damage in the transportation process is avoided;
s8, transportation: the common logistics or international logistics or shipping and air transportation mode reaches the client site.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the production process of the invention designs the pressing of the wafer, then the wafer is bonded with a machine body, and then the wafer is pressed and formed in multiple layers and is cut and grooved according to the situation; the stone material piece effect of polishing compares with traditional type abrasive disc, and the plane laminating technology of emery cloth makes this product have had great promotion in the aspect of the abrasive material rate of utilization.
Furthermore, a labeling step is arranged between the grooving step and the packaging step, and labeling is to use a labeling machine or a manual mode to attach a trademark to the base body to be used as a brand mark of a finished product of the stone polishing sheet.
Further, in step S3, the emery cloth disc is bonded with at least 2 layers.
Furthermore, in the step S6, grooving is carried out, and the number of the chip grooves on the abrasive cloth disc is 3-8.
Further, the grooves are opened in the step S6, and the chip grooves on the abrasive cloth disk are arranged in an equidistant and radial manner.
Further, in the step S5, the electric heating hot air circulation drying oven is used for drying, and the temperature is controlled to be 60-120 ℃.
Furthermore, the labeling is carried out by a full-automatic millstone labeling machine.
Furthermore, the stone polishing piece is formed by gluing a plurality of layers of mutually glued abrasive cloth wafers on the base body, and chip grooves are formed in the abrasive cloth wafers in a radial shape at equal intervals; the abrasive cloth circular sheets are 2-10 layers, and an adhesive layer is arranged between every two adjacent abrasive cloth circular sheets; the number of the chip grooves is 2-10.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention adopts a plurality of multilayer grinding layers, can continuously utilize the next grinding layer for grinding after one grinding layer is consumed, greatly improves the utilization rate of the grinding materials, reduces and avoids the situation that the grinding force is reduced due to blockage of the grinding materials in the grinding stone by using a grooving chip removal mode for the disc body, provides a better solution for grinding stones such as marble, and the like, and has the advantages of reducing the grinding temperature and the blockage by utilizing a chip removal groove, prolonging the service life of the disc body and providing more convenient operability for grinding the stone due to a planar structure.
