Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a preparation method and application of a multifunctional cigarette core wire with the functions of perfuming and reducing harm for solving the technical problems. The invention designs and develops a multifunctional cigarette core wire material which has strong aromatizing capability and adsorption and catalysis harm reduction capabilities by taking a cigarette core wire as a carrier and combining the large specific surface area and the adsorption capability of a graphene oxide material, and coupling the aromatizing effect of a cigarette spice and the CO release reduction effect of a noble metal nano material together, and provides an integrated solution for aroma compensation and cigarette harm reduction.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a preparation method of a multifunctional cigarette core wire with the functions of perfuming and reducing harm comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a graphene oxide dispersion liquid;
(2) dispersing plant fibers into fiber slurry through mechanical shearing processing, uniformly stirring the fiber slurry and the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step (1), and preparing graphene oxide-loaded plant fiber filaments through spinning equipment;
(3) preparing a cigarette core line fragrant liquid, dip-coating the plant fiber filaments obtained in the step (2) in the fragrant liquid, absorbing the fragrant liquid and drying at a low temperature;
(4) using plant extracted polysaccharide as a stabilizer and a reducing agent, and silver nitrate and chloroauric acid as a nano metal precursor, synthesizing a noble metal gold-silver alloy nano material, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a gold-silver alloy nano dispersion liquid protected by polysaccharide;
(5) soaking the plant fiber filaments obtained in the step (2) in the gold-silver alloy nano dispersion liquid protected by the polysaccharide obtained in the step (4), and then drying the soaked plant fiber filaments to obtain plant fiber filaments adsorbing alloy nano particles;
(6) twisting the plant fiber filaments treated in the step (3) and the plant fiber filaments adsorbing the alloy nanoparticles in the step (5) to prepare fiber folded yarns, and further combining and twisting 4-16 folded yarns to obtain the double-twisted folded yarns, namely the multifunctional cigarette core yarns.
In the step (1), the mass concentration of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid is 0.1-1%, and the graphene oxide lamella is not more than 500 μm.
The volume ratio of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid to the fiber slurry in the step (2) is 1 (10-50).
The fragrant liquid in the step (3) is one or a mixture of honey fragrance, flower fragrance and fruit fragrance.
In the step (4), the concentration of the plant polysaccharide extraction solution is 0.5-5mg/mL, and the molar concentrations of the silver nitrate solution and the chloroauric acid solution are both 0.5-5 mmol/L; the volume ratio of the plant extracted polysaccharide solution to the silver nitrate solution to the chloroauric acid solution is (15-30): (3-9): 1.
the plant extracted polysaccharide is herba Lysimachiae Christinae polysaccharide, Ganoderma polysaccharide or Auricularia polysaccharide, and the synthesis reaction temperature is 60-90 deg.C and the synthesis reaction time is 0.5-2 hr.
The soaking time in the step (5) is 10-120 minutes.
The multifunctional cigarette core line with the functions of perfuming and reducing harm, which is prepared by the preparation method, is provided.
The application of the multifunctional cigarette core wire is used for preparing the multifunctional cigarette filter tip with fragrance and harm reduction.
The method comprises the following steps: the multifunctional cigarette core wire is implanted into the filter stick in the form of a central line or a multi-aroma line, and is cut into cigarette filter rods with the functions of adding fragrance and reducing harm, and the cigarette filter rods and the cigarette sections are connected into a cigarette.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) compared with the perfuming of common perfume threads, the graphene oxide-loaded plant fiber has a large specific surface area, so that on one hand, the adsorption capacity of the perfume solution can be increased, and meanwhile, interaction force exists between carboxyl on the surface of the graphene oxide and partial perfume solution molecules, and a slow release effect can be achieved on the release of the perfume solution in the process of pumping.
(2) The plant fiber slurry and the graphene oxide dispersion liquid are mixed and then are subjected to spinning together to prepare the obtained plant fiber filament, so that the graphene oxide and the carrier have high bonding strength and are not easy to desorb from the surface of the carrier.
(3) The graphene oxide loaded on the surface of the plant fiber can reduce harmful macromolecules such as phenol, benzopyrene and crotonaldehyde in smoke through adsorption, meanwhile, the alloy nano catalyst adsorbed on the surface of the graphene oxide has strong CO catalytic oxidation capacity, the CO release amount in a gas phase can be reduced through catalysis, and two actions of adsorption and catalysis are exerted to reduce harmful components in mainstream smoke.
(4) The multifunctional cigarette core wire has the functions of perfuming and harm reduction, and the multifunctional cigarette core wire and the core wire are integrated on the core wire carrier, so that the multifunctional integration is realized, the cigarette fragrance compensation can be realized, the smoking quality is improved, and the release of harmful components in cigarette smoke is reduced.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a multifunctional cigarette core wire with perfuming and harm reducing effects, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, wherein the size of a graphene oxide lamella is 50 mu m, and the mass concentration of the dispersion liquid is 0.5%;
(2) dispersing plant fibers into fiber slurry through mechanical shearing processing, uniformly stirring and mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step (1) and the fiber slurry, wherein the volume ratio of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid to the fiber slurry is 1:40, and obtaining plant fibers loaded with graphene oxide through spinning equipment;
(3) preparing a cigarette core thread aromatic liquid with a flower fragrance characteristic, dip-coating the plant fiber filaments obtained in the step (2) in the aromatic liquid, absorbing the aromatic liquid and drying at 40 ℃;
(4) the method comprises the following steps of (1) taking lysimachia christinae hance polysaccharide as a stabilizing agent and a reducing agent, wherein the concentration of a lysimachia christinae hance polysaccharide solution is 2mg/mL, silver nitrate and chloroauric acid are nano metal precursors, the molar concentrations of the silver nitrate solution and the chloroauric acid solution are both 1mmol/L, and the volume ratio of the lysimachia christinae hance polysaccharide solution to the silver nitrate solution to the chloroauric acid solution is 15:3: 1; the reaction temperature is 60 ℃, and the noble metal gold-silver alloy nano material is synthesized and is dispersed by ultrasonic for standby;
(5) soaking the graphene oxide-loaded plant fiber filament obtained in the step (2) in the gold-silver alloy nano dispersion liquid protected by the polysaccharide obtained in the step (4) for 20 minutes, and then drying the fiber filament, wherein the drying condition can be normal temperature drying;
(6) twisting 4 plant fiber filaments absorbing the fragrant liquid obtained in the step (3) and 4 plant fiber filaments absorbing the alloy nanoparticles obtained in the step (5) to prepare fiber folded yarns, and further combining and twisting the 4 folded yarns to obtain the double-twisted folded yarns, namely the multifunctional cigarette core yarns.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a multifunctional cigarette core wire with perfuming and harm reducing effects, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, wherein the size of a graphene oxide lamella is 100 mu m, and the mass concentration of the dispersion liquid is 0.1%;
(2) dispersing plant fibers into fiber slurry through mechanical shearing processing, uniformly stirring and mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step (1) and the fiber slurry, wherein the volume ratio of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid to the fiber slurry is 1:50, and obtaining plant fibers loaded with graphene oxide through spinning equipment;
(3) preparing a cigarette core thread aromatic liquid with a flower fragrance characteristic, dip-coating the plant fiber filaments obtained in the step (2) in the aromatic liquid, absorbing the aromatic liquid and drying at 40 ℃;
(4) using ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide as a stabilizer and a reducing agent, wherein the concentration of a ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide solution is 5mg/mL, silver nitrate and chloroauric acid are nano metal precursors, and the molar concentrations of the silver nitrate solution and the chloroauric acid solution are both 5mmol/L, wherein the volume ratio of the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide solution to the silver nitrate solution to the chloroauric acid solution is 30:9: 1; the reaction temperature is 90 ℃, and the noble metal gold-silver alloy nano material is synthesized and is dispersed by ultrasonic for standby;
(5) soaking the graphene oxide-loaded plant fiber filament obtained in the step (2) in the gold-silver alloy nano dispersion liquid protected by the polysaccharide obtained in the step (4) for 120 minutes, and then drying the fiber filament, wherein the drying condition can be normal temperature drying;
(6) twisting 4 plant fiber filaments absorbing the fragrant liquid obtained in the step (3) and 4 plant fiber filaments absorbing the alloy nanoparticles obtained in the step (5) to prepare fiber folded yarns, and further combining and twisting the 4 folded yarns to obtain the double-twisted folded yarns, namely the multifunctional cigarette core yarns.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a multifunctional cigarette core wire with perfuming and harm reducing effects, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, wherein the size of graphene oxide lamella is 300 mu m, and the mass concentration of the dispersion liquid is 1%;
(2) dispersing plant fibers into fiber slurry through mechanical shearing processing, uniformly stirring and mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step (1) and the fiber slurry, wherein the volume ratio of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid to the fiber slurry is 1:10, and obtaining plant fibers loaded with graphene oxide through spinning equipment;
(3) preparing a cigarette core thread aromatic liquid with a flower fragrance characteristic, dip-coating the plant fiber filaments obtained in the step (2) in the aromatic liquid, absorbing the aromatic liquid and drying at 40 ℃;
(4) taking agaric polysaccharide as a stabilizer and a reducing agent, wherein the concentration of an agaric polysaccharide solution is 0.5mg/mL, silver nitrate and chloroauric acid are nano metal precursors, and the molar concentrations of the silver nitrate solution and the chloroauric acid solution are both 0.5mmol/L, wherein the volume ratio of the agaric polysaccharide solution to the silver nitrate solution to the chloroauric acid solution is 25:6:1, the reaction temperature is 75 ℃, and the precious metal gold-silver alloy nano material is synthesized and is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion for later use;
(5) soaking the graphene oxide-loaded plant fiber filament obtained in the step (2) in the gold-silver alloy nano dispersion liquid protected by the polysaccharide obtained in the step (4) for 10 minutes, and then drying the fiber filament, wherein the drying condition can be normal temperature drying;
(6) twisting 4 plant fiber filaments absorbing the fragrant liquid obtained in the step (3) and 4 plant fiber filaments absorbing the alloy nanoparticles obtained in the step (5) to prepare fiber folded yarns, and further combining and twisting the 4 folded yarns to obtain the double-twisted folded yarns, namely the multifunctional cigarette core yarns.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a multifunctional cigarette core wire with perfuming and harm reducing effects, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, wherein the size of graphene oxide lamella is 300 mu m, and the mass concentration of the dispersion liquid is 0.2%;
(2) dispersing plant fibers into fiber slurry through mechanical shearing processing, uniformly stirring and mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step (1) and the fiber slurry, wherein the volume ratio of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid to the fiber slurry is 1:30, and obtaining plant fibers loaded with graphene oxide through spinning equipment;
(3) preparing a cigarette core thread aromatic liquid with a flower fragrance characteristic, dip-coating the plant fiber filaments obtained in the step (2) in the aromatic liquid, absorbing the aromatic liquid and drying at 40 ℃;
(4) taking agaric polysaccharide as a stabilizer and a reducing agent, wherein the concentration of an agaric polysaccharide solution is 1mg/mL, silver nitrate and chloroauric acid are nano metal precursors, the molar concentration of the silver nitrate solution is 0.5mmol/L, the molar concentration of the chloroauric acid solution is 2mmol/L, the volume ratio of the agaric polysaccharide solution to the silver nitrate solution to the chloroauric acid solution is 25:6:1, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, and a noble metal gold-silver alloy nano material is synthesized and subjected to ultrasonic dispersion for later use;
(5) soaking the graphene oxide-loaded plant fiber filament obtained in the step (2) in the gold-silver alloy nano dispersion liquid protected by the polysaccharide obtained in the step (4) for 50 minutes, and then drying the fiber filament, wherein the drying condition can be normal temperature drying;
(6) twisting 4 plant fiber filaments absorbing the fragrant liquid obtained in the step (3) and 4 plant fiber filaments absorbing the alloy nanoparticles obtained in the step (5) to prepare fiber folded yarns, and further combining and twisting the 4 folded yarns to obtain the double-twisted folded yarns, namely the multifunctional cigarette core yarns.
Example 6
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a multifunctional cigarette core wire with perfuming and harm reducing effects, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, wherein the size of a graphene oxide lamella is 80 mu m, and the mass concentration of the dispersion liquid is 0.8%;
(2) dispersing plant fibers into fiber slurry through mechanical shearing processing, uniformly stirring and mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step (1) and the fiber slurry, wherein the volume ratio of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid to the fiber slurry is 1:40, and obtaining plant fibers loaded with graphene oxide through spinning equipment;
(3) preparing a cigarette core thread aromatic liquid with a flower fragrance characteristic, dip-coating the plant fiber filaments obtained in the step (2) in the aromatic liquid, absorbing the aromatic liquid and drying at 40 ℃;
(4) taking agaric polysaccharide as a stabilizer and a reducing agent, wherein the concentration of an agaric polysaccharide solution is 1mg/mL, silver nitrate and chloroauric acid are nano metal precursors, the molar concentration of the silver nitrate solution is 3mmol/L, the molar concentration of the chloroauric acid solution is 2mmol/L, the volume ratio of the agaric polysaccharide solution to the silver nitrate solution to the chloroauric acid solution is 25:9:1, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, a noble metal gold-silver alloy nano material is synthesized, and the noble metal gold-silver alloy nano material is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion for later use;
(5) soaking the graphene oxide-loaded plant fiber filament obtained in the step (2) in the gold-silver alloy nano dispersion liquid protected by the polysaccharide obtained in the step (4) for 100 minutes, and then drying the fiber filament, wherein the drying condition can be normal temperature drying;
(6) twisting 4 plant fiber filaments absorbing the fragrant liquid obtained in the step (3) and 4 plant fiber filaments absorbing the alloy nanoparticles obtained in the step (5) to prepare fiber folded yarns, and further combining and twisting the 4 folded yarns to obtain the double-twisted folded yarns, namely the multifunctional cigarette core yarns.
Examples of the effects of the invention
The multifunctional cigarette core prepared in example 1 is implanted in the step of industrially forming a cigarette filter stick, a cigarette filter stick with the functions of perfuming and reducing harm is prepared by slitting, the cigarette filter stick is connected to cigarettes of 11 mg/cigarette of a CO box label, the sensory quality and the release of specific harmful ingredients are evaluated and detected, and the evaluation results are shown in the following table (the comparison is a common cigarette without the multifunctional cigarette core with the same rolling and connecting parameters):
