Background
The cover is an indispensable component for the cooking apparatus. For cooking apparatuses such as autoclaves, it is necessary to tightly attach the cover to the pot during cooking, so as to ensure stable pressure and temperature.
In the prior art, a locking structure is usually arranged between the pot body and the cover body, and the stable connection between the pot body and the cover body is completed through the locking structure. In the prior art, the locking structure is often driven to move by a manual mode. Often, the locking is not in place due to improper operation or insufficient force of operators.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the locking is not in place when the locking operation is performed manually in the prior art.
The invention provides a pot cover opening and closing structure, which comprises a pot cover, a claw assembly, a pulling piece, a claw driving device and a driving device, wherein a heat-insulating cover plate is arranged on the pot cover, the claw assembly is arranged on the heat-insulating cover plate and comprises at least one claw, the claw extends towards the direction far away from an inner pot, the pulling piece is connected to the claw and moves synchronously with the claw, the driving motor is arranged on the heat-insulating cover plate and provided with a driving gear, and the driving piece simultaneously acts between the driving motor and the pulling piece and is used for driving the claw to perform locking and positioning close to the heat-insulating cover plate and unlocking positions far away from the heat-insulating cover plate.
The invention provides a pot cover opening and closing structure, which further comprises a micro switch, wherein the micro switch is arranged on the heat-insulation cover plate and positioned in front of a locking path of the transmission piece, and the clamping claw is contacted with the micro switch when positioned in locking.
The pot cover opening and closing structure provided by the invention further comprises a rack structure, wherein the transmission part is arranged on at least one part of the pulling part, and the rack structure is suitable for being matched with a driving motor.
According to the pot cover opening and closing structure provided by the invention, the transmission part is the rotating ring arranged above the pulling part, the rotating ring is provided with the force transmission part, and the force transmission part is used for converting the rotation of the rotating ring into the linear motion of the pulling part.
The invention provides a pot cover opening and closing structure, which comprises a sliding groove arranged on a rotating ring, at least one part of the rotating ring is provided with a rack, the inner diameter of the sliding groove is gradually reduced along the unlocking position to the locking position, and a vertical piece which is arranged on the pulling piece and is suitable for being embedded into the sliding groove.

According to the invention, the heat-insulating cover plate is connected to the inner pot through the clamping jaw, so that the temperature and pressure in the inner pot are ensured not to be lost in the cooking process.
When the locking or unlocking is needed, the driving motor pulls the transmission piece to move through the driving gear, the transmission piece further drives the pulling piece, and the pulling piece drives the clamping jaw to move. Compared with the prior art that the cover is manually locked or opened, the claw can be driven to move more accurately by the driving motor. Meanwhile, the moment generated by the driving motor is certain, and the condition of insufficient driving force caused by manual driving can be avoided.

The invention provides a pot cover opening and closing structure, which further comprises a micro switch, wherein the micro switch is arranged on the heat-insulation cover plate and positioned in front of a locking path of the transmission part, and the pulling part is contacted with the micro switch when the clamping jaw is positioned in a locking position.
In the invention, the micro switch is connected with the driving motor, when the clamping claw finishes the locking action, the pulling piece touches the micro switch, and at the moment, the micro switch controls the driving motor to stop rotating, so that the clamping claw is prevented from moving forwards, and the motor is prevented from being burnt.

In order to solve the problems, the unlocking assembly is introduced, and when power failure occurs, the unlocking gear further drives the rack structure through the action of external force on the unlocking gear, so that manual unlocking is realized.

Example 1
The embodiment provides a pot cover opening and closing structure, which comprises a pot cover, a jaw assembly, a pulling piece 3 and a jaw driving device, wherein the pot cover is provided with an inner cover 1, a heat preservation cover plate 23 is arranged on the inner cover, the jaw assembly comprises at least one jaw 2, the jaw extends towards the direction far away from an inner pot, the pulling piece 3 is connected to the jaw 2 and moves synchronously with the jaw 2, the jaw driving device comprises a driving motor 4, a driving gear 5 is arranged on the inner cover 1, and a transmission piece 6 simultaneously acts between the driving motor 4 and the pulling piece 3 and is used for driving the jaw to perform locking and positioning close to the inner cover 1 and unlocking positions far away from the inner cover 1.
In this embodiment, the inner lid 1 is connected to the inner pot by the claw 2, and the insulating cover is sandwiched between the inner lid 1 and the inner pot 24, so that it is ensured that the temperature and pressure in the inner pot do not dissipate during cooking.
When the locking or unlocking is needed, the driving motor 4 pulls the transmission piece 6 to move through the driving gear 5, the transmission piece 6 further drives the pulling piece 3, and the pulling piece 3 drives the clamping jaw 2 to move. Compared with the prior art that the cover is manually locked or opened, the claw 2 can be moved more accurately by driving the claw 2 through the driving motor 4. Meanwhile, the moment generated by the driving motor 4 is fixed, so that the condition of insufficient driving force caused by manual driving can be avoided.
The pot cover opening and closing structure provided by the embodiment further comprises a micro switch 7, wherein the micro switch 7 is arranged on the inner cover 1 and positioned in front of the locking path of the transmission piece 6, and the pulling piece 3 is contacted with the micro switch 7 when the clamping jaw is positioned in locking. The micro-gap switch 7 is connected with driving motor 4, and when the draw-in groove accomplished the locking action, pulling piece 3 touched micro-gap switch 7, and micro-gap switch 7 control driving motor 4 this moment for driving motor 4 stops rotating, thereby avoids jack catch 2 to carry out forward motion, causes the motor to burn out.
Specifically, the micro-switch 7 is connected to the inner cover 1 through a screw, the micro-switch 7 is opposite to the pulling piece 3, and when the pulling piece 3 acts on the micro-switch 7, the micro-switch 7 controls the driving motor 4 to stop rotating.
The pot cover opening and closing structure provided by the embodiment further comprises a rack structure, wherein the transmission piece 6 is arranged on at least one part of the pulling piece 3, and the rack structure is suitable for being matched with the driving motor 4.
In this embodiment, the rack structure may be provided directly on the pulling member 3.
In the preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the transmission member 6 is a rotary ring disposed above the pulling member 3, and a force transmission member is disposed on the rotary ring and is used for converting the rotation of the rotary ring into the linear motion of the pulling member 3. Since the driving gear 5 itself rotates, the pulling member 3 is provided as a rotary ring, a rotary pair can be formed, and the rotary pair is stable in transmission and can reciprocate. Meanwhile, the rotation of the rotating ring is converted into linear motion of the pulling piece 3 through the arrangement of the force transmission piece, and the rotating ring rotates smoothly, so that smooth motion of the pulling piece 3 can be ensured, and excessive motion of the clamping jaw 2 can be avoided.
The cover opening and closing structure provided by the embodiment is shown in fig. 1, wherein the force transmission piece comprises a sliding groove 8 arranged on the rotating ring, at least one part of the rotating ring is provided with a rack, the inner diameter of the sliding groove 8 is gradually reduced along the unlocking position to the locking position direction, and a vertical piece 9 which is arranged on the pulling piece 3 and is suitable for being embedded into the sliding groove 8. When the vertical piece 9 moves inside the sliding groove 8 to drive the rotating ring to rotate, the inner diameter of the sliding groove 8 gradually decreases along the direction from the unlocking position to the locking position, so that the pulling piece 3 can be driven to move towards the circle center direction of the rotating ring, and the claw 2 is driven to lock the inner cover 1. When the rotary ring moves reversely, the inner diameter of the sliding groove 8 is gradually increased, and the claw 2 can be driven to unlock the inner cover 1.
In particular, the vertical element 9 can be integrally formed on the pulling element 3, for example directly by injection moulding. In this embodiment, the vertical member 9 is separately disposed on the pulling member 3, the vertical member 9 is a pin, and the pulling member 3 is provided with a threaded hole matched with the pin.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in the lid opening and closing structure provided in this embodiment, a waist-shaped groove 10 is connected to the sliding groove 8 along the forward direction of the movement path from the unlock position to the lock position, and the waist-shaped groove 10 is provided with equal inner diameters. Through setting up waist type groove 10, can play certain cushioning effect, even driving motor 4 still rotates this moment, jack catch 2 will stop the motion too, can flow the surplus for driving motor 4's rotation through setting up waist type groove 10 to avoid continuing to rotate under inertial action when stopping the control to the motor, cause the injury to the motor itself.
In the lid opening and closing structure provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the inner lid 1 is provided with a limit rib 11 for sliding the transmission member 6. By providing the limiting ribs 11, the driving element 6 can perform stable movement relative to the inner cap 1, thereby improving the driving stability.
Specifically, the limiting ribs 11 extend upwards and are located at two sides of the transmission member 6, as shown in fig. 3, so that the transmission member 6 can be prevented from moving radially.
In the lid opening and closing structure provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a slide way 101 for moving the pulling member 3 is disposed below the pulling member 3 on the inner lid 1. In particular, the lower part of the pulling element 3 is symmetrically provided with two radial plates 12, aligned with the direction of movement of the jaws 2, said radial plates 12 being suitable for being inserted inside the slideway 101 thereunder. By providing a combination of radial plates 12 and slide 101, the pulling member 3 is enabled to move along the extension direction of the slide 101, thereby ensuring that the pulling member 3 does not shift during movement.
In the lid opening and closing structure provided in this embodiment, as shown in any one of fig. 1 to 3, the sliding grooves 8 are two groups and symmetrically arranged with respect to the center of the circle of the rotating ring, and the vertical members 9 of the two groups of the pulling members 3 are respectively and correspondingly arranged in each sliding groove 8.
Because the two groups of sliding grooves 8 are symmetrically arranged, the two groups of symmetrically arranged pulling pieces 3 can synchronously move, namely synchronously perform locking action or unlocking action. Thereby realizing stable locking of the inner cap 1 by a set of driving motors 4.
Example 2
The pot cover opening and closing structure provided by the embodiment is made on the basis of embodiment 1, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the pot cover opening and closing structure further comprises an unlocking assembly, the unlocking assembly comprises an unlocking gear 13, and the unlocking gear 13 is arranged on one side of the driving gear 5 and is used for driving the transmission piece 6 to move between the locking position and the unlocking position.
In embodiment 1, locking and unlocking are achieved by driving the motor 4, but once the power-off condition occurs, the driving motor 4 cannot work at this time, so that the uncovering operation cannot be performed, and once the uncovering is impossible for a long time, the odor-changing arrangement of the food in the inner pot will be caused.
In this embodiment, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, an unlocking assembly is introduced, and when power failure occurs, the unlocking gear 13 further drives the rack structure through the external force acting on the unlocking gear 13, thereby realizing manual unlocking.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the unlocking assembly further includes a driving member, where the driving member includes an unlocking rack 14 for acting on the unlocking gear 13, and a key 15, one end of which is adapted to abut against the unlocking rack and drive the unlocking rack 14 to move.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the driving member further includes a bracket 16, a blocking rib 17 is disposed on the bracket 16, a first through hole 171 for moving the key 15 is disposed on the blocking rib 17, and a groove 18 for accommodating the unlocking rack is disposed on the bracket 16. First, by providing the anti-drop rib 21, stable movement of the key can be realized, and tilting can be prevented. Furthermore, the stopper 22 prevents the key from coming off the bracket 16.
According to the pot cover opening and closing structure provided by the embodiment, the movable ribs 19 are arranged on the keys 15, springs are arranged on the keys 15, and one ends of the springs are propped against the blocking ribs 17.
According to the pot cover opening and closing structure provided by the embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the key 15 further comprises a plurality of anti-falling ribs 21 which are parallel to the movable ribs 19, one end, close to the unlocking rack, of each anti-falling rib 21 is provided with a stop block 22, specifically, the stop blocks 22 extend to two sides of each anti-falling rib 21, as shown in fig. 5, positions, corresponding to the anti-falling ribs 21, of each stop rib 17 are provided with second through holes 172, and each stop block 22 is suitable for being clamped on each second through hole 172.
In the lid opening and closing structure provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the support 16 is further provided with a receiving cavity for receiving the unlocking gear 13, and when the unlocking rack 14 moves, the unlocking gear 13 rotates in the receiving cavity, and the receiving cavity itself can limit the unlocking gear 13 from falling out.
Example 3
The present embodiment also provides a cooking apparatus including the pot cover opening and closing structure provided in embodiments 1 and 2.
In this embodiment, the cooking device may be an electric pressure cooker, or may be a plurality of devices that need to perform cooking operations, such as an electric rice cooker and an electric steamer.
