Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In training, patrol, emergency rescue, large-scale security and other scenes, cooperative actions are needed among vehicles, people and personnel, and vehicles and personnel. When all personnel are in the vehicle, unified command and scheduling can be realized only by communication between the vehicles. When a person leaves the vehicle and acts independently, the command center needs to uniformly command and dispatch each vehicle and each person in real time, so that all the vehicle-mounted terminals 11 and thehandheld terminals 12 need to be communicated with each other.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a commanding and dispatching system, as shown in fig. 1, the commanding and dispatching system includes K vehicle-mounted terminals 11 and Lhandheld terminals 12, where K is greater than or equal to 2, and L is greater than or equal to 2.
The K vehicle-mounted terminals 11 are wide-band and narrow-band integrated terminals, and the Lhandheld terminals 12 are narrow-band terminals.
The K in-vehicle terminals 11 communicate with each other through a broadband ad hoc network.
The Lhandheld terminals 12 communicate with each other through a narrowband ad hoc network.
The vehicle-mounted terminal 11 and thehandheld terminal 12 are in narrow-band communication.
The vehicle-mounted terminal 11 and thehandheld terminal 12 both have a positioning function. For example, a global positioning system, a position or beidou positioning system may be employed, or dual mode positioning may be employed.
The in-vehicle terminal 11 can realize ad hoc network communication between vehicles and can also communicate with a portable terminal. In one embodiment, referring to the structural block diagram of the vehicle-mounted terminal 11 shown in fig. 2, the vehicle-mounted terminal 11 includes a customized ad hoc network board card, a Beidou positioning and short message, and an industrial control mainboard. The vehicle-mounted terminal 11 realizes board integration through a standardized interface. The vehicle-mounted terminal 11 can run a communication scheduling platform to realize communication scheduling between vehicles and personnel.
The communication dispatching platform integrates a double-channel ad hoc network function, a wide-narrow integrated ad hoc network, double-channel double-link paths are used for data transmission, video data are transmitted in a short distance through a broadband ad hoc network, and voice data, positioning data and the like are transmitted in a long distance through a narrow-band ad hoc network. The vehicle-mounted terminal 11 and thehandheld terminal 12 can be automatically networked after being started, and a netlike network with no center, high survivability and strong self-healing capability is constructed.
In one embodiment, the K in-vehicle terminals 11 may transmit video data therebetween via a broadband ad hoc network. For example, the target in-vehicle terminal 11 may transmit video data to another in-vehicle terminal 11, performing one-to-one video message scheduling. The target in-vehicle terminal 11 may be any one of the K in-vehicle terminals 11. The target vehicle-mounted terminal 11 can also send video data to other vehicle-mounted terminals 11 in a group mode, and one-to-many video message scheduling is achieved.
Thehandheld terminals 12 are designed based on a narrowband ad hoc network technology, and a plurality ofhandheld terminals 12 are in networking communication with each other and can also be in communication with the vehicle-mounted terminal 11. In one embodiment, referring to the structural block diagram of thehandheld terminal 12 shown in fig. 3, thehandheld terminal 12 integrates various scheduling functions such as positioning, voice, and the like, and is designed and integrated by using an interphone structure.

Thetarget handheld terminal 12 is any one of theL handheld terminals 12.
Optionally, the target vehicle-mounted terminal 11 may record a moving track of thetarget handheld terminal 12. And when the movement track of thetarget handheld terminal 12 is determined not to be matched with the planned track, outputting an alarm signal. Or when the movement track of the mobile terminal is determined not to be matched with the planned track, outputting an alarm signal.
For example, the target in-vehicle terminal 11 may set a planned trajectory of itself or another in-vehicle terminal 11 orhandheld terminal 12, generate a movement trajectory of the in-vehicle terminal 11 or handheld terminal 12 according to the positioning data, and output an alarm signal when it is determined that the movement trajectory does not match the planned trajectory.
In one embodiment, voice data is transmitted between the target vehicle-mounted terminal 11 and thetarget handheld terminal 12, and one-to-one audio message scheduling is performed. The target vehicle-mounted terminal 11 can also send voice data to theL handheld terminals 12 in a mass mode, and one-to-many audio message scheduling is achieved.
TheL handheld terminals 12 may also transmit voice data to each other via a narrowband ad hoc network. Such as one-to-one voice communications and one-to-many voice communications.
