The upper end of the detector 8 is fixedly connected with the fixingrod 7, the detector 8 is located in front of the fixingframe 5, the input port of thecontrol panel 10 is electrically connected with the output port of the detector 8, and data detected by the detector 8 can be conveyed into thecontrol panel 10.
When the glass coating machine works, firstly, a user fixes the mounting plate 91 at the rear end of the control panel 10 through a miniature fixing bolt, inserts a fixture block 92 at the rear end of the mounting plate 91 into a fixture groove 94 to enable the control panel 10 to be mounted at the front end of the fixing frame 5, pushes the slide block 33 through the pull rod 34 to enable the slide block 33 to rotate in the chute 32, further enables the slide block 33 to drive the baffle 35 to move, screws the fixing screw 36 to fix the pull rod 34 after determining the position of the baffle 35 according to the size of detected glass, enables the cushion block 43 to move upwards through the rotation of the external thread support rod 42 in the internal thread pipe 41, places the coated glass in the placing disc 31 to enable one end of the glass to be abutted against the surface of the baffle 35, enables the other end of the glass to be placed at the upper end of the cushion block 43 to enable the glass to be suspended and fixed, fixes the connecting rod 62 at the rear end of, the handle 64 is pulled to rotate the connecting rod 62, so that the detector 8 above the connecting rod 62 moves, the control panel 10 (model: DC-CSD) is started through the switch, the detector 8 (model: HZ-AJ-1) is controlled through the control panel 10 to detect glass, the large glass can be detected in all directions, and the detected defect result is displayed on the display screen 11, so that the glass defect is collected and recorded.
