Background
Marine seismic vessels, like other specialized vessels, are special vessels that are specifically designed and manufactured for a particular job service. Therefore, the hard floating body is used for a longer seismic source array on the marine seismic exploration ship, and the design advantages of the natural space pipeline and the like are simple and easy to implement.
With the improvement of the comprehensive capacity of the marine science investigation ship by the government of China, more and more marine science investigation ships carry the task of seismic exploration, but the non-professional seismic exploration ship has a narrow back deck, limited relative space and no buffer retraction and extension conditions, and the plane distance between the back deck and the water level is higher, so that the seismic source array retraction and extension construction adopting a hard floating body is not facilitated on the ship structure, the seismic exploration task is hindered to a certain extent, and a novel seismic source floating body needs to be designed to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the soft floating body is simple in structure, the main structure of the soft floating body is made of flexible materials, the soft floating body is integrally bendable, tough and wear-resistant in surface, inflatable in the interior, large in buoyancy, segmented in structure, capable of expanding the length as required and capable of increasing and adjusting hanging points for hanging seismic sources.
The invention provides a soft floating body which comprises a floating body big end at the front part, a plurality of fixed connecting sleeves and a tail connecting sleeve in the middle, wherein inflatable hoses are connected between the floating body big end and the first fixed connecting sleeve, between two adjacent fixed connecting sleeves and between the last fixed connecting sleeve and the tail connecting sleeve, and are fixed on the floating body big end, the fixed connecting sleeves and the tail connecting sleeve by using binding pieces.
Furthermore, a movable connecting sleeve is arranged in the inflatable hose, and the movable connecting sleeve and the inflatable hose are fixed by using a binding piece.
Furthermore, one end of the big end of the floating body is connected with the inflation hose, and the front part of the big end of the floating body is provided with a metal anti-collision cover.
Further, the inside of the big end of the floating body is filled with filler which is a non-hydrophilic material, and the density d of the filler is less than or equal to 0.1g/cm3。
Furthermore, a sealing partition plate is arranged in the middle of the inside of the fixed connecting sleeve, air valves are respectively arranged on the side wall of the fixed connecting sleeve and positioned on two sides of the sealing partition plate, and the inside of the inflation hose is inflated or deflated through the air valves.

The soft seismic source floating body provided by the invention is internally inflatable, and the large head of the floating body is filled with plastic foaming filler, so that the buoyancy is large. The big end surface of the floating body is wear-resistant, firm and durable, the front part of the floating body is provided with the anti-collision cover, the floating ice or the flotage can be prevented from being impacted, and the floating body can adapt to the operation in cold water areas. The device damping support is arranged at the rear part of the soft seismic source floating body, and can be used for installing positioning devices and effectively reducing vibration impact. All metal parts are made of stainless steel or anticorrosive aluminum alloy, so that seawater is prevented from corroding and damaging the equipment provided by the invention.

as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the soft floating body provided by the invention comprises a floating body big end 1 at the front part, a plurality of fixed connectingsleeves 5 in the middle and atail connecting sleeve 10, wherein the floating body big end 1 and the first fixed connectingsleeve 5, the two adjacent fixed connectingsleeves 5 and the last fixed connectingsleeve 5 and thetail connecting sleeve 10 are connected by aninflation hose 3, and theinflation hose 3 is fixed on the floating body big end 1, the fixed connectingsleeves 5 and thetail connecting sleeve 10 by using a bindingmember 8 and plays a role in sealing.
In a preferred embodiment, a movable connectingsleeve 6 is arranged inside theinflation hose 3, and the movable connectingsleeve 6 is fixed with theinflation hose 3 by using abinding piece 8. The number of the movable connectingsleeves 6 can be increased or decreased as required to increase or decrease the number of hanging points, or the hanging point position can be adjusted by moving the front and back positions of the movable connectingsleeves 6 in the inflatinghose 3.
In a preferred embodiment, one end of the large end of the floating body is connected with the inflation hose, and the front part of the large end 1 of the floating body is provided with an anti-collision cover which can prevent floating ice or floaters from colliding so as to adapt to the operation in cold water areas.
In a preferred embodiment, the inside of the large head 1 of the floating body is filled with aplastic foaming filler 2, the filler is a non-hydrophilic material, and the density d of the filler is less than or equal to 0.1g/cm3The foaming ratio is large and the buoyancy is large.
In a preferred embodiment, a sealing partition plate is arranged in the middle of the inside of the fixed connecting sleeve, air valves are respectively arranged on the side wall of the fixed connecting sleeve and positioned on two sides of the sealing partition plate, the air valves 4 can be used for inflating the inside of the inflatinghose 3, and the buoyancy is large.

As shown in fig. 4, the large end 1 of the floating body is connected with the first fixed connectingsleeve 5, the two adjacent fixed connectingsleeves 5 are connected with the last fixed connectingsleeve 5 and thetail connecting sleeve 10 through theinflation hose 3, and the inflation hose is made of soft material and can be bent, so that the whole soft floating body provided by the invention can be bent, the bending degree can be adjusted at any time in the process of releasing the water, the breakage can be avoided, the limited space can be effectively utilized when the rear deck is stored, and the superiority of the soft floating body provided by the invention is fully embodied.
