The water purifier includes acontrol system 10, awater inlet line 20, aprimary filter 30, abooster pump 40, anRO membrane filter 50, apressure tank 60, and an activatedcarbon filter 70. Thecontrol system 10 plays a main control role and can control the operation or stop of each part of the whole water purifier; the input end of theprimary filter 30 is communicated with thewater inlet pipeline 20; thebooster pump 40 is disposed between theprimary filter 30 and theRO membrane filter 50; thepressure tank 60 is used to store purified water filtered by theRO membrane filter 50. When water is taken, the switch of the water purifier is turned on, the purified water flows out from the opening of thepressure barrel 60, and then the purified water is mineralized by the activatedcarbon filter 70, so that the taste is improved.
Thecontrol system 10 is electrically connected to thewater quality detector 62, the solenoid valve 63, and an automatic cleaning device (not shown), and can control the operation or stop of each component of the entire water purifier. Thecontrol system 10 determines whether the stored water in thepressure tank 60 meets drinking standards according to the water quality data detected by thewater quality detector 62. In addition, when the purified water filtered by theRO membrane filter 50 enters thepressure tank 60, thecontrol system 10 may further control thewater quality detector 62 to slide to an end of thechute 61 close to the opening of the pressure tank, so as to detect the quality of the purified water flowing into the pressure tank, i.e., detect whether the water purifier effectively filters the raw water. When thecontrol system 10 determines that thewater quality detector 62 detects that the water quality at the opening of thepressure tank 60 does not meet the drinking standard, thecontrol system 10 controls the water purifier to stop purifying water, and prompts to clean or replace theprimary filter 30 or theRO membrane filter 50 through theliquid crystal display 11. Further, thecontrol system 10 further includes a timer (not shown) for recording the time when the purified water is stored in thepressure tank 50, that is, the timer starts to count the time when the purified water enters thepressure tank 60, and is provided with a water quality guarantee period. When the storage water storage time in thepressure barrel 60 exceeds the water quality guarantee period, thecontrol system 10 controls the electromagnetic valve 63 to be opened to discharge the purified water in thepressure barrel 60, so that the stored water which is not in accordance with the drinking standard after being placed for a long time is effectively prevented from being drunk by people.
Preferably, thecontrol system 10 is further provided with aliquid crystal display 11 for displaying the water quality detection results of thewater quality detector 62 at various positions and prompting people whether the water quality meets the drinking standard.
In one embodiment, the water purifier of the present invention may not be provided with the liquidcrystal display panel 11.
Thewater inlet line 20 is connected between theprimary filter 30, theRO membrane filter 50, thepressure tank 60 and thecarbon filter 70 to supply a water stream to flow.
The input end of theprimary filter 30 is communicated with thewater inlet pipeline 20 and is used for primary filtering of raw water. Specifically, theprimary filter 30 includes a PP cotton filter element, a granular activated carbon filter element, and a sintered activated carbon filter element, which are connected in sequence.
The PP cotton filter element is a tubular filter element which is made of nontoxic and tasteless polyester fiber particles through heating, melting, spinning, drawing and receiving forming, the raw material of the PP cotton filter element mainly comprises polyester fiber and is used for filtering sediment, colloid, large particles and other substances in raw water, and the PP cotton filter element has the advantages of large filtering flow, small pressure difference and the like.
The granular active carbon filter core is formed by processing a special process by using nontoxic, odorless and efficient coconut shell active carbon and coal-based active carbon as main bodies and using an edible material adhesive as an auxiliary material, integrates adsorption filtration or catalysis, and can effectively remove pesticides, pesticide residues, organic solvents and other chemical pollution caused by industry.
The sintered active carbon filter element is prepared by mixing an active carbon powder material and a high-molecular hot-melting pore-forming material, pouring the mixture into a special mould, and sintering at the high temperature of 200-300 ℃, integrates the functions of adsorption, filtration, interception and catalysis, can effectively remove organic matters, residual chlorine and other radioactive substances in water, and has the effects of decoloring and removing peculiar smell.
Thebooster pump 40 is disposed between theprimary filter 30 and theRO membrane filter 50, and serves to raise the pressure of the water filtered by theprimary filter 30 to enable it to permeate through the RO membrane of theRO membrane filter 50 for filtration.
TheRO membrane filter 50, RO is an abbreviation of Reverse Osmosis, English, meaning Reverse Osmosis in Chinese. Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation and filtration technology using osmotic pressure difference as power, and is a process of separating solvent and solute in a solution under pressure by means of a reverse osmosis membrane. The pore diameter of the RO reverse osmosis membrane is as small as nanometer, water molecules can pass through the RO membrane only under certain pressure, and impurities such as inorganic salt, heavy metal ions, organic matters, colloid, bacteria and viruses in source water cannot pass through the RO membrane, so that the permeable purified water and the impermeable concentrated water are distinguished, and water is filtered again.
Thepressure tank 60 is used for storing purified water filtered by theRO membrane filter 50, and awater quality detector 62, an electromagnetic valve 63 and an automatic cleaning device (not shown) are arranged in thepressure tank 60. Achute 61 for thewater quality detector 62 to move up and down is further arranged on the inner wall between the opening in thepressure barrel 60 and the barrel bottom. Thewater quality detector 62 is electrically connected to thecontrol system 10, and is configured to perform water quality detection on the stored water in thepressure barrel 60 and the purified water flowing into thepressure barrel 60, that is, thecontrol system 10 controls thewater quality detector 62 to slide in thesliding groove 61 on the inner wall of thepressure barrel 60 to detect the water quality at each water level in the opening of the pressure barrel and the barrel. Thewater quality detector 62 transmits the detected water quality data to thecontrol system 10; thecontrol system 10 determines whether the stored water in thepressure tank 60 meets drinking standards according to the water quality data detected by thewater quality detector 62. In addition, in order to facilitate the discharge of the stored water that does not meet the drinking standard in thepressure barrel 60, a solenoid valve 63 is further disposed at the bottom of thepressure barrel 60, and when thecontrol system 10 determines that thewater quality detector 62 detects that the water quality in thepressure barrel 60 does not meet the drinking standard, the solenoid valve 63 is controlled to open to discharge the stored water in thepressure barrel 60. In addition, when the storage time of the stored water in thepressure barrel 60 exceeds the water quality guarantee period, thecontrol system 10 controls the electromagnetic valve 63 to be opened to discharge the stored water in thepressure barrel 60, so that the stored water which does not accord with the drinking mark is effectively prevented from being drunk by people.
When the water purifier works for purifying water, purified water filtered by the RO membrane filter enters thepressure barrel 60 through the opening of thepressure barrel 60, thecontrol system 10 controls thewater quality detector 62 to slide to one end of thechute 61 close to the opening of thepressure barrel 60 so as to detect the quality of the purified water flowing into the pressure barrel, namely, detect whether the water purifier effectively filters the raw water. When thecontrol system 10 determines that thewater quality detector 62 detects that the water quality at the opening of thepressure tank 60 does not meet the drinking standard, thecontrol system 10 controls the water purifier to stop purifying water, and prompts the water purifier to not effectively filter raw water through the liquidcrystal display screen 11, so as to remind a user to clean or replace theprimary filter 30 or theRO membrane filter 50.
Preferably, in order to facilitate cleaning of the inner wall of the pressure barrel, an automatic cleaning device electrically connected to thecontrol system 10 is further disposed in thepressure barrel 60, and when thecontrol system 10 determines that thewater quality detector 62 detects that the water quality in thepressure barrel 60 does not meet the drinking standard, the automatic cleaning device is controlled to clean the inner wall of thepressure barrel 60, so as to prevent the secondary pollution to the purified water stored again.
In one embodiment, the water purifier of the present invention may not be provided with the automatic cleaning device.
The activatedcarbon filter 70 is disposed between the opening of thepressure barrel 60 and the water intake switch, and is used for mineralizing the purified water in thepressure barrel 60, so that the purified water has a better taste.
According to the water purifier, the primary filter is used for primary filtration of raw water, the booster pump raises the pressure so that water filtered by theprimary filter 30 can permeate through the RO membrane of the RO membrane filter to be filtered to obtain purified water, the purified water enters the pressure barrel under the action of the pressure to be stored, and when the water purifier is drunk, the water stored in the pressure barrel is taken out to be directly drunk. When the purified water is stored in the pressure barrel for a certain time, the water quality detector in the pressure barrel detects the water quality stored in the pressure barrel and transmits the detected water quality data to the control system, the control system judges whether the water stored in the pressure barrel meets the drinking standard or not according to the water quality data, and if the water does not meet the reference standard, the water is discharged through the electromagnetic valve at the bottom of the pressure barrel; meanwhile, when the water in the pressure barrel is stored for too long, the control system controls the electromagnetic valve to discharge the water in the pressure barrel, so that people can be effectively prevented from drinking the water which does not accord with the drinking standard. In addition, the water quality detector can also detect the water quality flowing into the opening of the pressure barrel, thereby detecting whether the water purifier can effectively filter raw water or not and prompting to clean or replace the filter.
