Background
In the plastic cosmetic industry, the existing barb lifting line is generally beveled and thorn-cut on the line through a cutter, in the use process of the product, the cutter is easy to break at the thorn-cut position, the thorn is smaller, the tensile strength is low, the lifting supporting force to the skin is also low, the barb lifting force holding time is short, and the risk of plastic cosmetic surgery is higher.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at solving the problems that the existing barb lifting wire is easy to break at the cutting and puncturing position, has small thorn, low tensile strength, low lifting supporting force to skin and short holding time of barb lifting force, and provides a strong sawtooth wire which has high tensile strength, high lifting supporting force to skin, good lifting effect and long holding time of lifting force.

Preferably, the maximum outer contour of the cross section of the positive stab section is flat drum-shaped or elliptic or the upper part is drum-shaped and the lower part is arc-shaped.
Preferably, one end of the positive needling section is connected with a middle section, one end of the middle section is connected with a reverse needling section, and the reverse needling section and the positive needling section have the same shape and size and opposite directions of the oblique needling and needling intervals.
Preferably, one end of the reverse-needling section is connected with a wire tail section, the wire tail section is of a molding raw material wire, and the section of the wire tail section is circular.
Preferably, the maximum outer contours of the cross sections of the positive and negative stab sections are flat drum-shaped.

And because the PDO or PDO-PCL or PCA-PDO or PCL material is adopted, the material can be absorbed by human body, and has high strength, good plasticity and controllable absorption time.

The invention is further described below with reference to examples.
As shown in fig. 1-11, an embodiment of the present invention is shown, one end of the strong sawtooth line is provided with a thread end section 1, one end of the thread end section 1 is connected with a positive thorn section 2, the cross section of the thread end section 1 is circular, the diameter is 0.2mm-2mm, the positive thorn section 2 is symmetrically arranged along the axial direction of the strong sawtooth line and is provided with two rows of inclined thorns 204, the inclined thorn 204 is provided with a long side 201, an inclined thorn vertical side 207 and a short side 202, the cross section profile of the inclined thorn 204 is trapezoid, the inclined thorn vertical side 207 and the short side 202 are provided with a thorn tip 205 which is formed by intersecting, the thorn tip 205 points to the opposite direction of the thread end section 1, one end of the inclined thorn vertical side 207 is connected with the outer end of the long side 201, the other end of the inclined thorn section 202 is connected with the outer end of the short side 202, the inner end of the short side 202 adjacent to the opposite direction of the thread end section 1 is connected with the inner end of the long side 201 of the short side 203, the outer side 203 is provided with a tip 203, a tip interval 206 for separating the two adjacent inclined thorns 204 is arranged at the outer side of the vertical side 203, the included angle between the long side 201 and the tip 205 and the short side 202 is 15-45 degrees, the included angle between the long side 201 and the tip 205 is formed on the inclined thorn 204, the inclined thorn 204 is 2.5-3 and the inclined thorn 205 is parallel to the center line of the other 1.2-2.3 and the diameter of the tip 205 and the tip 205 is formed between the adjacent to the vertical line of the tip 205 and the tip 205.
As shown in fig. 5-7, the largest outline of the cross section of the positive needling section 2 is in a flat drum shape or an oval shape or the upper part is in a drum shape and the lower part is in a circular arc shape, and the largest outline of the cross section is in a drum shape, so that the bending performance is good and the workability is good; the support strength is good due to the elliptical shape; the upper part is in a drum shape, and the lower part is in a circular arc shape, so that the strength is high, and the workability is good.
As shown in fig. 1-3, one end of the positive needling section 2 is connected with an intermediate section 3, one end of the intermediate section 3 is connected with a reverse needling section 4, and the reverse needling section 4 has the same shape and size as the oblique needling 204 and the needling space 206 of the positive needling section 2, and has opposite directions. The advantage of this arrangement is that it acts as a reverse barb pull during use.
As shown in fig. 1-3, one end of the reverse-needling section 4 connected with one end of the middle section 3 is connected with a wire tail section 5, and the section of the wire tail section 5 is circular.
As shown in fig. 5-7, the maximum external contours of the cross sections of the positive needling section 2 and the negative needling section 4 are flat drums; the maximum external contours of the cross sections of the positive needling section 2 and the negative needling section 4 are elliptical; the upper part of the largest outline of the cross section of the positive needling section 2 and the negative needling section 4 is in a drum shape, and the lower part is in a circular arc shape; the cross section of the middle section 3 is circular.
As shown in fig. 8-10, the cross section of the intermediate section 3 is the same as the maximum outer contour of the positive penetration section 2.
The material of the strong sawtooth line is PDO or PDO-PCL or PCA-PDO or PCL or PGCL or PLA-PCL or PP or PA.
The strong sawtooth line can only comprise a thread end section 1 and a positive needling section 2, and also comprise a thread end section 1, a positive needling section 2 and a thread tail section 5, or comprise a thread end section 1, a positive needling section 2, a middle section 3 and a reverse needling section 4, or comprise a thread end section 1, a positive needling section 2, a middle section 3, a reverse needling section 4 and a thread tail section 5.
In use, the thread is connected to the needle tail or is penetrated into the needle with a hole, the needle can be a sharp needle, a blunt tip or a semi-blunt tip, the thread body is brought into the human body through the needle, the internal group fabric is filled into the puncture space 206, the functions of fixed lifting and filling are achieved in the human body through the oblique puncture 204 on the thread body, and the oblique puncture is trapezoid-shaped, so that the strength of the puncture is high, and the method has great advantages in the strength of fixed lifting.
