Expandable esophageal epithelial cell samplerTechnical Field
The invention relates to an expandable esophageal epithelial cell sampler, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine.
Background
Esophageal cancer has been a very high-incidence cancer among malignant tumors, and more than 50% of all the world's esophageal cancers occur in China. There are hundreds of thousands of new cases of esophageal cancer and death cases in china each year. The most effective prevention of esophageal cancer is to achieve early screening. At present, no effective screening method for esophageal cancer exists, and the screening is mainly carried out by means of gastroscopy. The gastroscope screening accuracy is relatively high, but the reservation in advance and the oral administration of the anesthetic are required, and the pain of a patient is great.
Esophageal epithelial cast-off cells often reflect the health of the esophagus and show some information even when the lesion is small and the gastroscope is easily overlooked. Therefore, the esophageal epithelial cells are analyzed, early esophageal cancer screening can be effectively carried out, and no tool for sampling the esophageal epithelial cells is found in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the expandable esophageal epithelial cell sampler, which can relieve the pain of a patient in sampling to the greatest extent and has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, low cost and the like.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an expandable esophageal epithelial cell sampler which comprises an anti-release piece, a connecting line, a collapsible shell and a fixing net, wherein the anti-release piece is connected with the fixing net through the connecting line, an expanding agent is arranged in the fixing net, the collapsible shell is arranged outside the fixing net, and the fixing net and the expanding agent are sealed in the collapsible shell.
Further, a marker is fixed on the connecting line and used for indicating the position of the capsule in the esophagus.
Further, the distance between the marker and the fixing net is 40-45 cm.
Further, the connecting line is connected with the fixed net through a connecting ring.
Further, the anti-dropping part is an anti-dropping pull ring.
Further, the disintegratable shell is a capsule shell.
Further, the swelling agent is biologically safe hydrogel, and the hydrogel is made of sodium polyacrylate or polyethylene glycol.
Furthermore, the surface of the fixing net is rough, and the fixing net is made of nylon.
The invention achieves the following beneficial effects: the disintegrable shell disintegrates in water, and the expanding agent expands after absorbing water to prop open the fixed net; the connecting line is pulled to take out the fixing net, and the fixing net is tightly contacted with the esophagus in the pulling-out process to finish the sampling of the esophageal epithelial exfoliative cells. The invention can reduce the pain of the patient in sampling to the maximum extent and has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, low cost and the like.

The meaning of the main reference symbols in the figures is: 1. the anti-dropping device comprises an anti-dropping piece, 2, a connecting line, 3, a marker, 4, a disintegrable shell, 5, a connecting ring, 6, a fixing net and 7, an expanding agent.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the expandable esophageal epithelial cell sampler comprises ananti-release member 1, aconnecting line 2, acollapsible housing 4 and afixing net 6, wherein theanti-release member 1 is connected with thefixing net 6 through the connectingline 2, and the connectingline 2 is connected with thefixing net 6 through a connectingring 5.Anticreep piece 1 is the anticreep pull ring, and the anticreep pull ring links to each other with connectingwire 2, can overlap on the finger, prevents that the sample thief from all getting into the esophagus when swallowing, and provides the pulling force fixed point when taking out.
Thefixing net 6 is internally provided with an expandingagent 7, the expandingagent 7 is biologically safe hydrogel, and the hydrogel is made of sodium polyacrylate or polyethylene glycol. The outer part of thefixing net 6 is provided with adisintegrable shell 4, thedisintegrable shell 4 is a capsule shell, and the capsule shell is made of materials such as gelatin and starch and can be disintegrated in aqueous solution. Theimmobilization network 6 and thebulking agent 7 are enclosed within thedisintegrable shell 4. The fixingnet 6 is a high-density nylon net with a rough surface and has certain tensile property, and the expandingagent 7 is sealed in the net structure.
Amarker 3 is fixed on the connectingline 2 and used for indicating the position of the capsule shell in the esophagus, and when the capsule shell is swallowed to the tail end of the esophagus, the administration can be stopped. The distance between themarker 3 and thefixing net 6 is 40-45 cm, and the distance is the distance from the teeth to the tail end of the esophagus.
The use method of the sampler comprises the following steps: firstly, putting the capsule into the mouth, keeping themarker 3 outside the teeth, taking the capsule to the tail end of the esophagus by using water, then taking 100-200 mL warm water, and waiting for 1-5 minutes; the capsule is disintegrated when meeting water, and theexpansion agent 7 expands after absorbing water to prop thefixing net 6 open; then the connectingline 2 is pulled out, thefixing net 6 is closely contacted with the esophagus in the pulling-out process, and the sampling of the esophageal epithelial cast-off cells is completed.
The invention can reduce the pain of the patient in sampling to the maximum extent and has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, low cost and the like.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
