The invention aims to overcome the technical problem that a controller in the prior art cannot adapt to different control panels, and provides a touch controller, an adaptive control method of the touch controller and an electric appliance.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an adaptive control method of a touch controller, the method comprising:
after the touch controller is connected and installed with the control panel, acquiring an induction reference value when a touch key of the touch controller is in contact with the control panel;
comparing the obtained induction reference value with a preset induction reference value;
judging the type of the control panel according to the comparison result;
and the touch controller enters a control program corresponding to the type of the control panel.
Further, the sensing reference value is an initial capacitance value sensed by the touch chip.
Furthermore, the sensing reference value range comprises a plurality of groups, and each sensing reference value range corresponds to the model of a control panel.
Furthermore, the touch keys comprise a plurality of touch keys, and when the type of the control panel is judged, the induction reference value of at least one touch key is within a preset induction reference value.
Further, when the sensing reference value of the touch key is not within the preset sensing reference value, prompt information is sent.
A touch controller comprises a control panel and a touch key, wherein the touch key is connected with the control panel and used for obtaining touch operation of a user, and the touch controller also comprises:
the touch sensing chip is used for acquiring a sensing reference value when the touch key is contacted with the control panel after the touch controller is connected and installed with the control panel;
and the control program chip is used for comparing the acquired induction reference value with a preset induction reference value, judging the type of the control panel according to the comparison result and entering a control program corresponding to the control panel.
Further, the control panel comprises one or more of a glass panel, an IMD panel.
Further, the touch key comprises any one of a spring key and a conductive film key.
Furthermore, the touch sensing chip and the control program chip are integrated in the same chip.
An electric appliance comprises the touch controller, and the control panel and the touch keys are correspondingly arranged according to the type of the electric appliance.
As can be seen from the above description of the present invention, compared with the prior art, the present invention provides a touch controller, an adaptive control method of the touch controller, and an electrical appliance, wherein after the touch controller is connected to a control panel, an induction reference value when a touch key of the touch controller is in contact with the control panel is obtained; comparing the obtained induction reference value with a preset induction reference value; judging the type of the control panel according to the comparison result; the touch controller enters a control program corresponding to the type of the control panel, the traditional scheme that program selection is achieved by using a jumper cap or a reserved device is replaced, under the condition that any device is not changed, the application program is automatically adjusted by detecting and distinguishing the induction reference value when the touch key is in contact with the control panel, the touch controller can be suitable for different control panels, the intelligent degree is higher, and the production of manufacturers is facilitated.

As shown in fig. 3, this embodiment further provides an adaptive control method for a touch controller, where the method includes the following steps:
s1: after the touch controller is connected and installed with the control panel, acquiring an induction reference value when a touch key of the touch controller is in contact with the control panel;
s2: comparing the obtained induction reference value with a preset induction reference value;
s3: judging the type of the control panel according to the comparison result;
s4: and the touch controller enters a control program corresponding to the type of the control panel.
A plurality of groups of sensing reference value ranges are preset in the control program chip 4, each sensing reference value range corresponds to the model of a control panel, for example, for a glass panel and an IMD panel, the sensing reference value ranges are respectively marked as a1 and B1, the sensing reference value ranges are respectively marked as a0 and B0, the corresponding sensing reference value ranges are marked as a2 and B2, and after the touch controller is connected with the control panel and installed, the obtained sensing reference value is compared with preset sensing reference values a2 and B2; judging the type of the control panel according to the comparison result; the touch controller enters a control program corresponding to the model of the control panel, determines that the touch controller is a glass panel when the sensing reference value is within a range of a2, and enters a control program of a model a1, and determines that the touch controller is an IMD panel when the sensing reference value is within a range of B2, and enters a control program of a model B1.
As another implementation manner of this embodiment, the touch controller needs to be calibrated, a plurality of touch keys are provided, and when the model of the control panel is determined, the sensing reference value of at least one touch key is within the preset sensing reference value, and when the sensing reference value of a touch key is not within the preset sensing reference value, a prompt message is sent, for example, when the number of touch keys of the touch controller is N, at least M (M is greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N) touch keys are within the range of a2, the control panel can be determined as the a1, the program of the a0 model is entered, or the control program of the B0 model is defaulted; if the reference values of M (M is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N) touch keys are not in the range of any one of A2 and B2, a buzzer is adopted for prompting or a display prompt is adopted for cleaning a display interface, and when the reference values of N keys are in the range of A2 or B2, a control program of a corresponding machine type is entered.
