Background
The electronic cigarette is an important form of tobacco products, and the basic principle is as follows: the storage battery in the battery is used as an energy source, the electronic cigarette oil is heated and atomized by the atomizer, then the electronic cigarette oil is inhaled and exhaled to a human body through a respiratory tract, different flavors and fragrances are added into the electronic cigarette oil, and the human body can obtain the feeling similar to smoking cigarettes and having specific taste and fragrance.
At present, the electronic cigarette oil is mainly prepared by mixing nicotine, propylene glycol, glycerin, essence and the like according to a certain proportion. The main taste directions mainly comprise fresh fruit taste simulating various fruit flavors, special flavors of tea, coffee and the like and tobacco flavor. Most of the problems of the taste of the tobacco fragrance due to the solvent and the formula have the problems of the unnatural and outstanding tobacco fragrance and heavy feeling of stimulation of the weather part caused by the addition of pure nicotine.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the technology, the invention provides the electronic cigarette oil added with the mixed light component of the condensed cigarette fragrance and the preparation method thereof, the electronic cigarette oil is closer to the fragrance of real cigarettes, the richness and the texture of the smoke are improved, and the irritation of the smoke to the throat of a smoker is reduced.
The invention provides electronic cigarette oil added with mixed cured tobacco fragrance light components, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-35 parts of light components of the mixed tobacco leaf extract, 5-23 parts of electronic cigarette oil essence, 10-50 parts of propylene glycol, 6-40 parts of glycerol and 0.5-3 parts of 1, 3-butanediol.
The composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-25 parts of light components of the mixed tobacco leaf extract, 8-15 parts of electronic cigarette oil essence, 15-40 parts of propylene glycol, 8-35 parts of glycerol and 1-2.5 parts of 1, 3-butanediol.
The light components of the mixed tobacco leaf extract comprise Zimbabwe tobacco leaf extract and aromatic tobacco extract, and the weight ratio of the Zimbabwe tobacco leaf extract to the aromatic tobacco extract is 3: 1.
The electronic cigarette oil base comprises 0.1-0.6 part by weight of gamma valerolactone, 0.2-0.8 part by weight of vanillin, 0.05-0.2 part by weight of 2-acetylpyrazine, 0.1-0.6 part by weight of beta damascone, 0.3-0.6 part by weight of methyl cyclopentenolone, 0.05-0.2 part by weight of nicotinone, 0.05-0.5 part by weight of neophytadiene, 0.1-0.6 part by weight of fenugreek essential oil, 0.05-0.2 part by weight of Ruta graveolens extract, and the balance of propylene glycol to 100 parts by weight.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the electronic cigarette oil added with the mixed smoke condensed fragrant light component, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 50 wt% of propylene glycol into a tobacco extract in a mixed tobacco extract (the weight ratio of Zimbabwe tobacco extract to aromatic tobacco extract is 3: 1) to carry out molecular distillation to obtain a light component of the mixed tobacco extract with the relative water density of 1.010-1.030;
(2) stirring and uniformly mixing the light components of the mixed tobacco extract obtained in the step 1) with the electronic cigarette oil essence base, propylene glycol, glycerol and 1, 3-butanediol to obtain the electronic cigarette oil.

Wherein, the conditions of molecular distillation in the step (1) are as follows: the distillation temperature is 40-60 ℃, the material flow rate is 1.5-3.5ml/min, the film scraping rotation speed is 30-60r/min, and the vacuum degree is 15-35 Pa.
Wherein the step (2) comprises: 5-35 parts of light components of the mixed tobacco extract obtained in the step (1), 5-23 parts of electronic cigarette oil essence base, 6-40 parts of propylene glycol, 0.5-3 parts of glycerol and 1, 3-butanediol are stirred and mixed uniformly to obtain the electronic cigarette oil.
Wherein the step (2) comprises: the method comprises the following steps of (1) uniformly stirring and mixing 10-25 parts by weight of light components of the mixed tobacco leaf extract obtained in the step (1), 8-15 parts by weight of electronic cigarette oil essence, 15-40 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 8-35 parts by weight of glycerol and 1-2.5 parts by weight of 1, 3-butanediol to obtain the electronic cigarette oil.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the electronic cigarette oil added with the mixed tobacco condensed fragrance light component and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the electronic cigarette oil prepared by adding the composite tobacco leaf extract has the style of 'tobacco fragrance', the prepared electronic cigarette oil is closer to the fragrance of real cigarettes, the richness and the texture of the smoke are improved, and the stimulation of the smoke to the throats of smokers is reduced.
Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be more clearly understood, reference will now be made to the following examples.
The electronic cigarette oil added with the mixed light components of the cured tobacco fragrance comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-35 parts of a light component of a mixed tobacco leaf extract, 5-23 parts of an electronic tobacco tar essence base, 10-50 parts of propylene glycol, 6-40 parts of glycerol, 0.5-3 parts of 1, 3-butanediol, preferably 10-25 parts of the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract, 8-15 parts of the electronic tobacco tar essence base, 15-40 parts of propylene glycol, 8-35 parts of glycerol and 1, 3-butanediol, 1-2.5 parts of the mixed tobacco leaf extract, wherein the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract comprises a Zimbabwe tobacco leaf extract and an aromatic tobacco extract, the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract is combined with the tobacco tar essence base to form the electronic tobacco tar, the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract is combined with the tobacco tar essence base, the obtained electronic tobacco tar is protruded during smoking, and the electronic tobacco tar is prepared by the following steps: (1) adding 50 wt% of propylene glycol into a tobacco extract in a mixed tobacco extract (the weight ratio of Zimbabwe tobacco extract to aromatic tobacco extract is 3: 1) to carry out molecular distillation to obtain a light component of the mixed tobacco extract with the relative water density of 1.010-1.030; (2) stirring and uniformly mixing the light component of the mixed tobacco extract obtained in the step 1) with the electronic cigarette oil essence base, propylene glycol, glycerol and 1, 3-butanediol to obtain electronic cigarette oil, and extracting the light component of the mixed tobacco condensed aroma extract by a distillation method.
Wherein after the step (1), the method further comprises the following steps: 0.1-0.6 part of gamma valerolactone, 0.2-0.8 part of vanillin, 0.05-0.2 part of 2-acetylpyrazine, 0.1-0.6 part of beta-damascone, 0.3-0.6 part of methyl cyclopentenolone, 0.05-0.2 part of nicotinone, 0.05-0.5 part of neophytadiene, 0.1-0.6 part of fenugreek essential oil and 0.05-0.2 part of Ruta extract, and the balance of propylene glycol is complemented to 100 parts by weight and mixed together to obtain the electronic cigarette oil fragrance base; and the conditions of molecular distillation in the step (1) are as follows: distilling at 40-60 deg.C, material flow rate of 1.5-3.5ml/min, scraping film rotation speed of 30-60r/min, vacuum degree of 15-35Pa, preferably distilling at 50 deg.C, material flow rate of 1.5ml/min, scraping film rotation speed of 50r/min, and vacuum degree of 20 Pa; and in the step (2), the light components of the mixed tobacco extract obtained in the step 1) and the electronic tobacco tar essence base, the propylene glycol, the glycerol and the 1, 3-butanediol are uniformly stirred and mixed to obtain the electronic tobacco tar, wherein the electronic tobacco tar comprises 5-35 parts by weight of the light components of the mixed tobacco extract, 5-23 parts by weight of the electronic tobacco tar essence base, 10-50 parts by weight of the propylene glycol, 6-40 parts by weight of the glycerol and 0.5-3 parts by weight of the 1, 3-butanediol, and the light components of the mixed tobacco extract, 8-15 parts by weight of the electronic tobacco tar essence base, 15-40 parts by weight of the propylene glycol, 8-35 parts by weight of the glycerol and 1-2.5 parts by weight of the 1, 3-butanediol are uniformly stirred and mixed to obtain the electronic tobacco tar, so that the optimal effects of rich and natural tobacco fragrance and comfortable throat can be simultaneously achieved.
The effects of the present invention are tested and illustrated by the following specific examples:
example 1
(1) Preparing light components of mixed tobacco leaf extract
According to the weight ratio of 3:1, weighing 1kg of Zimbabwe tobacco leaf extract and aromatic tobacco extract (wherein the Zimbabwe tobacco leaf extract and the aromatic tobacco extract are both purchased from Fujiwa aromatic company), adding 50 percent of propylene glycol by weight of the Zimbabwe tobacco leaf extract and the aromatic tobacco extract to carry out molecular distillation to obtain a mixed tobacco extract light component 1 with the relative water density of 1.023; the conditions of the molecular distillation are as follows: the distillation temperature is 50 ℃, the material flow rate is 1.5ml/min, the film scraping rotation speed is 50r/min, and the vacuum degree is 20 Pa.
(2) Preparing an electronic cigarette oil base, wherein the base comprises the following components:
0.30 part of gamma valerolactone, 0.10 part of vanillin, 0.20 part of 2-acetylpyrazine, 0.24 part of beta-damascone, 0.35 part of methyl cyclopentenolone, 0.05 part of nicotinone, 0.20 part of neophytadiene, 0.25 part of fenugreek essential oil and 0.15 part of Ruta graveolens extract, and the balance of propylene glycol to 100 parts.
(3) And (3) stirring and uniformly mixing 10 parts by weight of the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract prepared in the step (1), 25 parts by weight of the electronic cigarette oil base obtained in the step (2), 30 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 33 parts by weight of glycerol and 2 parts by weight of 1, 3-butanediol to obtain an electronic cigarette oil product. Thus obtaining the condensed fragrance electronic cigarette oil 1.
Example 2
Stirring and uniformly mixing 20 parts by weight of the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract obtained in the step (1) in the example 1, 8 parts by weight of the electronic cigarette oil base obtained in the step (2) in the example 1, 35 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 35 parts by weight of glycerol and 2 parts by weight of 1, 3-butanediol to obtain the condensed fragrant electronic cigarette oil 2.
Example 3
Stirring and uniformly mixing 5 parts by weight of the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract obtained in the step (1) in the example 1, 13 parts by weight of the electronic cigarette oil base obtained in the step (2) in the example 1, 45 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 35 parts by weight of glycerol and 2 parts by weight of 1, 3-butanediol to obtain the condensed fragrant electronic cigarette oil 3.
Example 4
And (3) stirring and uniformly mixing 12 parts by weight of the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract obtained in the step (1) in the example 1, 11 parts by weight of the electronic cigarette oil base obtained in the step (2) in the example 1, 40 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 35 parts by weight of glycerol and 2 parts by weight of 1, 3-butanediol to obtain the condensed fragrant electronic cigarette oil 4.
Example 5
Stirring and uniformly mixing 15 parts by weight of the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract obtained in the step (1) in the example 1, 10 parts by weight of the electronic cigarette oil base obtained in the step (2) in the example 1, 38 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 35 parts by weight of glycerol and 2 parts by weight of 1, 3-butanediol to obtain the condensed fragrant electronic cigarette oil 5.
Example 6
Stirring and uniformly mixing 10 parts by weight of the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract obtained in the step (1) in the example 1, 15 parts by weight of the electronic cigarette oil base obtained in the step (2) in the example 1, 38 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 35 parts by weight of glycerol and 2 parts by weight of 1, 3-butanediol to obtain the condensed fragrant electronic cigarette oil 6.
Example 7
Stirring and uniformly mixing 20 parts by weight of the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract obtained in the step (1) in the example 1, 5 parts by weight of the electronic cigarette oil base obtained in the step (2) in the example 1, 38 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 35 parts by weight of glycerol and 2 parts by weight of 1, 3-butanediol to obtain the condensed fragrant electronic cigarette oil 7.
Example 8
Stirring and uniformly mixing 5 parts by weight of the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract obtained in the step (1) in the example 1, 20 parts by weight of the electronic cigarette oil base obtained in the step (2) in the example 1, 38 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 35 parts by weight of glycerol and 2 parts by weight of 1, 3-butanediol to obtain the condensed fragrant electronic cigarette oil 8.
Test example 1
Volatile component analysis was performed on the light components of the mixed smoke extract obtained in example 1, and the relative percentages are shown in table 1:

And (3) analysis: table 1 shows that the mixed cigarette prepared in example 1 has a lighter component enriched with the higher tobacco flavor components and a certain reduction in the relative percentage of tar.
Test example 2
The electronic cigarette tobacco tar prepared in the examples 1 to 8 is added into the same disposable electronic cigarette with the same addition amount for sensory evaluation, and the sensory quality evaluation results are respectively shown in table 2:

To sum up: the electronic cigarette tobacco tar added with the mixed light component of the condensed tobacco fragrance can achieve the best effect of simultaneously meeting the requirements of rich and natural tobacco fragrance and comfortable throat when the ratio of the light component of the mixed tobacco leaf extract to the base of the tobacco fragrance ranges from 2:3 to 3: 2. Meanwhile, the mixed tobacco extract light component and the tobacco fragrance base account for more than 30% of the electronic cigarette oil by weight, the stimulation sense is enhanced, the tobacco fragrance is insufficient when the mixed tobacco extract light component and the tobacco fragrance base account for less than 20%, and the optimal proportion is that the mixed tobacco extract light component and the tobacco fragrance base account for about 25% of the electronic cigarette oil by weight.
