The invention relates to a child cart capable of being converted by single person and double person.
Background
Most of the existing double-person child carts do not have the function of single-person and double-person conversion, and when the cart only needs to push one child, the cart is quite heavy and inconvenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a single-person and double-person convertible child stroller, which can conveniently convert a child stroller between a single-person stroller state and a double-person stroller state.
In order to achieve the aim, the technical scheme is that the single-double convertible stroller comprises a stroller frame with an unfolding state, a front wheel assembly and a rear wheel assembly, wherein the front wheel assembly and the rear wheel assembly are arranged at the bottom of the stroller frame, the stroller frame comprises a main frame and a seat assembly arranged on the main frame, the seat assembly comprises a main seat plate and an auxiliary seat plate, at least one of the main seat plate and the auxiliary seat plate can be installed on the main frame in a reverse manner along the left-right direction, the seat assembly has a double seat state and a single seat state, when the seat assembly is in the double seat state, the main seat plate and the auxiliary seat plate are relatively opened and are arranged side by side left and right, and when the seat assembly is in the single seat state, the main seat plate and the auxiliary seat plate are relatively folded and are arranged one above another, and only the seat plate above is used for providing sitting support.
Preferably, the length of the main seat pan is greater than the length of the sub seat pan, and the sub seat pan is stacked under the main seat pan when the seat assembly is in the single seat state.
Further, the main frame is provided with two groups of side brackets arranged on the left side and the right side respectively and a middle baffle rod arranged between the two groups of side brackets, the seat assembly is arranged between the two groups of side brackets, the main seat plate is provided with a main body supporting part and an extending part which are connected along the left-right direction, the length of the main body supporting part is larger than that of the extending part, when the seat assembly is in a single seat state, the main body supporting part is positioned between the side brackets on one side and the middle baffle rod, the extending part is positioned between the side brackets on the other side and the middle baffle rod, and when the seat assembly is in a double seat state, the main body supporting part forms one seat, and the extending part and the auxiliary seat plate jointly form the other seat.
Preferably, the main seat board and the auxiliary seat board are rotatably connected and can be relatively turned over and folded along the left-right direction.
Further, one end portion in the left-right direction of the main seat board is rotationally connected to the main frame, the other end portion of the main seat board is rotationally connected to one end portion of the auxiliary seat board, the middle portion of the auxiliary seat board can relatively rotate and relatively slide along the left-right direction to be connected to the main frame, and when the seat assembly is converted from the double-seat state to the single-seat state, the auxiliary seat board is overturned along the left-right direction and is overlapped below the main seat board.
Preferably, the main frame has two sets of side brackets disposed on the left and right sides, and the seat assembly is disposed between the two sets of side brackets, and when the seat assembly is switched from the double-seat state to the single-seat state, a distance between the two sets of side brackets in the left and right direction is reduced.
Further, a plurality of transverse supporting rods which can stretch along the left-right direction are arranged between the two groups of side brackets, and the main seat board and the auxiliary seat board drive the transverse supporting rods to stretch along the left-right direction when the main seat board and the auxiliary seat board are turned over relatively along the left-right direction so as to change the distance between the two groups of side brackets.

Further, the side brackets of each side each include a front strut, a rear strut and a push rod each extending in an up-down direction, an upper portion of the front strut is rotatably connected with a lower portion of the push rod, an upper portion of the rear strut is rotatably connected with the push rod, a front portion of the seat assembly is rotatably connected with the front struts of both sides, and a rear portion of the seat assembly is rotatably connected with the rear struts of both sides.
Still further, a seat front support cross rod which can stretch along the left-right direction is arranged between the front support rods at two sides, a seat rear support cross rod which can stretch along the left-right direction is arranged between the rear support rods at two sides, the front part of the seat assembly is rotationally connected to the seat front support cross rod around the axial lead of the seat front support cross rod, and the rear part of the seat assembly is rotationally connected to the seat rear support cross rod around the axial lead of the seat rear support cross rod.
As a specific implementation mode, an upper cross rod is further arranged between the upper parts of the push rods on two sides, the upper cross rod comprises a first upper rod and a second upper rod which relatively slide and stretch along the left-right direction, the seat front support cross rod comprises a front first cross rod and a front second cross rod which relatively slide and stretch along the left-right direction, the first upper rod, the front first cross rod and the main seat plate are positioned on the same side of the main frame, the main frame further comprises a middle baffle rod extending along the up-down direction, the middle baffle rod comprises a lower rod with the lower part connected to the front first cross rod, the lower part is connected with the upper part of the lower rod in a rotating mode, the upper part of the upper rod is connected to the first upper rod, and a front handrail and/or a canopy rod are further arranged between the push rod and the middle baffle rod on one side where the main seat plate is positioned.
Compared with the prior art, the child stroller with the single-double conversion function has the advantages that at least one of the main seat board and the auxiliary seat board in the seat assembly can be arranged on the main frame of the stroller frame in a relatively overturning manner, so that the main seat board and the auxiliary seat board can be opened relatively in the left-right direction by overturning the main seat board or the auxiliary seat board, the seat assembly is in a double-seat state, or the main seat board and the auxiliary seat board are arranged in a stacked manner up and down to be in a single-seat state, and the child stroller can be conveniently converted between a single-person vehicle state and a double-person vehicle state. The trolley frame of the children trolley has the advantages that the number of the rods is small, when the trolley frame is converted into a single trolley for use, only one seat is reserved for children to sit, the whole trolley is light, and the daily use of a user is convenient.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the attached drawings and specific embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a stroller convertible between one and two comprises a stroller frame having a deployed state, a front wheel assembly 10 and a rear wheel assembly 20 provided at the bottom of the stroller frame, and a locking mechanism for locking the stroller frame in the deployed state, the stroller frame comprising a main frame and a seat assembly 4 provided on the main frame.
The front wheel assembly 10 and the rear wheel assembly 20 are arranged at the bottom of the main frame, the seat assembly 4 comprises a main seat board 41 and a sub seat board 42, and at least one of the main seat board 41 and the sub seat board 42 can be relatively and reversely arranged on the main frame along the left-right direction, so that the seat assembly 4 has a double-seat state and a single-seat state. When the seat assembly 4 is in the double-seat state, as shown in fig. 1, the main seat plate 41 and the auxiliary seat plate 42 are relatively opened to be arranged side by side left and right so as to provide sitting support, and the stroller can be used as a double stroller, and when the seat assembly 4 is in the single-seat state, as shown in fig. 4, the main seat plate 41 and the auxiliary seat plate 42 are relatively folded to be arranged up and down so as to provide sitting support only by the seat plate positioned above, so that the stroller can be used as a single stroller.
In the present embodiment, the main seat plate 41 and the sub seat plate 42 are rotatably connected to be capable of being folded in the left-right direction, and when the seat assembly 4 is in the single seat state, the sub seat plate 42 is folded and overlapped under the main seat plate 41, and only the main seat plate 41 provides seating support. Specifically, one end portion of the main seat plate 41 is rotatably connected to the main frame, the other end portion of the main seat plate 41 is rotatably connected to one end portion of the sub seat plate 42, and the middle portion of the sub seat plate 42 is connected to the main frame so as to be relatively rotatable and relatively slidable in the left-right direction. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the seat assembly 4 is switched from the double-seat state to the single-seat state, the main seat plate 41 and the auxiliary seat plate 42 rotate relative to the main frame respectively, so that the auxiliary seat plate 42 is folded under the main seat plate 41.
Referring to the drawings, the main frame includes two sets of side brackets 100 disposed on left and right sides, and the seat assembly 4 is disposed between the two sets of side brackets 100 such that a distance between the two sets of side brackets 10 in the left and right direction decreases when the seat assembly 4 is shifted from the double seat state to the single seat state. Specifically, a plurality of transverse struts which can extend and retract in the left-right direction are arranged between the two sets of side brackets 100, and when the main seat board 41 and the auxiliary seat board 42 are turned relatively in the left-right direction, the transverse struts are driven to extend and retract in the left-right direction, so that the transverse distance between the two sets of side brackets 100 is changed.
At least one of the plurality of cross braces is a seat support cross rod, the seat support cross rod comprises a first cross rod and a second cross rod which can relatively slide and stretch along the left-right direction, one end part of the main seat board 41 in the left-right direction is rotationally connected to the first cross rod, the other end part of the main seat board 41 is rotationally connected with one end part of the auxiliary seat board 42, the middle part of the auxiliary seat board 42 is rotationally connected to the second cross rod, and the conversion between the single seat state and the double seat state of the seat assembly 4 is realized when the first cross rod and the second cross rod relatively slide and stretch along the length direction and the main seat board 41 and the auxiliary seat board 42 relatively overturn.
Referring to the drawings, in the present embodiment, each side bracket 100 includes a front strut 1, a rear strut 2 and a push rod 3 each extending in the up-down direction, a front wheel assembly 10 is provided at the bottom of the front strut 1, a rear wheel assembly 20 is provided at the bottom of the rear strut 2, the upper part of the front strut 1 is rotatably connected to the lower part of the push rod 3, the upper part of the rear strut 2 is rotatably connected to the push rod 3, and the front and rear ends of a seat assembly 4 are rotatably connected to the front strut 1 and the rear strut 2 on both sides, respectively.
The seat support cross bars are provided with two groups, namely a seat support front cross bar 6 which is arranged between the front struts 1 at the two sides and can stretch in the left-right direction, and a seat support rear cross bar 7 which is arranged between the rear struts 2 at the two sides and can stretch in the left-right direction, and correspondingly, the seat support front cross bar 6 is provided with a front first cross bar 61 and a front second cross bar 62 which relatively slide and stretch in the left-right direction, and the seat support rear cross bar 7 is provided with a rear first cross bar and a rear second cross bar (not labeled in the figure) which relatively slide and stretch in the left-right direction.
The front part of the seat assembly 4 is rotatably connected to the seat front support rail 6 about the axis of the seat front support rail 6, and the rear part of the seat assembly 4 is rotatably connected to the seat rear support rail 7 about the axis of the seat rear support rail 7, in particular the main seat pan 41 is connected between the front first rail 61 and the rear first rail, and the auxiliary seat pan 42 is connected between the front second rail 62 and the rear second rail. The front support rod 1, the rear support rod 2, the push rod 3 and the seat assembly 4 form a four-bar linkage mechanism which can be folded in a relative rotation way, and the folded structure is shown in figure 6.
When the seat assembly 4 is connected with the front seat support cross bar 6 and the rear seat support cross bar 7, the main seat board 41 and the auxiliary seat board 42 of the seat assembly 4 can be turned relatively along the left-right direction to realize conversion between a single seat state and double seats, and can be turned relative to the front support bar 1 and the rear support bar 2 along the front-back direction to realize folding of the main frame, in the embodiment, a connecting piece 43 is respectively and rotatably connected with the left side part of the front end of the main seat board 41 and the middle part of the front end of the auxiliary seat board 42, the connecting piece 43 is rotatably connected with the front seat support cross bar 6 around the axial lead of the front seat support cross bar 6, and similarly, a connecting piece (not shown in the figure) is also respectively and rotatably connected with the left side part of the rear end of the main seat board 41 and the middle part of the rear end of the auxiliary seat board 42, and the connecting piece is rotatably connected with the rear seat support cross bar 7 around the axial lead of the rear seat support cross bar 7.
In this embodiment, the cross brace further includes a front rail 101 disposed between the lower portions of the front struts 1 on both sides and capable of extending and contracting in the left-right direction, a rear rail 201 disposed between the lower portions of the rear struts 2 on both sides and capable of extending and contracting in the left-right direction, and an upper rail 8 disposed between the upper portions of the push rods 3 on both sides and capable of extending and contracting in the left-right direction, wherein the seat assembly 4 is configured such that the front rail 101, the rear rail 201, and the upper rail 8 extend and contract in the left-right direction respectively during the transition between the single seat state and the double seat state.
In this embodiment, on the seat assembly 4, the length of the main seat board 41 is greater than that of the auxiliary seat board 42, so that the overlapping length between two rods that slide and stretch relatively in each cross rod is as long as possible when the seat assembly 4 is in the double-seat state, and the bearing stability of the cart frame is greatly improved. The seat assembly 4 is in the double seating condition with the main seat pan 41 providing seating support for one child while a portion thereof cooperates with the sub seat pan 42 to provide seating support for another child, and with the sub seat pan 42 fully stacked under the main seat pan 41 when the seat assembly 4 is converted to the single seating condition.
As shown in the drawings, the main frame of the present embodiment further includes a middle spacer bar 5 extending in the up-down direction for separating two seats, the middle spacer bar 5 being located between two sets of side brackets in the left-right direction. The main seat plate 41 has a main body support portion 41a and an extension portion 41b which are connected in the left-right direction, the main body support portion 41a being longer than the extension portion 41b, the main body support portion 41a being located between the one side bracket and the intermediate barrier lever 5 and the extension portion 41b being located between the other side bracket and the intermediate barrier lever 5 when the seat assembly 4 is in the single seat position, the main body support portion 41a constituting one seat and the extension portion 41b constituting the other seat together with the sub-seat plate 42 when the seat assembly 4 is in the double seat position.
In this embodiment, the middle spacer bar 5 is disposed between the upper rail 8 and the seat front support rail 6, specifically, the upper rail 8 includes a first upper bar 81 and a second upper bar 82 that relatively slide and retract in the left-right direction, the first upper bar 81, the front first rail 61 of the seat front support rail 6 and the main seat plate 41 are located on the same side of the main frame, the middle spacer bar 5 includes a lower bar 51 having a lower portion connected to the front first rail 61, an upper bar 52 having a lower portion rotatably connected to an upper portion of the lower bar 51, the upper portion of the upper bar 52 is connected to the first upper bar 81, and a front armrest 9 and a canopy bar 10 are further disposed between the push rod 3 and the middle spacer bar 5 on the side of the main seat plate 41.
In summary, the stroller of the present embodiment enables the main seat board 41 and the auxiliary seat board 42 to be relatively turned over, so that the main seat board 41 and the auxiliary seat board are relatively opened in the left-right direction or are stacked in the up-down direction, and accordingly the seat assembly 4 can be switched between the double-seat state and the single-seat state, which is very convenient for switching operation. Meanwhile, no matter the seat assembly 4 is in a double-seat state or a single-seat state, the front support rod 1, the rear support rod 2, the push rod 3 and the seat assembly 4 of the cart frame can rotate relatively to fold the cart frame, and the folding operation is very convenient.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the child cart of the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that in the seat assembly 4, the main seat 41 and the sub-seat 42 are identical in length and the intermediate stopper 5 is not provided, the main seat 41 and the sub-seat 42 each provide a child seat support to each form a seat when the seat assembly 4 is in the double-seat state, and the sub-seat 42 is turned over and layered under the main seat 41 when the seat assembly 4 is in the single-seat state, and the main seat 41 provides a child seat support as an independent seat, at which the interval between the side brackets 100 is half that in the double-seat state.
