Referring to fig. 1, the system for managing the RFID intelligent toolbox comprises a controller, an RFID radio frequency module, a power supply, an RFID tool tag and a maintenance person identity tag, wherein the RFID tool tag and the maintenance person identity tag are arranged on a tool, an input/output end of the controller is connected with the RFID radio frequency module, the RFID radio frequency module acquires information of the RFID tool tag and the maintenance person identity tag on the tool and transmits the information to the controller, the controller judges whether the information on the RFID tool tag and the maintenance person identity tag is correct, and the input/output end of the controller is wirelessly connected with a handheld terminal and a background server through a wireless network module respectively and is used for transmitting a judgment result to the handheld terminal and the background server.
The output end of the controller is connected with an indicator lamp and a buzzer and used for indicating or alarming whether information on the RFID tool label and the identity label of maintenance personnel is correct or not.
The controller is a single chip microcomputer, in this embodiment, an IAP15W4K58S4 single chip microcomputer is adopted, and the single chip microcomputer is respectively connected with the RFID radio frequency module, the wireless network module, the indicator light and the buzzer through a UART interface.
The wireless network module is an NB-IOT module, an antenna is arranged on the NB-IOT module, and the NB-IOT module is in wireless connection with the corresponding handheld terminal and the background server through the antenna.
