As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the double-pin manual torque wrench of the present invention comprises a wrench body 1, a connector 2 and a double-pin wrench head 3, wherein the connector 2 is fixedly connected to the wrench body 1, and the double-pin wrench head 3 is fixedly connected to the connector 2.
The double-pin spanner 3 comprises a movable head 31, a fixed head 32, an adjusting screw 33 and working pins 34, wherein the fixed head 32 is fixedly connected to a connector 2, the movable head 31 is hinged to the fixed head 32 through a bolt, the movable head 31 can rotate around a hinged point, the adjusting screw 33 is in threaded connection with the movable head 31, one end of the adjusting screw 33 is abutted against the fixed head 32, the two working pins 34 are respectively fixedly connected to the tail ends of the movable head 31 and the fixed head 32, and the axial direction of the working pins 34 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the spanner body 1. The operating pin 34 on the fixed head 32 is in the rotational path of the operating pin 34 on the movable head 31 about the hinge point.
The fixing head 32 includes a first arc portion 321 and a connecting rod portion 322 that are integrally formed, the connecting rod portion 322 is fixedly connected (welded or bolted) to the connecting head 2, the working pin 34 is fixedly connected to the end of the first arc portion 321, and the axial direction of the working pin 34 is parallel to the axial direction of the first arc portion 321.
A hinge hole 323 is provided at a junction of the first arc portion 321 and the link portion 322.
The movable head 31 comprises a second arc part 311 and a hinge seat 312 which are integrally formed, the second arc part 311 and the first arc part 321 have the same shape and size, the hinge seat 312 is provided with a mounting groove hole 313, the mounting groove hole 313 is arranged towards the axis direction of the wrench body 1, a connecting rod part 322 in the fixed head 32 is inserted into the mounting groove hole 313, and the hinge seat 312 is correspondingly hinged with the hinge hole 323 through a bolt.
The adjusting screw 33 is in threaded connection with the end face of the hinge seat 312, and the adjusting screw 33 abuts against the outer arc face of the first arc portion 321. In use, the position of the adjustment screw 33 is adjusted to limit the maximum degree of freedom in the outward rotation of the movable head 31. The degree of freedom of inward rotation of the movable head 31 does not need to be limited.
The working pin 34 in the invention is of a step pin structure with a large cylindrical part and a small cylindrical part, the tail ends of the movable head 31 and the fixed head 32 are respectively provided with a step hole, the working pin 34 is correspondingly welded in the step holes, the step surface of the working pin 34 is matched with the step surface of the step hole, and the large cylindrical part and the small cylindrical part in the working pin 34 are respectively arranged on two corresponding side surfaces of the movable head 31 or the fixed head 32.
The large cylindrical portion and the small cylindrical portion of the operating pin 34 may correspond to dust rings suitable for use in two different sized section stress slots.
The wrench body 1 is sleeved with the handle sleeve 11, and the handle sleeve 11 is made of rubber materials, so that friction force between the wrench body and the hand can be increased.
When in use, according to the size of the dust ring, the position of the adjusting screw 33 is adjusted, the adjusting screw 33 is used for limiting the maximum degree of freedom of the outward rotation of the movable head 31, and the dust ring can be clamped in the using process conveniently. The inward rotation freedom degree of the movable head 31 is not limited, when the wrench is used, the two working pins 34 are correspondingly clamped into the stress grooves on the end face of the dust ring, the two working pins 34 form a limit, and when the dust ring is pre-tightened, the wrench body 1 is rotated, so that the wrench is convenient to use and operate. The large cylindrical part and the small cylindrical part on the working pin 34 can be correspondingly applicable to the dustproof rings of the stress grooves in two different size intervals, and the applicability is wide.
