The technical scheme provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: the technical scheme provided by the invention can effectively solve the problems that coating workshops have more equipment, the process is complex, comprehensive and effective management cannot be carried out, and production information cannot be displayed in a centralized manner.

The network module comprises a plurality of optical fiber switches and a central switch, and the optical fiber switches are connected with each other through optical fibers to form an optical fiber ring network; the process equipment PLC, the energy monitoring equipment PLC and the conveying equipment PLC are respectively connected with an optical fiber switch on the optical fiber ring network through six types of lines to establish TCP/IP connection; the central switch establishes TCP/IP connection with an optical fiber switch on the optical fiber ring network through six types of lines and is respectively connected with the equipment monitoring module, the data display module and the data storage module through six types of lines.
The state and alarm information of various devices are judged by the value of each variable in the PLC register; the process equipment comprises: the system comprises an electrophoresis tank, a spray pump, a pure water system and a paint conveying and mixing system; the device status data includes: the electrophoresis tank liquid level height and temperature, the drying furnace air supply temperature and air return temperature, the spray pump current and voltage, the pure water system conductivity and flow, the paint conveying and mixing system pressure intensity, the paint temperature and the like; the alarm information includes: the electrophoresis tank liquid level height and temperature upper and lower limits alarm, the drying furnace air supply temperature and return air temperature upper and lower limits alarm, the spray pump current and voltage upper and lower limits alarm, the pure water system conductivity and flow upper and lower line alarm, the paint conveying and mixing system pressure and paint temperature upper and lower limits alarm and the like; the comprehensive real-time monitoring of workshop data is realized by collecting the states of all devices and alarm information.
The energy monitoring equipment comprises an energy monitoring system serial port server, a water meter, an electric energy meter and a natural gas flow meter, wherein the energy monitoring system serial port server is in data communication with the water meter, the electric energy meter and the natural gas flow meter through RS485 lines respectively so as to obtain corresponding energy monitoring data; the energy monitoring data comprises real-time usage amount and accumulated usage amount of industrial water, industrial electricity and natural gas; through the data, various reports such as a daily and monthly report, an equipment energy consumption usage report and the like can be generated by the central control system.
The conveying equipment comprises a rolling machine and a power and free chain; the vehicle passing data comprises a vehicle VIN code, a characteristic value and passing time; the vehicle VIN code is a 17-bit international universal code and is used for identifying the manufacturer, the engine, the chassis serial number and other performances of the automobile, the characteristic values comprise the characteristics of the type, the color, the height and the balance of the automobile, whether a skylight is arranged or not and the like, and the passing time comprises the specific time when the automobile reaches a certain station; the vehicle body can be automatically identified and tracked by collecting the information, and the central control system can transmit related information to material management, quality assurance and other departments, and plays an important role in material supply, sales service, quality monitoring, whole vehicle life quality tracking and the like.
The database comprises an equipment monitoring data storage server, an energy monitoring data storage server and a vehicle passing data storage server, and is respectively used for storing the equipment monitoring data, the energy monitoring data and the vehicle passing data, and the database comprises a relational database which is respectively used for the equipment monitoring data storage server, the energy monitoring data storage server and the vehicle passing data storage server.

The equipment control module realizes remote centralized control of partial functions of the process equipment, so that the control of operators on the equipment is efficient and convenient; and receiving the alarm information and judging whether the process parameters of the process equipment meet the production requirements or not, wherein the process parameters can be completed manually by an operator or automatically by a computer.
