Background
The external wall heat insulation material is specially used for building walls and can be divided into the following components according to the use positions: exterior wall insulation, interior wall insulation, roofing insulation; the heat insulation material can be divided into the following components according to the inherent components: inorganic thermal insulation materials and organic thermal insulation materials.
At present, solid powder and liquid materials of a mixing and foaming stirring device are manually placed into a stirrer at the same time to start stirring, and the solid powder and the liquid materials also comprise water, a modifier, a waterproof agent and the like.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a stirring apparatus for exterior wall insulation materials to solve the above problems.

In a preferred embodiment, one side of the top of the second stirring tank is fixedly connected with a solid material feeding pipe, one side of the top of the third stirring tank is fixedly connected with a liquid material feeding pipe, one side of the bottom of the third stirring tank is fixedly connected with a connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe is fixedly connected with the first stirring tank.

through the solid material inlet pipe, the solid material gets into the second agitator tank, through the liquid material inlet pipe, the liquid material gets into the third agitator tank, starter motor, motor work drives first gear and rotates, it rotates to drive the second puddler through the second gear, stir the inside solid material of second agitator tank, it rotates to drive the third puddler through the third gear, stir the inside liquid material of third agitator tank, solid material and liquid material get into first agitator tank by the stirring, discharge through the discharging pipe, make the material misce bene, do benefit to the homodisperse, the churning time has been shortened greatly, the homogeneity of stirring has been improved.
