With reference to fig. 1 to 5, the column type multipoint nano friction microwave power generation device of the present invention comprises three major parts, namely a cylindrical buoy 1, afriction generator set 4, and asolid cylinder 2. The insidesolid cylinder 2 that closely inserts of cylinder flotation pontoon 1, eightfriction generating set 4 of inserting in the middle ofsolid cylinder 2 and cylinder flotation pontoon 1, have the gap betweenfriction generating set 4 and the cylinder flotation pontoon 1. The mass body M is suspended on acover plate 3 at the top end of a friction generator set 4 through a spring 2-1. The invention skillfully uses the spring 2-1 to vertically suspend the mass body M, thus fully utilizing the heave motion of waves, the spring 2-4 in the mass body M connects the mass block 2-3 with the thin plate 2-7, and the motion of the mass block 2-3 is fully utilized, so that the motion of the spring 2-4 can be increased, the relative motion between the films 2-5 and 2-6 of the nano friction generator is promoted, the generating efficiency of the device is improved, the friction kinetic energy between nano materials is converted into electric energy, and the electric energy is stored by the electric energy storage device. The ocean monitoring and lighting device has the characteristics of light weight, simple structure, convenience in installation, low maintenance cost and strong practicability, and can continuously provide electric energy for ocean monitoring and lighting facilities.
Thecover plate 3 is a circular thin plate part and is used as one of the components of thefriction generator set 4, and is used for connecting the spring 2-1 and sealing thefriction generator set 4 and reducing the weight. The box bodies 2-9 are hollow cylindrical thin-wall parts and are arranged below thecover plate 3, the radius of thecover plate 3 is slightly larger than that of the box bodies 2-9, and the cover plate and the box bodies are fixed together through welding.
The nanometer friction generator films 2-5 and 2-6 are round thin sheets, the nanometer friction generator films 2-5 are arranged on the surfaces of the thin sheets 2-7 on the outer side of the mass body M through welding, the nanometer friction generator films 2-6 are arranged on the inner side of the box body 2-9 through welding, and the two groups of nanometer friction generator films are guaranteed to be in the same plane and can generate friction when moving relatively. The mass body M is in a cylindrical shape and is connected with thecover plate 3 through the spring 2-1, so that the mass body M can move up and down relative to the box body 2-9.
The mass block 2-3 is a cuboid metal block, the top of the mass block is connected with the steel wire rope 2-2 through welding, the left side and the right side of the mass block are connected with the spring 2-4 through welding, the thin plate pieces 2-7 and 2-8 are metal thin plates, and the nanometer friction generator set films 2-5 and 2-6 are fixed on the thin plate pieces. Wherein the natural frequency of the mass M can be changed by adjusting the mass 2-3.
The cylindrical buoy 1 is made of aluminum alloy, the surface of the cylindrical buoy is coated with anti-rust paint, and the cylindrical buoy has flexibility and plays roles in corrosion prevention and warning. The shell of the friction generator set 4 and thecover plate 3 are cast by 6061 aluminum, so that the overall weight is reduced, and welding is facilitated.
Thesolid cylinder 2 is positioned at the center of the column type multipoint nano friction microwave power generation device and is tightly inserted into the cylindrical buoy 1. Thesolid cylinder 2 is an entity with uneven density, the density of the lower part is high, and the density of the upper part is low, so that the stability of the device in seawater is ensured.
In the present invention, the cylindrical buoy 1 floats on the sea surface. By utilizing the kinetic energy and potential energy difference between the cylindrical buoy 1 and waves, the internal mass block 2-3 swings together with the waves to enable the nano friction generator set films 2-5 connected with the mass block 2-3 to move along, so that the nano friction generator set films 2-5 and 2-6 between the mass body M and the box body 2-9 rub against each other, the wave energy is converted into electric energy, the electric energy is connected to an electric energy storage device, and the electric energy storage device stores the electric energy. The effect of high-efficiency and reasonable utilization of wave energy is achieved.
The invention provides a column type multipoint nano friction microwave power generation device which is simple in structure, high in power generation efficiency and good in stability, can reduce wave amplitude in a severe environment by utilizing the structure of a cylindrical buoy to the maximum extent, enables friction between films of nano friction power generators to convert wave energy and electric energy by utilizing friction of relative motion of a friction power generator set and relative motion of a spring, and can convert the wave energy and the electric energy by utilizing amplitude difference between the buoy and the wave to be provided for coastal power utilization facilities, so that the aim of emergency power supply or autonomous power supply is fulfilled.
In conclusion, the invention discloses a column type multipoint nano friction microwave power generation device applied to the sea and the coast. Solid cylinder is inserted to the inside of cylinder flotation pontoon, inserts 8 friction generating set in the middle of solid cylinder and the cylinder flotation pontoon, has the gap between friction generating set and the cylinder flotation pontoon. The friction generator set comprises a mass body, a spring, a cover plate and a box body, wherein the mass body comprises a mass block, a spring, a steel wire rope, a thin plate piece and a nanometer friction generator film, the mass block is welded with the spring, the spring is welded with the thin plate piece, the thin plate piece is welded with the nanometer friction generator film outside the mass body, and the steel wire rope is connected to the top of the mass body and then welded with the mass block. And another group of nano friction generator films are arranged in a gap between a mass body and the box body in the friction generator set and are welded on the inner side wall of the box body. The mass body is welded with the cover plate at the top end through the spring. The invention skillfully uses the spring to vertically suspend the mass body, thus fully utilizing the heave motion of waves, and the spring in the mass body connects the mass block with the sheet block, thus fully utilizing the motion of the mass block, increasing the motion of the spring, promoting the relative motion between films of the nano friction generator, improving the generating efficiency of the device, converting the friction kinetic energy between nano materials into electric energy, and then storing the electric energy by the electric energy storage device. The ocean monitoring and lighting device has the characteristics of light weight, simple structure, convenience in installation, low maintenance cost and strong practicability, and can continuously provide electric energy for ocean monitoring and lighting facilities.
