When thepitch varying device 40 is assembled, theshaft end 461 of the drivingrod 46 is sleeved in therotating hole 124 on the outer side of the stoppingpart 123; therotating parts 412 at the two longitudinal ends of the rotatingbase 41 are respectively positioned in thegear groove 114, the arc-shapedgroove 126 of thenotch 125 and thegear groove 114, the rotatingshaft 31 is inserted into the hole structure on therotating part 412 and theshaft hole 121 on thethird partition part 119 from one end of thenotch 125 and extends into the damping groove 115, at this time, thespring 32 and the first and second dampingblocks 33, 34 are respectively sleeved outside the rotatingshaft 31, and the second dampingblock 34 abuts against theabutting part 123; the rotatingshaft 31 is continuously pushed to make therotating shaft 31 pass through theshaft hole 121 on thesecond partition part 118 and extend to thegear groove 114, and meanwhile, a pair ofgears 35 and arotating part 412 are sleeved on therotating shaft 31, and the rotating shaft is continuously pushed to be inserted into theshaft hole 121 on thefirst partition part 117.
The rotatingplate 13 includes arotating plate base 131, a widenedportion 132 extending from both longitudinal sides of therotating plate base 131 in a transverse direction, longitudinal end portions 133 formed at both longitudinal ends of therotating plate base 131, and second engagingportions 134 formed on outer side surfaces of thelongitudinal end portions 133 and engaged with the first engagingportions 416. When the rotatingbase 41 is assembled on thespindle 11, the first engagingportion 416 and the secondengaging portion 134 are engaged with each other and can achieve a limit and move relatively when the rotatingbase 41 rotates.
Before the rotatingbase 41 is assembled to themain shaft 11, thepitch changing device 40 needs to be assembled as follows:
the other end of theflat spring 437 fixed to therivet post 436 of the connectingbase 43 is fixed to thepost 427 on the back surface of the rotatingbase 41, and thesecond rotation support 442 of thelink lever 44 is rotatably fixed to the secondrotation engagement portion 438 of the connectingbase 43 or thefirst rotation support 441 is fixed to the firstrotation engagement portion 425 of the rotatingbase 41. Thetrack groove 435 of the connectingseat 43 is sleeved outside the matchingflanges 423 at both sides of the matching portion of therotating seat 41, and thetrack groove 435 is covered with therubber sleeve 434 to enable the two to smoothly slide in a matching manner, thereby avoiding noise.
Fixing thestate control element 45 in theinstallation cavity 477 of thetransmission element 47, then installing thetransmission element 47 in theaccommodating part 421 of therotating seat 41, wherein the limitingparts 422 at two sides of theaccommodating part 421 limit the position of thetransmission element 47 in the longitudinal direction, and theabutting end 453 is elastically matched with thestate control groove 426; at this time, the thirdrotation branch portion 443 of thelink lever 44 is rotatably fixed to the thirdrotation engagement portion 474 of thetransmission member 47. The first, second and thirdrotation branch parts 441, 442 and 443 and the first, second and thirdrotation matching parts 425, 438 and 474 may be combined by a hole and a column structure, or riveted in two hole structures.
The drivingend 462 of the drivingrod 46 is clipped into theclipping hole 472 of the drivingmember 47, and the drivingrod 46 extends out along thefirst opening 473 at one side of theclipping hole 472. The rotatingportion 412 of thegear slot 114 extends along thenotch 1141 of thegear slot 114.
Thepitch varying device 40 further includes acover plate 48, and thecover plate 48 is fixed above theaccommodating portion 421 of the rotatingbase 41 by screws to fix thetransmission member 47 on the rotatingbase 41.
The operation principle of the pitch-changing device of the application is as follows, when the connectingseat 43 is driven by the casing (such as a mobile phone casing) connected with the connecting seat to rotate, the rotatingplate 13 drives thehinge strip 10 to rotate together, the rotatingplate 13 and therotating seat 41 move relatively through the first andsecond occlusion parts 416 and 134, and simultaneously the drivingrod 46 rotates along with the rotating plate, the drivingend 462 of the drivingrod 46 drives thetransmission member 47 to move in theaccommodating part 421 of therotating seat 41, so that the drivingrod 44 on thetransmission member 47 drives the connectingseat 43 to move, and the movement of the connectingseat 43 can enable the casing fixed on the connectingseat 43 to generate the change of the length distance, thereby adapting to the change of the length generated by bending the folding screen.
In this process, theflat spring 437 provides a connection and elastic force between theconnection holder 43 and therotation holder 41. Theflat spring 437 can also provide two states, and the positioning of the two positions of the unfolded state and the folded state can be realized by matching thestate control member 45 with thestate control groove 426 provided on therotary base 41.
The above description is only an example of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
