Background
In the very wide fields of pressure type coffee machines, capsule coffee machines, steam mops, carpet cleaning machines, steam irons, steam ironing brushes, automatic beverage machines, cooling systems in the industrial field, water treatment systems, medical equipment and the like, plunger type electromagnetic pumps are widely used due to the advantages of small size, light weight, low noise, temperature resistance, detergent resistance, long service life and the like, and have large market demands and wide product prospects.
At present, a plunger type electromagnetic pump on the market is a miniature high-pressure plunger pump driven by electromagnetism, which is different from a plunger pump with a pure mechanical structure, and the plunger type electromagnetic pump utilizes an electromagnetic coil of the plunger type electromagnetic pump to induce under the condition of alternating current to obtain an alternating magnetic field, drives a plunger as a movable pump core to generate reciprocating vibration with a certain frequency under the action of a spring force through the alternating magnetic field, and causes the pressure of a sealing cavity matched with the plunger to be continuously changed in the reciprocating vibration process of the plunger, so that two one-way valves are alternately opened and closed at intervals to realize the function of the pump.
However, since most of the electric products equipped with the plunger-type electromagnetic pump are used only once in a certain time interval, a long storage period exists, and the plunger-type electromagnetic pump also has a certain storage period in the production process, so that the time interval between two adjacent operations of the plunger-type electromagnetic pump is long. However, due to structural limitation of the existing plunger type electromagnetic pump, after long-time storage, the rubber plug serving as a one-way valve in the pump body is easy to adhere to a corresponding fitting part, so that the problems that the rubber plug does not act and the pump does not pump water occur due to long-time storage when the plunger type electromagnetic pump is used again are caused, the performance of the pump fails, and the service life is short.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an anti-adhesion plunger type electromagnetic pump, which is characterized in that an anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle movably connected with a water outlet structure is arranged, meanwhile, the water outlet plug is fixed on the water outlet spring, the water outlet spring is fixed on the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle and reciprocates along the direction from the water inlet structure to the water outlet structure along with the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle, so that the water outlet plug can be driven to approach the sleeve to block the water through hole on the sleeve when the pump is normally used, thereby realizing normal water pumping operation, when the pump needs to be stored, the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle drives the water outlet plug to be far away from the sleeve, therefore, the problem that the plug is adhered to the sleeve in the storage process is solved, the problem that the pump performance fails due to adhesion when the pump is stored for a long time is solved, and the service life of the pump is prolonged.

The plunger type electromagnetic pump with the anti-adhesion function is characterized in that the water outlet structure is provided with a through hole in a penetrating mode, one end of the water outlet structure is sleeved outside the water inlet structure, the sleeve is arranged in the through hole and connected with the water inlet structure, and the water outlet plug is arranged in the through hole and can reciprocate in the through hole in the direction from the water inlet structure to the water outlet structure.
