Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a map drive test problem recording method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the present embodiment is applicable to a situation where a problem is recorded in an electronic map drive test process, and the method may be executed by a map drive test problem recording device, where the map drive test problem recording device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may generally be integrated in a computer device with a computing processing function, such as a server. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes:
s110, receiving the drive test problem feedback information in a preset format sent by at least one client.
The client in this embodiment refers to an application installed on the user terminal or a service number used by the user terminal. The drive test problem feedback information is information (i.e., feedback content) sent by the user through the client to feed back the drive test problem, for example, the electronic eye is missing, the rightmost lane should be only allowed to turn right, and the like. The user may send the drive test problem feedback information through a plurality of formats, and specifically, the preset format includes at least one of the following: in actual use, a user can select one or more suitable formats to send information according to actual requirements. The characters can comprise any combination of the following characters: chinese characters, letters, numbers, characters, and the like. Therefore, when using the map product, each common user finds problems, can feed back the problems through the client at any time, does not need professional recording personnel to carry out drive tests, and can support simultaneous feedback of multiple users.
In addition, after receiving the feedback information, the server may reply a message to the client to inform the user that the feedback information is received, for example, reply "the feedback of the text of the problem has been received", "the feedback of the picture of the problem has been received", and the like.
And S120, storing the drive test problem feedback information, the corresponding feedback person and the feedback time.
The feedback information of the drive test problems in the text, picture or video format can be directly stored; for the drive test problem feedback information in the voice format, voice can be recognized as characters, and the voice and the corresponding characters are stored at the same time. Specifically, the speech recognition service may be invoked to perform speech recognition, and this embodiment will not be described in detail.
The feedback person refers to a user corresponding to the client, the user registers an account when using the client, and the stored feedback person can be information which uniquely identifies the user, such as a user account or a nickname. The feedback time refers to the time when the client sends the drive test problem feedback information. The feedback information of the drive test problem, the corresponding feedback person and the feedback time can be stored in a database or other storage media so as to ensure the traceability of the information.
And S130, determining a drive test problem according to the stored information and storing the drive test problem.
Wherein, according to the information fed back by the feedback person, the specific drive test problem can be determined. After the drive test problem is determined, subsequent problem circulation and closed loop can be performed, for example, the drive test problem is transmitted to a special processing platform and is dispatched to related personnel according to the problem type to be processed, so as to solve the problem.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the drive test problem feedback information is obtained through at least one client, so that the drive test problem is determined, the problem can be fed back without professional recording personnel, the personnel recording cost is reduced, the simultaneous feedback of multiple persons is supported, and the efficiency is high; and a diversified format feedback mode is supported, the integrity of problem data is ensured, and the map product evaluation can be stably and continuously supported.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a map drive test problem recording method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment provides an implementation manner for determining a drive test problem according to stored information based on the above embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method specifically includes:
s210, receiving the drive test problem feedback information in a preset format sent by at least one client.
And S220, storing the drive test problem feedback information, the corresponding feedback person and the feedback time.
And S230, classifying the feedback information of the road test problem according to the feedback person.
S240, obtaining the drive test problem feedback information which is sent by the same feedback person and accords with a preset rule, wherein the preset rule comprises the following steps: the information sent within a preset time threshold or the information containing the same preset keywords.
In consideration of the fact that the same feedback person may send multiple pieces of feedback information, for example, multiple pieces of feedback information in the same format or multiple pieces of feedback information in different formats, for the same drive test problem, so as to accurately represent the drive test problem. For this case, it is necessary to combine these information to accurately determine the drive test problem. Considering that the same feedback person may feed back a plurality of drive tests within a certain time (e.g. 1 day), the corresponding feedback information needs to be distinguished according to a certain rule.
In this embodiment, the drive test problem feedback information is firstly classified according to the feedback persons to obtain the drive test problem feedback information sent by the same feedback person, and it should be noted that, here, information within a certain period of time is preferentially considered, for example, information received and stored today is considered, and historical information with a longer time is not considered. And then, the drive test problem feedback information which is sent by the same feedback person and accords with the preset rule is obtained, so that the information which is fed back by the same feedback person aiming at the same drive test problem can be obtained through two levels of screening.
The preset time threshold may be set according to specific requirements, and considering that the same feedback person rarely sends two drive test problems only at intervals of several seconds, the preset time threshold may be set to a smaller value, for example, set to 10 seconds, so that the user needs to send feedback information of the same drive test problem within 10 seconds when feeding back information. For example, for feedback information in a certain picture format, text or voice information sent by a corresponding feedback person within 10 seconds before or after the information can be regarded as a supplementary description of the picture for integration.
The preset keywords may be set according to specific requirements, for example, thequestions 1 and 2 are arranged in sequence, or may be arranged randomly, as long as the same keywords are used to label the feedback information of the same drive test question. Aiming at the feedback information in the picture format, when the user sends the feedback information, a preset keyword can be marked at the position where the key information is not shielded in the picture, and when the drive test problem is determined, the preset keyword contained in the picture can be identified through picture identification. Aiming at the feedback information of the video format, a user can input voice representing preset keywords when recording the video, and labels can be added in the video after recording the video to represent the preset keywords. For the feedback information of the text format and the voice format, the preset keywords and the specific feedback content can be directly input together, for example, the user inputs the text "question 1 electronic eye", and the user inputs the voice "question 1 electronic eye is absent".
The preset keywords can be used together with the feedback persons, and feedback information containing the same preset keywords and sent by different feedback persons is not integrated, namely each feedback person carries out numbering according to the drive test problem discovered by the feedback person. For example, the feedbackinformation including question 1 transmitted by feedback person a and the feedbackinformation including question 1 transmitted by feedback person B are not integrated.
For the convenience of the user to memorize the preset keyword, optionally, the preset keyword may be reset according to a preset time interval, so that the user does not need to memorize too many problem serial numbers or memorize the problem serial numbers, for example, the preset time interval is 1 day, the same feedback person can use the preset keyword from theproblem 1 today, the preset keyword can still be numbered from theproblem 1 tomorrow, that is, the feedback information containing theproblem 1 sent by the same feedback person today and the feedback information containing theproblem 1 sent by the same feedback person tomorrow are not integrated.
Of course, the preset rule may also be set as other feasible rules, and the present embodiment does not limit this.
And S250, integrating the acquired drive test problem feedback information to obtain the drive test problem fed back by the feedback person.
The information integration means that feedback information of the same feedback person for the same drive test problem is integrated together to form a complete drive test problem. Illustratively, the voice feedback is electronic eye missing, the text feedback is electronic eye, and the picture feedback is the position of the shot missing electronic eye information, so the integrated drive test problem is as follows: the electronic eye information of a certain road section is missing.
Through the above S230 to S250, the drive test problem can be determined according to the stored information.
And S260, storing the drive test problem.
According to the technical scheme, the feedback information is integrated according to the feedback person and the preset rule so as to determine the drive test problem and ensure the accuracy of the drive test problem. The user can complete the problem feedback meeting the requirement without memorizing excessive rules, and the positivity of the user feedback problem can be improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3A is a flowchart of a map drive test problem recording method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and in this embodiment, based on the foregoing embodiments, after the drive test problem feedback information, the corresponding feedback person, and the feedback time are stored, the feedback progress can be displayed in real time, and the displayed content can also be subjected to processing such as correction, viewing, derivation, statistics, and the like. As shown in fig. 3A, the method specifically includes:
and S310, receiving the drive test problem feedback information in the preset format sent by at least one client.
And S320, storing the drive test problem feedback information, the corresponding feedback person and the feedback time.
S330, determining a drive test problem according to the stored information and storing the drive test problem.
And S340, responding to the display request, and displaying the feedback progress of the drive test problem in real time.
S350, processing the displayed content according to the input information, wherein the processing comprises at least one of the following steps: correction, viewing, derivation, and statistics.
Wherein, on the show interface, respond to the show request that the staff clicked, can show the feedback progress of drive test problem in real time, and the feedback progress includes: feedback sequence number, feedback person, feedback time, status, feedback content, operation options (such as query, export, play, modify, delete, etc.), etc. As shown in fig. 3B, for displaying the interface schematic diagram, the worker may check the feedback progress by clicking the statistical report, and may specifically select the feedback progress in a certain time period for checking; the staff clicks the play button, and then corresponding voice can be played or corresponding pictures or videos can be viewed; the staff clicks the modify or delete button, then can revise the literal content that is feedbacked; the staff clicks the export button, and then the selected information can be exported.
The embodiment provides functions of text adding, deleting, problem voice online playing, problem picture online checking, batch exporting, real-time statistics and the like, and traceability and integrity of a drive test problem record are guaranteed. Considering the situation that a feedback person may have incomplete feedback information due to recording hasty, the embodiment provides a text adding and deleting function, and can correct the text into a complete and well-understood statement according to the actual situation, so as to ensure the integrity of the data. The real-time viewing function ensures the traceability of the problem data. The data derived in batch and counted in real time can be used for subsequent analysis, for example, counting the number of times a certain road section is fed back to have a problem, and the like.
It should be noted that, the above S330 and S340 do not distinguish the sequence, and may be executed simultaneously.
According to the technical scheme, the problem feedback progress condition can be concerned in real time through information display, multiple functions such as correction and checking are provided, and traceability and integrity of the drive test problem record are guaranteed.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a map drive test problem recording method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment provides an implementation manner of problem location and circulation after determining a drive test problem based on the foregoing embodiments. and S410, receiving the drive test problem feedback information in a preset format sent by at least one client.
And S420, storing the feedback information of the drive test problem, a corresponding feedback person and feedback time.
And S430, determining the drive test problem according to the stored information and storing the drive test problem.
And S440, determining the coordinate information of the drive test problem according to the drive test problem feedback information corresponding to the drive test problem.
In this embodiment, the coordinate information corresponding to each routing problem is determined to locate the routing problem so as to facilitate subsequent analysis and solve the problem.
In the process that a user uses the electronic map, the electronic map can record the position information and the motion trail of the user in real time, the user can feed back the drive test problem in the advancing process, and the coordinate information corresponding to the drive test problem can be determined by combining the information. The method comprises the following specific steps:
acquiring a motion track of a user of a client sending drive test problem feedback information corresponding to the drive test problem during drive test and feedback time of the client sending the drive test problem feedback information, wherein the motion track comprises a time point and corresponding coordinates;
and determining coordinates corresponding to the time point with the same feedback time in the motion trail as the coordinate information of the drive test problem.
The motion trail of the user can be acquired by linking the client to the electronic map. By time stamp matching, the specific location of the problem can be located.
And S450, carrying out format conversion on the drive test problem and the coordinate information, and transmitting the drive test problem and the coordinate information after the format conversion to a drive test problem analysis platform.
Considering that the information formats between the platforms may not be compatible with each other, format conversion is performed on the routing problem and the corresponding coordinate information so as to ensure that the routing problem analysis platform can correctly read information to perform problem circulation and closed loop. For the same drive test problem fed back by different feedback persons, the same drive test problem is not required to be repeatedly transmitted to a drive test problem analysis platform.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the drive test problem is positioned through timestamp matching, and the positioning is simple, quick and accurate; meanwhile, the platform is ensured to correctly read information through format conversion so as to smoothly carry out problem circulation and closed loop.
