Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a pressure cooking appliance so as to solve the problems of large product volume or complex assembly of the pressure cooking appliance in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pressure cooking appliance comprising: the cooker body is used for containing food to be cooked; the cover body is covered on the pot body and is provided with an exhaust channel; the pressure limiting valve is matched with the exhaust channel and comprises a pressure limiting valve body and a balancing weight, a matching structure is arranged on the balancing weight and the pressure limiting valve body, when the balancing weight is pressed on the pressure limiting valve body, the pressure limiting valve is in a first state, when the balancing weight is separated from the pressure limiting valve body, the pressure limiting valve is in a second state, and when the pressure limiting valve body is separated from the exhaust channel, the pressure limiting valve is in a third state; the driving mechanism drives the balancing weight to rotate so as to enable the pressure limiting valve to be switched from the first state to the second state, and after the balancing weight rotates by a preset angle, the balancing weight drives the pressure limiting valve body to rotate through the matching structure so as to enable the pressure limiting valve to be switched from the second state to the third state; and the heating device is used for heating food to be cooked.

Further, the cover body comprises a cover body and a seat body arranged on the cover body, and at least part of the pressure limiting valve is positioned in the seat body.
Further, a first inclined surface is arranged on one of the outer side wall of the balancing weight and the inner wall of the base, a first convex rib matched with the first inclined surface is arranged on the other one of the outer side wall of the balancing weight and the inner wall of the base, and/or a second inclined surface is arranged on one of the outer side wall of the lower cylinder section and the inner wall of the base, and a second convex rib matched with the second inclined surface is arranged on the other one of the outer side wall of the lower cylinder section and the inner wall of the base.

By applying the technical scheme of the invention, when the pressure limiting valve is in the first state, the gas in the pot body needs to overcome the gravity of the pressure limiting valve body and the balancing weight so as to realize the exhaust. When the pressure limiting valve is in the second state, the gas in the pot body can be exhausted only by overcoming the gravity of the pressure limiting valve body. When the pressure limiting valve is in the third state, the gas in the pot body can be directly discharged from the exhaust channel to realize rapid pressure reduction. Therefore, the structure can realize two working pressures and realize the function of multistage pressure regulation. In addition, the pressure limiting valve can be switched between various states only by driving the driving mechanism to rotate, so that the pressure limiting valve has a simple structure, is convenient to assemble, can save space and reduces the volume of products.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other. The application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the pressure cooking appliance of the present embodiment includes: the pot body, the cover body 12, the pressure limiting valve 20, the driving mechanism 50 and the heating device. Wherein, the pot body is used for holding food to be cooked. The cover 12 is covered on the pan body, and the cover 12 is provided with an exhaust passage. The pressure limiting valve 20 is matched with the exhaust channel, the pressure limiting valve 20 comprises a pressure limiting valve body 21 and a balancing weight 22, the balancing weight 22 and the pressure limiting valve body 21 are provided with a matching structure 70, when the balancing weight 22 is pressed on the pressure limiting valve body 21, the pressure limiting valve 20 is in a first state, when the balancing weight 22 is separated from the pressure limiting valve body 21, the pressure limiting valve 20 is in a second state, and when the pressure limiting valve body 21 is separated from the exhaust channel, the pressure limiting valve 20 is in a third state. The driving mechanism 50 drives the balancing weight 22 to rotate so as to switch the pressure limiting valve 20 from the first state to the second state, and after the balancing weight 22 rotates by a predetermined angle, the balancing weight 22 drives the pressure limiting valve body 21 to rotate through the matching structure 70 so as to switch the pressure limiting valve 20 from the second state to the third state. And the heating device is used for heating food to be cooked.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, when the pressure limiting valve is in the first state, the gas in the pot body needs to overcome the gravity of the pressure limiting valve body 21 and the balancing weight 22 so as to realize the exhaust. When the pressure limiting valve is in the second state, the gas in the pot body can be exhausted only by overcoming the gravity of the pressure limiting valve body 21. When the pressure limiting valve is in the third state, the gas in the pot body can be directly discharged from the exhaust channel to realize rapid pressure reduction. Therefore, the structure can realize two working pressures and realize the function of multistage pressure regulation. In addition, the pressure limiting valve 20 can be switched by driving the driving mechanism 50 to rotate, so that the structure is simple, the assembly is convenient, the space is saved, and the product volume is reduced.
In this embodiment, the driving mechanism 50 drives the pressure limiting valve 20 to rotate, so that not only two working pressures (i.e., the first state and the second state) can be realized, but also the air can be exhausted through control, and when the user needs to quickly open the cover, the driving mechanism 50 can push the pressure limiting valve 20 to the third state to realize quick air exhaust, so that the purpose of quickly opening the cover is realized. One part, multiple uses, thereby greatly reducing the production cost.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, in the present embodiment, a first protrusion structure 71 is provided on a side wall of the weight 22, a second protrusion structure 72 is provided on a side wall of the pressure limiting valve body 21, the first protrusion structure 71 and the second protrusion structure 72 have overlapping portions in an up-down direction, and the first protrusion structure 71 and the second protrusion structure 72 form a mating structure 70. Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the pressure limiting valve 20 needs to be switched from the first state to the second state, the driving mechanism 50 pushes the first protrusion structure 71 to rotate the balancing weight, the balancing weight 22 can gradually rise during the rotation, and when the balancing weight 22 is separated from the pressure limiting valve body 21, the pressure limiting valve 20 is switched to the second state. When the pressure limiting valve 20 needs to be switched from the second state to the third state, the driving mechanism 50 is made to continue to push the first protrusion structure 71, in the pushing process, the first protrusion structure 71 will be attached to the second protrusion structure 72 and push the second protrusion structure 72 to rotate, the pressure limiting valve body 21 with the second protrusion structure 72 can gradually rise in the rotating process, and when the pressure limiting valve body 21 is separated from the exhaust channel, the pressure limiting valve 20 is switched to the third state. The structure is simple and easy to realize.
In the present embodiment, when the pressure limiting valve 20 is in the first state, the first projection structure 71 and the second projection structure 72 have a pitch in the circumferential direction of the pressure limiting valve 20. The above structure makes the driving mechanism 50 not push the second protrusion structure 72 immediately after pushing the first protrusion structure 71 to rotate, so as to ensure that the balancing weight 22 of the pressure limiting valve 20 is separated from the pressure limiting valve body 21, and the pressure limiting valve body is blocked in the exhaust channel (i.e. the second state).
As shown in fig. 3 to 9, in the present embodiment, the first protruding structure 71 is a first lug, and/or the second protruding structure 72 is a second lug. The structure is simple and easy to process.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, in the present embodiment, the weight 22 has a cylindrical shape with an opening at the lower portion, the pressure limiting valve body 21 has a cylindrical shape, the pressure limiting valve body 21 includes an upper cylinder section 211 and a lower cylinder section 212, the upper cylinder section 211 extends into the weight 22, the weight 22 is supported by a step surface 215 at the junction of the upper cylinder section 211 and the lower cylinder section 212, the first protrusion structure 71 is a first protrusion lug provided on a side wall of the weight 22, and the second protrusion structure 72 is a second protrusion lug provided on a side wall of the lower cylinder section 212 and extending upward. The structure is simple, and space is fully utilized, so that the occupied volume of the pressure limiting valve 20 is small.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, in the present embodiment, the cover 12 includes a cover body 121 and a seat 122 disposed on the cover body 121, and at least a portion of the pressure limiting valve 20 is located in the seat 122. The above structure can play a guiding role for the pressure limiting valve 20.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, in the present embodiment, a first inclined surface 223 is provided on one of the outer side wall of the weight 22 and the inner wall of the base 122, a first bead 123 that mates with the first inclined surface 223 is provided on the other of the outer side wall of the weight 22 and the inner wall of the base 122, and/or a second inclined surface 213 is provided on one of the outer side wall of the lower cylinder section 212 and the inner wall of the base 122, and a second bead 124 that mates with the second inclined surface 213 is provided on the other of the outer side wall of the lower cylinder section 212 and the inner wall of the base 122. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the outer side wall of the balancing weight 22 is provided with a first inclined surface 223, the outer side wall of the lower barrel section 212 is provided with a second inclined surface 213, and the inner wall of the seat 122 is provided with a first protruding rib 123 and a second protruding rib 124, wherein the first protruding rib 123 and the second protruding rib 124 are both arranged in a staggered manner in the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the pressure limiting valve 20. When the driving mechanism 50 pushes the first protrusion structure 71, the weight 22 starts to rotate, and the first inclined surface 223 engaged with the first protrusion rib 123 moves upward because the first protrusion rib is fixed, so that the weight 22 having the first inclined surface 223 moves upward. And when the pushing force is removed, the weight 22 can slide down under the action of the gravity of the weight. Similarly, the pressure limiting valve body 21 can also move upwards under pushing under the cooperation of the second ribs 124 and the second inclined surface 213. And when the pushing force is eliminated, the pressure limiting valve body 21 can slide down under the action of gravity of the pressure limiting valve body. The pressure limiting valve is simple in structure, the pressure limiting valve can be reset under the action of self gravity, and other resetting mechanisms are not required to be arranged, so that the assembly efficiency is high and the cost is low.
As shown in fig. 3 to 9, in the present embodiment, a triangular first notch 224 is provided at the bottom of the weight 22, a first inclined surface 223 is formed by the inclined wall of the first notch 224, a triangular second notch 214 is provided at the bottom of the lower barrel section 212, and a second inclined surface 213 is formed by the inclined wall of the second notch 214. The structure is simple and easy to process.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the seat 122 is provided with a relief opening 125 for relieving the first lug and the second lug. The structure is simple, the occupied space of the base 122 is reduced, and the product volume is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the driving mechanism 50 is a solenoid valve. The structure is simple and the cost is low.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, the pressure cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker. The pressure cooking utensil still includes face lid and inside lining 11, and face lid, inside lining 11 and lid 12 set gradually from outside to inside, are provided with on the inside lining 11 to dodge the hole of dodging of pressure limiting valve 20, and actuating mechanism 50 sets up on inside lining 11, and the exhaust passage sets up on lid 12.
