Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a pressure cooking appliance to solve the problem that the pressure cooking appliance in the prior art is large in product volume or complex in assembly.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pressure cooking appliance, comprising: the pot body is used for containing food to be cooked; the cover body is covered on the pot body and is provided with an exhaust channel; the pressure limiting valve is matched with the exhaust channel and comprises a pressure limiting valve body and a balancing weight, matching structures are arranged on the balancing weight and the pressure limiting valve body, when the balancing weight is pressed on the pressure limiting valve body, the pressure limiting valve is in a first state, when the balancing weight is separated from the pressure limiting valve body, the pressure limiting valve is in a second state, and when the pressure limiting valve body is separated from the exhaust channel, the pressure limiting valve is in a third state; the driving mechanism drives the balancing weight to rotate so as to switch the pressure limiting valve from the first state to the second state, and when the balancing weight rotates by a preset angle, the balancing weight drives the pressure limiting valve body to rotate through the matching structure so as to switch the pressure limiting valve from the second state to the third state; a heating device for heating food to be cooked.
Furthermore, a first protruding structure is arranged on the side wall of the balancing weight, a second protruding structure is arranged on the side wall of the pressure limiting valve body, the first protruding structure and the second protruding structure are provided with overlapping portions in the up-down direction, the first protruding structure and the second protruding structure form a matching structure, and when the pressure limiting valve is in the first state, the first protruding structure and the second protruding structure are provided with intervals in the circumferential direction of the pressure limiting valve.
Further, the first raised structure is a first lug and/or the second raised structure is a second lug.
Furthermore, the balancing weight is in a cylindrical shape with an opening at the lower part, the pressure limiting valve body is in a cylindrical shape and comprises an upper cylinder section and a lower cylinder section, the upper cylinder section extends into the balancing weight block, the balancing weight is supported by a step surface at the joint of the upper cylinder section and the lower cylinder section, the first protruding structure is a first lug arranged on the side wall of the balancing weight, and the second protruding structure is a second lug arranged on the side wall of the lower cylinder section and extending upwards.
Furthermore, the cover body comprises a cover body and a seat body arranged on the cover body, and at least part of the pressure limiting valve is positioned in the seat body.

By applying the technical scheme of the invention, when the pressure limiting valve is in the first state, the gas in the cooker body needs to overcome the gravity of the pressure limiting valve body and the balancing weight to realize exhaust. When the pressure limiting valve is in the second state, the gas in the cooker body can be exhausted only by overcoming the gravity of the pressure limiting valve body. When the pressure limiting valve is in the third state, the gas in the cooker body can be directly discharged from the exhaust channel to realize rapid pressure reduction. Therefore, the structure can realize two working pressures and realize the function of multi-stage pressure regulation. In addition, the pressure limiting valve can be switched into various states only by driving the pressure limiting valve to rotate through the driving mechanism, so that the pressure limiting valve is simple in structure, convenient to assemble, capable of saving space and capable of reducing product volume.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the pressure cooking appliance of the present embodiment includes: pot body, cover body 12,pressure limiting valve 20,driving mechanism 50 and heating device. Wherein, the pot body is used for containing food to be cooked. The cover body 12 is covered on the pot body, and the cover body 12 is provided with an exhaust passage. Thepressure limiting valve 20 is matched with the exhaust channel, thepressure limiting valve 20 comprises a pressure limitingvalve body 21 and a balancingweight 22, amatching structure 70 is arranged on the balancingweight 22 and the pressure limitingvalve body 21, when the balancingweight 22 is pressed on the pressure limitingvalve body 21, thepressure limiting valve 20 is in a first state, when the balancingweight 22 is separated from the pressure limitingvalve body 21, thepressure limiting valve 20 is in a second state, and when the pressure limitingvalve body 21 is separated from the exhaust channel, thepressure limiting valve 20 is in a third state. Thedriving mechanism 50 drives theweight 22 to rotate so as to switch thepressure limiting valve 20 from the first state to the second state, and when theweight 22 rotates by a predetermined angle, theweight 22 drives the pressure limitingvalve body 21 to rotate through the matchingstructure 70 so as to switch thepressure limiting valve 20 from the second state to the third state. A heating device for heating food to be cooked.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, when the pressure limiting valve is in the first state, the gas in the cooker body needs to overcome the gravity of the pressure limitingvalve body 21 and the balancingweight 22 to realize exhaust. When the pressure limiting valve is in the second state, the gas in the cooker body can be exhausted only by overcoming the gravity of the pressure limitingvalve body 21. When the pressure limiting valve is in the third state, the gas in the cooker body can be directly discharged from the exhaust channel to realize rapid pressure reduction. Therefore, the structure can realize two working pressures and realize the function of multi-stage pressure regulation. In addition, thepressure limiting valve 20 can be switched only by driving thedriving mechanism 50 to rotate according to the technical scheme of the invention, so that the structure is simple, the assembly is convenient, the space is saved, and the product volume is reduced.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, thedriving mechanism 50 drives thepressure limiting valve 20 to rotate, in addition to being capable of realizing two working pressures (i.e. the first state and the second state), the air exhaust can also be realized through control, and when a user needs to open the cover quickly, thedriving mechanism 50 can push thepressure limiting valve 20 to the third state to realize the quick air exhaust, so as to achieve the purpose of opening the cover quickly. One part, multiple purposes, thereby greatly reducing the production cost.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, in the present embodiment, afirst protrusion structure 71 is disposed on a sidewall of theweight 22, asecond protrusion structure 72 is disposed on a sidewall of the pressure limitingvalve body 21, thefirst protrusion structure 71 and thesecond protrusion structure 72 have an overlapping portion in the vertical direction, and thefirst protrusion structure 71 and thesecond protrusion structure 72 form a matchingstructure 70. Specifically, in the present embodiment, when thepressure limiting valve 20 needs to be switched from the first state to the second state, thedriving mechanism 50 pushes thefirst protrusion structure 71 to rotate the weight block, theweight block 22 can gradually rise during the rotation process, and when theweight block 22 is separated from the pressure limitingvalve body 21, thepressure limiting valve 20 is switched to the second state. When thepressure limiting valve 20 needs to be switched from the second state to the third state, thedriving mechanism 50 continues to push thefirst protrusion structure 71, in the pushing process, thefirst protrusion structure 71 will be attached to thesecond protrusion structure 72 and push thesecond protrusion structure 72 to rotate, the pressure limitingvalve body 21 with thesecond protrusion structure 72 can gradually rise in the rotating process, and when the pressure limitingvalve body 21 is separated from the exhaust passage, thepressure limiting valve 20 is switched to the third state. The structure is simple and easy to realize.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, when thepressure limiting valve 20 is in the first state, thefirst projection structure 71 and thesecond projection structure 72 have a pitch in the circumferential direction of thepressure limiting valve 20. The above structure makes thedriving mechanism 50 not push thesecond protrusion structure 72 immediately after pushing thefirst protrusion structure 71 to rotate, so as to ensure that thepressure limiting valve 20 has a state (i.e. the second state) that theweight 22 is separated from the pressure limitingvalve body 21 and the pressure limiting valve body is blocked in the exhaust passage.
As shown in fig. 3 to 9, in the present embodiment, the first protrudingstructure 71 is a first lug, and/or the secondprotruding structure 72 is a second lug. The structure is simple and easy to process.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, in the present embodiment, theweight 22 is in a cylindrical shape with an opening at a lower portion, the pressure limitingvalve body 21 is in a cylindrical shape, the pressure limitingvalve body 21 includes an uppercylindrical section 211 and a lowercylindrical section 212, the uppercylindrical section 211 extends into theweight 22, theweight 22 is supported by astep surface 215 at a connection portion of the uppercylindrical section 211 and the lowercylindrical section 212, thefirst protrusion structure 71 is a first protrusion disposed on a side wall of theweight 22, and thesecond protrusion structure 72 is a second protrusion disposed on a side wall of the lowercylindrical section 212 and extending upward. The structure is simple, the space is fully utilized, and the occupied volume of thepressure limiting valve 20 is small.
As shown in fig. 3 to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the cover 12 includes acover body 121 and aseat 122 disposed on thecover body 121, and at least a portion of thepressure limiting valve 20 is located in theseat 122. The above structure can play a guiding role for thepressure limiting valve 20.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, in the present embodiment, one of the outer side wall of theweight 22 and the inner wall of theseat 122 is provided with a firstinclined surface 223, and the other of the outer side wall of theweight 22 and the inner wall of theseat 122 is provided with afirst rib 123 matched with the firstinclined surface 223, and/or one of the outer side wall of thelower cylinder section 212 and the inner wall of theseat 122 is provided with a secondinclined surface 213, and the other of the outer side wall of thelower cylinder section 212 and the inner wall of theseat 122 is provided with asecond rib 124 matched with the secondinclined surface 213. Specifically, in this embodiment, a firstinclined surface 223 is disposed on an outer side wall of theweight 22, a secondinclined surface 213 is disposed on an outer side wall of thelower cylinder section 212, and afirst rib 123 and asecond rib 124 are disposed on an inner wall of theseat body 122, wherein thefirst rib 123 and thesecond rib 124 are disposed in a staggered manner in both a circumferential direction and an axial direction of thepressure limiting valve 20. When thedriving mechanism 50 pushes thefirst protrusion 71, theweight 22 starts to rotate, and thefirst rib 123 is fixed, so the firstinclined surface 223 engaged with the first rib will move upward, and theweight 22 with the firstinclined surface 223 moves upward. When the pushing force disappears, theweight 22 can slide down under its own gravity. Similarly, under the cooperation of thesecond rib 124 and the secondinclined surface 213, the pressure limitingvalve body 21 can also move upward under the pushing action. When the pushing force disappears, the pressure limitingvalve body 21 can slide downwards under the action of the gravity of the pressure limiting valve body. The pressure limiting valve has simple structure, the resetting of the pressure limiting valve can be realized by the action of the gravity of the pressure limiting valve, and other resetting mechanisms are not needed, so that the assembly efficiency is high and the cost is low.
As shown in fig. 3 to 9, in the present embodiment, a triangularfirst notch 224 is formed at the bottom of thecounterweight 22, a firstinclined surface 223 is formed by an inclined wall of thefirst notch 224, a triangularsecond notch 214 is formed at the bottom of thelower cylinder section 212, and a secondinclined surface 213 is formed by an inclined wall of thesecond notch 214. The structure is simple and easy to process.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, theseat body 122 is provided with an avoidingopening 125 for avoiding the first lug and the second lug. The structure is simple, the occupied space of theseat body 122 is reduced, and the product volume is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, thedrive mechanism 50 is a solenoid valve. The structure is simple and the cost is low.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, the pressure cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker. The pressure cooking appliance further comprises a surface cover and alining 11, the surface cover, the lining 11 and the cover body 12 are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, an avoiding hole for avoiding thepressure limiting valve 20 is formed in thelining 11, thedriving mechanism 50 is arranged on thelining 11, and the exhaust channel is arranged on the cover body 12.
