Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a pressure cooking appliance so as to solve the problem of short service life of the pressure cooking appliance in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pressure cooking appliance comprising: a pot body having a cooking cavity; the pot cover is arranged on the pot body and is provided with an exhaust channel; the pressure limiting valve is matched with the exhaust channel and comprises a pressure limiting valve body and a balancing weight; the first transmission piece is pivotally arranged on the pot cover; the driving mechanism drives the first transmission piece to rotate, and the first transmission piece is provided with a first position corresponding to the pressure limiting valve and a second position far away from the pressure limiting valve; the magnetic mechanism is arranged on the first transmission part and/or the balancing weight, when the first transmission part is positioned at the first position, the balancing weight is separated from the pressure limiting valve body under the action of magnetic attraction, and when the first transmission part is positioned at the second position, the balancing weight is pressed on the pressure limiting valve body under the action of gravity; the reset mechanism is movably arranged on the pot cover, and when the reset mechanism is subjected to external force, the reset mechanism can push the first transmission piece so as to enable the first transmission piece to move from a first position to a second position; and the heating device is used for heating the food in the cooking cavity.
Further, the pot cover has a locking position capable of being locked on the pot body and an unlocking position capable of being opened from the pot body, and the pressure cooking appliance further comprises: the cover opening mechanism is arranged on the pot cover and can drive the pot cover to switch between a locking position and an unlocking position, and the reset mechanism is connected with the cover opening mechanism.
Further, be provided with floatable end open pole on the pot cover, pressure cooking utensil still includes: the cover opening mechanism is connected with the cover opening plate to drive the cover opening plate to move on the pot cover, when the pressure in the pot body is greater than the preset pressure, the cover opening rod floats upwards, the cover opening rod can stop the movement of the cover opening plate to prevent the movement of the cover opening mechanism, and the reset mechanism is connected with the cover opening mechanism through the cover opening plate.
Further, the cover opening mechanism comprises a rotating rod which is arranged on the pot cover in a pivotable manner, a limiting long hole is formed in the rotating rod, the reset mechanism is a reset rod, a mounting hole is formed in the reset rod, the cover opening stopping plate comprises a plate body and a convex column, a sliding groove is formed in the pot cover, the plate body can move along the sliding groove, and the convex column penetrates through the limiting long hole and the mounting hole.
Further, the convex column comprises a first column section and a second column section with the outer diameter smaller than that of the first column section, the first column section can slide in the limiting long hole, the second column section is matched with the mounting hole, and a step surface between the first column section and the second column section supports the reset rod.
Further, the pressure cooking appliance further includes: the stop cover is arranged on the pot cover and used for limiting the displacement of the stop plate in the sliding direction, and a limiting structure is arranged on the stop cover so that the reset rod moves along the preset direction.
Further, the cover comprises a cover body and two clamping claws which are arranged on the upper portion of the cover body and are opposite to each other, the reset rod is limited in a limiting space between the two clamping claws, and the two clamping claws form a limiting structure.
Further, the first transmission part is provided with a matching column eccentrically arranged with the rotating shaft of the first transmission part, and the end face of the reset rod matched with the matching column is an arc-shaped face.
Further, the pressure cooking appliance further includes: the driving mechanism drives the second transmission piece to rotate, and the first transmission piece can be switched between a first position and a second position under the transmission of the second transmission piece.
Further, a first transmission gear is arranged on the second transmission member, a second transmission gear is arranged on the first transmission member, and the first transmission gear is meshed with the second transmission gear.
Further, the pressure cooking utensil is the electric pressure cooker, and the pot cover includes face lid, inside lining and the inner cup that sets gradually from outside to inside, and first driving medium, actuating mechanism and canceling release mechanical system set up on the inside lining, and exhaust passage sets up on the inner cup.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the pot cover is provided with the movable reset mechanism, when the driving mechanism is damaged, the first transmission part can be pushed to rotate by the reset mechanism, so that the first transmission part is far away from the pressure limiting valve, the pressure cooking appliance can cook under the working pressure with larger pressure, the influence on the performance of the pressure cooking appliance caused by the damage of the driving mechanism is reduced, and the service life of the pressure cooking appliance is ensured.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other. The application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, 19 and 20, the pressure cooking appliance of the present embodiment includes: the pot comprises a pot body, a pot cover, a pressure limiting valve 20, a first transmission piece 32, a driving mechanism, a magnetic mechanism, a reset mechanism 60 and a heating device. Wherein, the pot body is provided with a cooking cavity. The pot cover is arranged on the pot body and is provided with an exhaust passage. The pressure limiting valve 20 is matched with the exhaust passage, and the pressure limiting valve 20 comprises a pressure limiting valve body 21 and a balancing weight 22. The first transmission member 32 is pivotally provided on the lid. The driving mechanism drives the first transmission member 32 to rotate, and the first transmission member 32 has a first position corresponding to the pressure limiting valve 20 and a second position far away from the pressure limiting valve 20. The magnetic mechanism is arranged on the first transmission piece 32 and/or the balancing weight 22, when the first transmission piece 32 is in the first position, the balancing weight 22 is separated from the pressure limiting valve body 21 under the action of magnetic attraction, and when the first transmission piece 32 is in the second position, the balancing weight 22 is pressed on the pressure limiting valve body 21 under the action of gravity. The reset mechanism 60 is movably arranged on the pot cover, and when the reset mechanism 60 receives external force, the reset mechanism 60 can push the first transmission piece 32 to enable the first transmission piece 32 to move from the first position to the second position. The heating device is used for heating the food in the cooking cavity.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the balancing weight 22 is pressed on the pressure limiting valve body 21 under the action of gravity, the gas in the pot body needs to overcome the gravity of the balancing weight 22 and the pressure limiting valve body 21 to exhaust, so that the pressure cooking appliance can cook with the first working pressure with larger pressure. When the balancing weight 22 is separated from the pressure limiting valve body 21, the gas in the pot body can be exhausted only by overcoming the gravity of the pressure limiting valve body 21, so that the pressure cooking appliance can cook at the second working pressure with lower pressure. Therefore, the structure can realize two working pressures and realize the function of multistage pressure regulation. However, the inventor has long studied and found that when the driving mechanism is damaged and the weight 22 is separated from the pressure limiting valve body 21 due to the first transmission member 32 being in the second position, the pressure cooking appliance can cook only with the second working pressure, so that the performance of the pressure cooking appliance is affected. Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, with the technical scheme of this embodiment, be provided with movable canceling release mechanical system on the pot cover, when actuating mechanism damages, can promote first driving medium 32 rotation through canceling release mechanical system 60 for first driving medium 32 keeps away from pressure limiting valve 20, thereby makes pressure cooking utensil can cook with the great first operating pressure of pressure, and then reduces the influence to pressure cooking utensil's performance because actuating mechanism damages and brings, guarantees pressure cooking utensil's life.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, the lid has a locking position capable of being locked to the pot body and an unlocking position capable of being opened from the pot body, and the pressure cooking appliance further includes: the cover opening mechanism 70 is arranged on the pot cover, the cover opening mechanism 70 can drive the pot cover to switch between a locking position and an unlocking position, and the reset mechanism 60 is connected with the cover opening mechanism 70. Specifically, when the cover opening mechanism 70 drives the lid to move to the unlocking position, the cover opening mechanism 70 can also drive the reset mechanism 60 to move to the first transmission member 32, so that the first transmission member 32 moves to the second position away from the pressure limiting valve 20. When the cover opening mechanism 70 drives the lid to move to the locking position, the cover opening mechanism 70 can also drive the reset mechanism 60 to move away from the first transmission member 32, so as to prevent interference with the first transmission member 32. In the above structure, the reset mechanism 60 is connected with the cover opening mechanism 70, so that when a user operates the cover opening of the pressure cooking appliance, the first transmission member 32 is automatically reset, and no additional operation is required by the user, thereby greatly improving the use experience of the user. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that in other embodiments, the reset mechanism 60 may also be moved by a solenoid valve or a user deems to be actuated.
In this embodiment, the pot body is provided with the pot teeth, the pot cover is provided with the cover teeth, when the pot teeth are buckled with the cover teeth, the pot cover is in the locking position, and when the pot teeth are separated from the cover teeth, the pot cover is in the unlocking position. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the manner in which the lid is locked to the body is not limited to being achieved by the engagement of the teeth with the lid teeth.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 12 to 14, in the present embodiment, the lid is provided with a floatable opening stop lever, and the pressure cooking appliance further includes: the cover opening stopping plate 80, the cover opening mechanism 70 is connected with the cover opening stopping plate 80 to drive the cover opening stopping plate 80 to move on the pot cover, when the pressure in the pot body is larger than the preset pressure, the cover opening stopping rod floats upwards, the cover opening stopping rod can stop the movement of the cover opening stopping plate 80 to prevent the cover opening mechanism 70 from moving, and the reset mechanism 60 is connected with the cover opening mechanism 70 through the cover opening stopping plate 80. The structure is simple and easy to realize.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and fig. 12 to 14, in the present embodiment, the cover opening mechanism 70 includes a rotating rod pivotally disposed on the pot cover, a limiting long hole 71 is disposed on the rotating rod, the reset mechanism 60 is a reset lever, a mounting hole 61 is disposed on the reset lever, the opening stopping plate 80 includes a plate body 81 and a protruding column 82, a chute is disposed on the pot cover, the plate body 81 can move along the chute, and the protruding column 82 is disposed in the limiting long hole 71 and the mounting hole 61 in a penetrating manner. Specifically, when the rotating lever rotates, the hole wall of the limit long hole 71 can be engaged with the boss 82, so that the plate 81 can move linearly along the chute. Since the reset lever is required to move linearly as the opening stop plate 80, the reset lever can be directly connected to the opening stop plate 80 to realize the purpose of moving the reset lever linearly. The reset rod is simple in structure, and can be linearly moved without arranging a new part on the rotating rod, so that occupied space is reduced, and production cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 12 to 14, in the present embodiment, the boss 82 includes a first stem section 821 and a second stem section 822 having an outer diameter smaller than that of the first stem section 821, the first stem section 821 being slidable within the stopper long hole 71, the second stem section 822 being fitted to the mounting hole 61, a stepped surface between the first stem section 821 and the second stem section 822 supporting the return lever.
As shown in fig. 2 and 12 to 15, in the present embodiment, the pressure cooking appliance further includes a stopper cover 90, the stopper cover 90 being provided on the pot cover to limit displacement of the stopper cover 80 in a sliding direction thereof, a limiting structure being provided on the stopper cover 90 to move the reset lever in a predetermined direction. The above structure can provide guidance for the reset lever so that the reset lever can smoothly abut against the first transmission member 32.
As shown in fig. 2, 12 to 15, in the present embodiment, the opening-closing cover 90 includes a cover body 91 and two opposed claws 92 provided at an upper portion of the cover body 91, the reset lever is limited in a limiting space 1 between the two claws 92, and the two claws 92 form a limiting structure. The structure is simple and easy to process.
As shown in fig. 2,5,11, and 16 to 18, in this embodiment, the first transmission member 32 has a mating post 322 disposed eccentrically with respect to its rotation axis, and an end surface 62 of the reset lever that mates with the mating post 322 is an arc surface. The above structure can ensure that the mating post 322 can always be attached to the end surface 62 of the reset lever in the process of pushing the first transmission member 32 by the reset lever, so that the first transmission member 32 can gradually rotate to the second position.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, in the present embodiment, the pressure cooking appliance further includes: the second transmission member 31, the driving mechanism drives the second transmission member 31 to rotate, and the first transmission member 32 can be switched between the first position and the second position under the transmission of the second transmission member 31. By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, the pressure cooking appliance comprises two first transmission parts 32 and second transmission parts 31 which are matched with each other, and the structure has the following advantages: first, for the pressure cooking appliance with the same distance between the driving mechanism and the pressure limiting valve 20, the transmission part is divided into two transmission parts, so that the length of each transmission part is smaller, the deformation phenomenon of the produced product is avoided, and the interference between the transmission parts and the pressure limiting valve 20 during rotation is avoided; and the transmission part is divided into a first transmission part and a second transmission part, so that the swing range of the first transmission part can be larger under the condition that the occupied space of the transmission part is small. The further the distance between the first transmission member and the pressure limiting valve can be due to the increase of the swing range, the smaller the influence of the magnetic mechanism on the pressure limiting valve 20 can be, ensuring that the pressure cooking appliance can cook at a predetermined working pressure.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, in the present embodiment, the second transmission member 31 is provided with the first transmission teeth 311, the first transmission member 32 is provided with the second transmission teeth 321, and the first transmission teeth 311 are engaged with the second transmission teeth 321. The pressure regulating device is simple in structure and high in precision, and pressure regulating is easier to control.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the pressure cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker, the cooker cover includes a cover, an inner liner 11 and an inner cover, which are sequentially disposed from outside to inside, the first transmission member 32, the driving mechanism and the reset mechanism 60 are disposed on the inner liner 11, and the exhaust passage is disposed on the inner cover.
As shown in fig. 7, 9 and 17 to 20, in the present embodiment, the magnetic mechanism includes a first magnetic block 41 and a second magnetic block 42 that can be attracted to each other, the first magnetic block 41 is disposed on the first transmission member 32, the second magnetic block 42 is disposed on the balancing weight 22, when the first transmission member 32 rotates to the first position, the first magnetic block 41 corresponds to the second magnetic block 42, and when the first transmission member 32 rotates to the second position, the first magnetic block 41 is away from the second magnetic block 42. The structure is simple, and the production cost is low.
As shown in fig. 19 and 20, in the present embodiment, the weight 22 includes an upper housing 221 and a lower housing 222 that are fastened to each other, and the second magnetic block 42 is sandwiched between the upper housing 221 and the lower housing 222. The structure ensures that the appearance of the pressure limiting valve is more attractive.
In the present embodiment, the driving mechanism is a stepping motor. When the stepping motor on the pressure cooking appliance fails, when the first magnetic block 41 on the first transmission piece 32 falls right above the pressure limiting valve 20, the weight of the pressure limiting valve 20 becomes light, the pressure of the pressure cooker is kept lower, and normal functions are affected, at this time, after each cooking is finished, the reset mechanism 60 is needed to drive the opening stop plate 80 through the rotating rod, the opening stop plate 80 drives the reset mechanism 60 to push the first transmission piece 32, so that the first transmission piece 32 rotates, the first magnetic block 41 rotates to a non-working area from right above the pressure limiting valve 20, and therefore, even if the stepping motor fails, the first magnetic block 41 can not affect the pressure limiting valve, and the pressure cooker can be maintained in a high-pressure state without affecting the work. Meanwhile, when the motor works normally, the rotating rod covers in place, the reset mechanism 60 exits the working areas of the first transmission piece 32 and the second transmission piece 31, and the motor is not influenced to drive the second transmission piece 31 to work normally. Thus, the reset mechanism 60 functions as an automatic fault-clearing mechanism.
