the bottom end of the barrel is provided with a bottom cover for sealing, and the bottom in the barrel is provided with a supporting component for supporting the cannonball;
the top end of the cylinder cover is provided with a top cover for sealing, and the upper part in the cylinder cover is provided with an adjusting pad assembly for eliminating the size tolerance after the shell is packaged.
Further, as preferred, barrel and cover all include inner tube and urceolus, the inner tube forms through the compound of paper stratiform, and outside-in is spool paper, dampproofing modified paper, spool paper and static modified paper respectively, the urceolus forms through the compound of paper stratiform, and outside-in is drench membrane craft paper, spool paper, dampproofing modified paper and spool paper respectively.
Further, as preferred, the supporting component includes supporting pad and support cover, the supporting pad adopts the spool paper to make, the upper portion of supporting pad is provided with and is used for the direct contact shell support the cover, just be formed with the conical surface with shell contact and adaptation on the support cover, and be provided with ventilative groove on this conical surface, support the cover and adopt the modified HDPE plastics of static to make.
Further, as preferred, the adjusting pad subassembly includes top layer cushion and protection backing plate, the protection backing plate sets up the bottom of top layer cushion, just the protection backing plate adopts the cardboard to make, top layer cushion adopts the EPE material to make.
The invention also aims to provide a processing technology of the moistureproof and antistatic packing paper cylinder for packing the shell, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
manufacturing a barrel body and a barrel cover, namely manufacturing the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the barrel body and the barrel cover by a paper compounding process, wherein the inner barrel is formed by compounding four layers of bobbin paper, one layer of moisture-proof modified paper, three layers of bobbin paper and one layer of electrostatic modified paper from outside to inside in sequence;
manufacturing a bottom cover and a top cover, manufacturing the bottom cover and the top cover by adopting tinplate through a press molding process, and plating black electrophoretic paint on the outer surfaces of the top cover and the bottom cover;
manufacturing a support assembly, wherein the support assembly comprises a support pad and a support sleeve, bobbin paper is adopted to manufacture a support pad blank through winding and bonding processes, then a machine tool is utilized to process a sunken space for placing the head of the shell and a conical surface serving as the inner wall of the sunken space on the support pad blank, and then the support sleeve is arranged on the conical surface through a screw;
manufacturing an adjusting pad assembly, wherein the adjusting pad assembly comprises an adjusting pad block and a protective pad plate, and the protective pad plate is made of hard paper and is adhered to the bottom of the adjusting pad block;
assembling the supporting component, and putting the supporting component into the bottom in the cylinder, wherein one end of the supporting sleeve faces upwards;
assembling the adjusting pad assembly, and installing the adjusting pad assembly into the upper part in the cylinder cover, wherein one end of the protective backing plate faces downwards;
and assembling a top cover and a bottom cover, which are respectively assembled to the upper part of the barrel cover and the lower part of the barrel body through bonding and rolling processes.
Further, in the step of manufacturing the cylinder body and the cylinder cover, the total thickness of the outer cylinder ranges from 3.9mm to 4.0mm, the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are manufactured through a winding process, the winding angle ranges from 7 degrees to 9 degrees, the paper sheets are bonded through a mildew-proof adhesive, and the paper sheets are cured for 22 hours to 26 hours after being wound.
Preferably, the craft paper used for manufacturing the outer cylinder is laminated craft paper, the thickness of the laminated craft paper is 0.43mm-0.47mm, the thickness of the bobbin paper is 0.502mm-0.506mm, and the thickness of the moisture-proof modified paper is 0.22mm-0.26 mm.
Further, preferably, the permeability of the moisture-proof modified paper is less than 0.31g/m2·24h。
Further, in the step of manufacturing the support member, preferably, the support sleeve has a surface resistivity of 1.0 × 105Ω-1.0×1012The omega-shaped electrostatic modified HDPE plastic is manufactured through an injection molding process, and a ventilation groove is formed in the surface, needing to be in contact with the shell, of the support sleeve.

Has the advantages that: the packaging paper tube has the advantages of novel concept, reasonable design and convenient use, the packaging paper tube has good sealing performance, is not easy to damage, has the functions of static electricity prevention and moisture prevention, and is made of paper materials, lower in manufacturing cost and better in environmental protection.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a moisture-proof and static-free packing paper tube for shell packing has a tube body 1 and a tube cover 2 which are matched with each other, wherein the inner wall parts of the tube body 1 and the tube cover 2 are made of a static-free material or/and process or/and structure, and the outer wall parts of the tube body 1 and the tube cover 2 are made of a moisture-proof material or/and process or/and structure. The bottom of barrel 1 is provided with the bottom 3 that is used for sealing, the bottom in the barrel 1 is provided with the support assembly 6 that is used for having a supporting role to the shell. The top end of the cylinder cover 2 is provided with atop cover 4 for sealing, and the upper part in the cylinder cover 2 is provided with an adjusting pad component 5 for eliminating the size tolerance after the shell is packaged. As the preferred technical scheme, barrel 1 and cover 2 all include inner tube and urceolus, the inner tube forms through the compound of paper stratiform, and outside-in is spool paper, dampproofing modified paper, spool paper and static modified paper respectively, the urceolus forms through the compound of paper stratiform, and outside-in is drench membrane craft paper, spool paper, dampproofing modified paper and spool paper respectively. As a preferred technical scheme, the support assembly 6 comprises asupport pad 6a and asupport sleeve 6b, thesupport pad 6a is made of bobbin paper, the upper portion of thesupport pad 6a is provided with thesupport sleeve 6b for directly contacting the shell, a conical surface which is in contact with the shell and is adaptive to the shell is formed on thesupport sleeve 6b, a ventilation groove is formed in the conical surface, and thesupport sleeve 6b is made of static modified HDPE plastic. As a preferred technical solution, the adjusting pad assembly 5 includes atop pad 5a and aprotective pad 5b, theprotective pad 5b is disposed at the bottom of thetop pad 5a, theprotective pad 5b is made of a paperboard, and thetop pad 5a is made of an EPE material.
In the moisture-proof and static-proof packaging paper tube, the tube body 1 and the tube cover 2 form a matched combination and are directly used for packaging shells, in order to play a role of preventing static electricity internally, the inner wall parts which are directly contacted with the shells, namely the tube body 1 and the tube cover 2, are made of a static-proof material or/and process or/and structure, and in order to play a role of preventing moisture externally, the outer wall parts which are contacted with the outer parts, namely the tube body 1 and the tube cover 2, are made of a moisture-proof material or/and process or/and structure. In order to respectively achieve the functions of static prevention and moisture prevention, the cylinder body 1 and the cylinder cover 2 are respectively arranged into an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, in order to achieve the purpose of static prevention and facilitate the adhesion between paper, the inner cylinder is formed by compounding bobbin paper and moisture-proof modified paper box static modified paper. The moisture-proof modified paper is composite paper provided with a moisture-proof layer (for example, aluminum foil is used as the moisture-proof layer), and the electrostatic modified paper is composite paper provided with an antistatic layer (for example, antistatic LDPE material). The outer cylinder adopts kraft paper, bobbin paper and moisture-proof modified paper, and the same principle is adopted, so that the moisture-proof effect is achieved. In order to function as an end cap, a bottom cap 3 is provided at the bottom end of the can body 1, and atop cap 4 functions as the bottom cap 3. In addition, in order to support the cannonball, especially meet the national standard of drop test, a support assembly 6 is arranged. On the basis, the supporting assembly 6 comprises and is provided with a supportingpad 6a, and the supportingpad 6a is made of bobbin paper so as to meet the requirements of supporting and falling. Simultaneously for further optimal design scheme, set upsupport cover 6b on supportingpad 6a, in order to satisfy the antistatic requirement of shell contact,support cover 6b adopts the modified HDPE plastics of static to make. In order to ensure the stable package of the cannonball and not easy to shake, the adjusting pad assembly 5 is arranged, on the basis, as a further optimization scheme, the adjusting pad assembly 5 comprises a toplayer cushion block 5a and aprotective cushion plate 5b, in order to solve the problem of package instability caused by dimensional tolerance change under various conditions in actual use, the toplayer cushion block 5a is made of an EPE material, and the EPE material has elasticity, so that the tolerance can be eliminated under the package condition of each cannonball by means of the elasticity. In addition, in order to prevent the cannonball from scratching thetop mat 5a, the cannonball and thetop mat 5a are isolated by providing aprotective pad 5b made of cardboard at the lower end of thetop mat 5 a.

A processing technology of a moisture-proof and anti-static packing paper cylinder for packing shells comprises the following steps:
making a cylinder body and a cylinder cover, firstly making the cylinder body and the cylinder cover through a paper compounding process, wherein the inner cylinder is formed by compounding four layers of bobbin paper, one layer of moisture-proof modified paper, three layers of bobbin paper and one layer of static modified paper from outside to inside in sequence, and the outer cylinder is formed by compounding one layer of craft paper from outside to inside in sequenceThe outer barrel is sleeved outside the inner barrel and bonded into a whole to form a barrel body and a barrel cover; preferably, the total thickness of the outer cylinder is 3.954mm, the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are both manufactured by a winding process, the winding angle is 8 degrees, the paper sheets are bonded by a mildew-proof adhesive, and the paper sheets are cured for 24 hours after being wound; preferably, the craft paper used for manufacturing the outer cylinder is laminating craft paper, the thickness of the laminating craft paper is 0.45mm, the thickness of the bobbin paper is 0.504mm, and the thickness of the moisture-proof modified paper is 0.24 mm; preferably, the permeability of the moisture-proof modified paper is less than 0.31g/m224 h; preferably, the electrostatically modified paper has an internal surface resistivity of 1.0 × 108Ω;

It should be noted that in the second to fourth embodiments, in the manufacturing of the bottom cover and the top cover, the black electrophoretic paint is coated by an electrophoretic paint coating process, and after the paint is coated, a salt spray test needs to be performed, and it needs to be satisfied that 96 hours in the salt spray test are not rusted to achieve the process standard of the present invention, so as to have a better rust protection effect. And the paper sheets for manufacturing the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are bonded by adopting mildew-proof glue, and the mildew-proof glue is viscose added with mildew-proof agent. And the adhesion between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and the assembly glue of the top cover and the bottom cover are mildew-proof glue. The mildew-proof glue has the mildew-proof effect, so that the whole body has a better protection effect. The winding process for manufacturing the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder is a process for winding the paper winding drum in the paper winding drum, and the formed drum structure is more stable within a set angle range. The preparation of supporting the cover adopts HDPE plastics integrative injection moulding to form, makes the leakproofness and the stability of its structure better to through the design mould, set up ventilative groove on the supporting sleeve. During concrete implementation, ventilative groove can be the bar, reduces the area of contact with the shell on the one hand, reduces the friction, guarantees ventilative through the space of reserving on the one hand, still avoids shell and support cover to bond and do not take out well.
When the moisture-proof and anti-static packaging paper tube is used specifically, after a shell is packaged, the tube body and the tube cover are combined well, and then a joint is sealed by a PVC sealing adhesive tape. The soaking test according to the corresponding standard proves that the paper tube can meet the soaking depth of 1m, the soaking time of 2h and no moisture trace inside and outside the paper tube. In addition, the moisture permeability test according to the corresponding standard proves that the moisture permeability of the paper tube is less than 0.31g/m224 h. Through the technical measures, the paper tube avoids the defects and limitations of the current inner package of the cannonball, the outer package of the paper tube can be a basic wooden packing box with the functions of supporting, stacking, transporting and the like, and the good economical efficiency and the green environmental protection performance of cannonball package are realized.
