The working principle is as follows:

The grill pan stop/start key 41b is used to start or stop the grill mode. The control panel 41 may vary from model to model of air fryer.
According to the air fryer, the upper end of the air fryer is provided with the frying and roasting assembly, a large amount of heat is generated when food materials are fried and roasted, so that the heat insulation plate 73 is arranged at the bottom of the frying and roasting assembly for heat insulation, the downward transmission of the heat of the frying and roasting assembly can be greatly reduced, and electronic elements in the upper part of the shell 1 are protected.
